This was a very quick last-minute booking and fortunately I enjoyed my stay! The hotel is located slightly up on a hill - you need to go up the stairs near the station and then up some more on a slight slant. Perhaps not great for those who are disabled or have mobility problems, but then again I suspect you wouldn't be in Sapa if you did? Staff are very professional and the young lady with the glasses (sorry I forgot her name) was very friendly. Very intelligent lady who was able to offer me insight about Sapa and the ethnic minorities (even info like how many of them have access to free education, yet choose not to utilize it). Never had the breakfast as I slept in, but it is provided at the sister hotel across. The room was very spacious (1 large bed, 1 single bed) with tasteful cushions. Ample space to leave personal belongings, a vanity desk and clean bathroom. A very functional and practical room that was kept very well. Would recommend!

Highly Recommended - One of the best places to to stay in Sa Pa”
This is simply an awesome place to stay in Sa Pa as the rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious with amazing views of the surrounding scene. This place is ideally situated in a quiet area and only a short walk (8 mins)to the main centre where there is numerous quality restaurants offering Vietnamese and Western dishes. We were originally going to stay here for a couple of days but because of the luxurious feel to the rooms we ended up staying a week. I would like to say a special thank you to the owner, who kindly upgraded us to the Suite rooms and to the reception Sally, who was forever helpful and always had a beautiful smile to welcome us in the morning and show us to our buffet breakfast table. Highly recommended to anyone wishes to stay here in Sa Pa and have a comfortable visit.

I booked a deluxe room with balcony. The view is mountain. The room is very clean! Also the toilet. Easy to be dry. It's good. The heater works well and very helpful because the weather is so cold (15 Celsius degree). The location is good. Near Indian restaurant (because my friend can't eat pork and always looking for Halal food). The breakfast is good. I stayed for 2 nights and I love it. The staff helped us to booked a tour and we can pay it when check out. The tour (tracking) was great. An unforgettable experience.

Stay for 3ds, 2 ns as a solo traveller and the first time to Sapa. Check and search carefully for the right choice of hotel and pointed out SGH. Totally satisfied with the choice as the excellent location (couple hundreds metres to the right central of Sapa town), fully convenient conditions ( even a laptop for guest!) and so dedicated staff, especially Mr. Ánh (the receptionists) with his helpful recommendation about tours, spa, massage and restaurants. Definitely will be back and highly recommend for others to come and stay with Sapa Garden Hotel. Welldone and keep it going, you all would be pass this hard time for sure.

I can’t say enough about this hotel and the entire staff! The room was perfect. Very clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the complimentary tea and coffee that were offered upon check in were delicious. I have traveled extensively in SE Asia and this is one of my favorite hotels. It’s categorized more as a budget hotel but I disagree. I would definitely stay here again if ever returning to Sapa!

This place is great value for money. Nothing to say except all good things. Great customer service and care. Very helpful staff and they gave us a free upgrade which was great after a 2 day trek in the mountains. Also next to a good SPA - Eden Spa. Would highly recommend! They also have cutest hotel dog which makes it feel homey even though it is a hotel.

Located conveniently in the town of Sapa, check-in staff was more than pleasant and helpful in every way he could be. The room was big and clean, and the best part of the stay was the comfortable bed! Our balcony was also facing a fantastic view of Sapa (great for sunset and sunrise). Breakfast was alright, had our fill as there was no other guest around. A pity that we were only there for a night.

It is just a little away from Sunplaza and which is the central point in Sapa. Just 2 or 3 min. walk from the key point but not fussy or crowed. The room was spacios enough for us 2 people and everything in the room was tidy. Breakfast was served in another building which was right in front of SAPA GARDEN HOTEL and we really enjoyed it everymorning during our stay. All the staff in the front desk and also Hoa from breakfast serving section were kind. I could feel that they try to help us in many ways. Anyway thank all of you for our pleasant stay.

Very close to the main centre with funicular to Fansipan, restaurants and shopping all a short walk. However, the hotel is in a quiet street. The view from our room was spectacular and the staff, especially Emma, were always very, very helpful with advice and making you feel welcome and comfortable.

The hotel staff was always eager to help us with organizing activities. They were the key for this part of the trip to be a success. They do speak English. The hotel was 5 minutes walk from downtown. It was very clean!

Spacious and clean room. They have a nice garden bar to relax after a long day trekking. Staff were very nice. We had an hour to kill and was invited to relax and chat over Vietnamese tea with him.

This hotel provided the best service we had in Vietnam. They allowed us to shower and use the bathroom, before and after our short stay, luggage storage, early check in and answer any questions we had without any extra fees. They were incredibly helpful and I would not hesitate to stay with them again, I cannot fault them in any way.
