A hotel that we would rank 5 star. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet so much. The chef made great pumpkin soup, taro cake, fried rice and etc. We also had our dinner in the hotel, the food was tasty and the prices were economical. Our double deluxe room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Mr Anh the manager was very helpful and nice. He offered us good advices on the visiting of Sapa and a good restaurant that we had few meals during our 4 stays visit in Sapa. We thank you Mr Anh and all the staff for their warm hospitality.

Cozy and clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff”
We stayed there three nights. The rooms are cozy and clean and towels are changed everyday. The staff in this family run company was extremely friendly and always welcomed us with a warm smile and hot tea. Even though they are still learning English, with the help of google translate they were extremely helpful and assisted us in everything. They did not only help us organising a hiking tour to Fansipan (that was relatively cheap in comparison to other tours), but they also let us take a shower (after our check out) before taking the sleeper bus to Ha Giang and even provided us with a free transfer to the bus station! We definitley recommend this hotel!

We had no regrets. The manager/host was very nice and helpful. He helped us plan our activities and schedule transportation. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pho and omelette we had for breakfast was excellent. 5 stars all the way. 깟깟마을 가기 쉽고 호텔에서 투어랑 하노이가는 리무진버스 다 예약했는데 가격도 아주 괜찮았어요. late checkout도 해주고 추천해요!!!!

Customer Service at its Best”
Our group was greeted with energy and enthusiasm. Actually spoke excellent English . Help us take our luggage to room, advised us of morning breakfast logistics, wifi and even assisted our journey to train station in Lao Cai. They went above and beyond especially filling our coffee mugs with hot water. They even allowed us to borrow the Vietnamese hats to take our memorable photo outside the hotel. Oh yeah, forgot to comment on the most comfortable bed and comforter.

This is the only hotel that can make me feel I will surely comeback whenever I go to Sapa again. All the things here made our team feel comfortable. I stayed at Sapa Dragon Hotel before a hike as an alternative to taking the overnight bus. I'm glad I did- the bed was so comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud and the TV actually had something I wanted to watch. The standout though was the very welcoming staff, even though I arrived late at night. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The staff here are so sweet and helpful. They greeted us every time and we were able to book some tours and taxis with them. We were welcomed with a juice every time we sat down in the reception lounge. Good shower pressure. Decent breakfast. Got upgraded to a nicer room free of charge. The staf was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was way beyond expectations. The bed was great, the shower had good waterpressure and the view from the balcony was good too. It was so nice to have this luxury for this price after a 2 day hike. Thank you so much! We loved it.

I stayed her while visiting Sapa and it couldn't have been better. Highly recommend with stellar service. They even let me check in early and check out later since I came via the night train and they had the space. Very hospitable and even when some minor issues occured they went out of their way to help resolve. Highly recommended!

The location was good despite the view is limited. It is 5 min away from Sun Plaza by walk and close to most attractions. The best part was the people, as they helped us to get tickets and catch taxies, and allowed us to do an early check-in.

Hotel staff are the most helpful and friendly people I have met in my travel so far. They even helped to organize a mini surprise for my wife's birthday night when we were there. My wife was surprised and extremely delighted that night. Not only that, they helped to organize day tour at reasonable prices and you will feel happy staying there because of them.
