The room was really spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great and the staff were really attentive and we were allowed to leave our backpacks for one night as we sent to Sapa and slept on the mountains. Would love to go back again. The only little thing I missed but didn't expect was a lift to get to the 4th floor but it is a good training to go to the mountains :)

this was a perfect hotel with an excellent location. the staff was very helpful in terms of making suggestions and arrangements for tours. the staff also took care of my friend when she was ill one of the days. the rooms very very clean and quite on the inside. the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again

Fantastic stay!!”
This was one of our favourite hotels in all of SE Asia! Large spacious room, huge bathroom, tarracotta tiles, wooden window frames - just a really lovely and warm feel to it! The beds were super duper comfy! (soft mattress) Room has a desk and ample storage for clothing and personal items. Our room had a little balcony off the side which we enjoyed. Everything was clean, staff were very frienldy and arrange our bus back to Hanoi. The only thing is you have to climb up quite a few steps to get up to the hotel from the main road... kind of a pain but we are in pretty poor shape and managed them alright. Good way to get your heart beat goin each day!

I could not be more pleased with this hotel. Friendly staff, great rooms and delightful breakfasts. Close to everything and access to views to die for. Cheap motorcycle rental just seals the deal. Do not look anywhere else for accommodation here. 12/10. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great hotel in Sapa”
We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel, the room is spacious and very clean, breakfast is good, staff very friendly and helpful. The owner was super nice and recommended some things to see in Sapa. We also booked a trekking tour over the hotel, wich was only 17$ and we really loved this tour (you can rent rain boots for the hike as well !). She also booked a night bus for us to Halong, which was unfortunately not very clean and noisy. But the experience at the hotel was great!

The staff was really friendly. They helped us with laundry, we rented a good motorbike from them (not good helmets though), got useful tips for what to see in Sa Pa and good breakfast. The room was spacious and beautiful.

A luxury hotel for a budget price!”
When we arrived at the Sapa Elite Hotel we were very pleasantly surprised how nice it was!! Our room was ginormous with a huge bed and the place was so clean & cosy! The staff were amazing! They helped us book onto a trekking tour which I would highly recommend & also helped with our onward travel! Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Comfiest beds in 3 years travelling!!!”
The room was gorgeous and the beds were incredible! Breakfast was also fantastic. The only downside is lots of building work going on close by which continues late in the night.

Pretty big hotel in a great location. The room was great, clean and nice. Nothing really bad to say. Breakfast with many options! The omelette was great. Rest of the pre-made things was ok. Cons: - the shower built pretty stupidly and water go out of it. Nothing too serious. - no chair at the balcony

Fantastic room, very large and clean. Good value for money, the trekking tour we booked through the staff was good as well. Location good at a good end of town with heaps of restaurants. Only constructive criticism is that the staff could be a bit friendlier.

Rooms were really nice and comfortable. Downside was that there was construction going on next to the hotel. Breakfast was decent. Staff were amazing, gave us lots of helpful tips about the place and addressed all our needs

This hotel was terrific. The staff were courteous and friendly and the rooms more than comfortable. They offer motorcycle rental at an affordable rate and even though its location was up a steep hill, there were eateries and other stores within close proximity. 9/10.

Best junior suite with a view of the city and mountain”
We had a great stay here, great location and amazing junior suite. We had a view of the city centre and the mountains behind it. Room has a electric fire place which is nice when it gets a little colder and also has cable tv. The staff were really helpful with showing us what we can do around the area

Very comfortable bed and lovely hotel ”
Great hotel just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Sapa town. Room was lovely with a garden view and very nice and spacious bedroom, bed was the most comfortable we have had in Asia! Good breakfast and wifi worked well in room. Only negative was the hot water for a shower only lasted 5 minutes so we had to be quick! We did report this to the staff and they had a look and told us to wait 10 minutes for the water but it didnt make a difference, to be honest for what we paid we cant complain at all.
