When we arrived, they said us to wait. We went dinner. After returned, they arrange the room for us in this hotel. But a/c was broken. It was too cold. We couldn't switch off the a/c.

Overnight stay to break long bus trips up.”
Relaxing after a long, long bus trip from Xam Neua in Lao before another long bus trip. Better to break the journey in Thanh Hoa rather than have to do a night trip on a bus to make connections like many other travelers in this area seem to prefer to do.

One of worst 3 hotels in 70 countries”
No consideration for hotel guests. Loud booming music from 11th floor ballroom from 7;30 am to entertain staff in prep for wedding receptions. Only interest of management is to stage big events. Ignore needs of regular hotel guests. Poorly equipped and insulated rooms. Bad attitude of staff who could not care less. Poor breakfast facility. Noisy traffic disturbances from 5:30am. Disrespectful unresponsive top management. Overall disaster!

Great for Business, near Railway, Good Facilities”
We booked a few nights in Thanh Hoa to break up our journey from Sapa to Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel looked clean and had decent reviews which it lived up to. Most importantly it had a pool for my 8 year old daughter and was near the station. We were amazed to have the Olympic sized and immaculate pool to ourselves all day every day. Our room was enormous and well kept, but the carpet was full of cigarette burns and there were matches and ashtrays in the room (but it did not smell of cigarettes somehow). The food was great and the restaurants diverse. The one on the 12th (top) floor was really nice with panoramic views over the city, while the restaurant next door (part of the hotel) on the ground floor served a comprehensive menu (snake head, ostrich and a few more surprising offerings, seriously) but appeared grubby and untidy. The hotel itself seemed geared around businessmen (which it was full of) and weddings (which there was one of when we were there that was nice and went off well). In the 3 nights and 4 days we stayed there English was a constant struggle and we had to thank Google translate on the IPad for assistance in every communication, which made every transaction a real struggle, it was the same in the city too.

Very noisy road in front of hotel”
this hotel is not the best but inexpensive and adequate for a night's stay. the worst thing was the incredibly noisy rooms from the traffic at the front of the hotel. i got woken up by obnoxious trucks at several points in the night. if the windows were double-glazed it would cut down the noise but little chance of that. no restaurant in the hotel itself, one eats at the restaurant of the hotel next door where, when i was there, had several tables of men drinking from beer cases lain on the floor beside them, clearly intent on getting very drunk.

Cet hôtel de type un peu soviétique commence un peu à dater. Les chambres, toutefois sont grandes, très confortables. Et le prix, tout à fait attractif. Bon emplacement au centre de cette ville aérée, agréable, très proche de la mer.

便利なので連泊した”
あえて難を挙げるなら、プールには虫がたくさん泳いでいて、決して清潔ではない。夕方からも地元の子供たちの遊び場にもなっているので落ち着かない。あと、冷蔵庫は部屋の鍵を抜くと電源が切れるので、暑い外から戻ってきても冷たい飲み物は飲めない。ただ、部屋は快適なので、泊まるだけなら十分快適。

愛想は悪いが便利なホテル”
駅からはまあまあ近いので便利。部屋は広くて清潔だった。大きな窓があってそれが開くので部屋の空気は良い。バスタブも快適だし、wifiもよく通じた。スタッフの愛想は悪いが、悪い人たちではなさそうだった。レストランの味はいまいち。値段も高いので、外で食べたほうが安くて美味しい。
