Chinese area, suited well for long stay with their homestay style, washine machine,fridge,induction cookers was best deal HOMESTAY for such price.”

The apartment studio was equipped with wall bedroom with locked door, therefore, privacy guarantee if want to invite small chitchat gathering during stay-cation since the living area was decently provided with sofa, tv, wifi, big fridge with mini kitchen bar. the bathroom door also can be access through the bedroom or outside the bedroom, such commendable design. Perfect for mini HOMESTAY. Else, the surrounding block was most dominated by chinese amenities, the restaurant etc, hence a bit awkward for me, come as group of malay ladies to stay there, eventhough 5 minit around the block you will find the mosque around the area and azan subuh (morning prayer call) can be heard from the apartment,but then overall stay was really good, love the washing machine, made our few day stay on point plus got mounted clothes drying rack in the balcony! Perfect! Comfortable stay :)

the house is perfect.... facilities is awesome but i din utilise. but, the tv got problem, maybe i am not so smart... haha... the dryer can only wind dry for the clothes, but the weather not nice... so, the clothes still wet.

Good location, comfortable place ”

The house is clean, comfortable,however the living room carpet quite slippery. My toddler slipped a few times it. The swimming pool was under maintenance during our stay. Check in and out is fairly easy, deposit transfer through online banking and we get it back immediately after checkout. Easy to find food around too.
