My New Home In Sa Pa”
Where to begin? Our stay in Sa Pa Horizon Hotel was perfect. You could realistically say life-changing. This will be the only place I stay at when in Sa Pa. The staff treated us like family or best friends. Service unmatched. The cinnamon tea at check in was so appreciated and delicious. David, Miss Pang and Miss Tham were all so professional, personable and absolutely lovely to talk with. They really made us feel welcome. David gave us so much information about the area and things to do. Breakfast everyday with Miss Pang was the highlight of our trip along with the amazing food Miss Tham prepared for us. When we arrived... we were the only guests at the time... so they gave us the option to choose our room and view. It was truly amazing. David also gave us a complimentary bottle of red wine to enjoy which we took full advantage of. Upon check out... David mentioned all the guests had checked out so he personally drove us to the Bus station. Everything the staff did for us was so appreciated. The rooms were all beautiful. Beds were amazingly comfortable, showers and bathroom perfect. The rooms and hotel were extremely well cleaned. Did I mention the view?!!! We loved our time here so much we're already planning our return trip. Thank you so much David, Miss Pang and Miss Tham for providing us with an amazing stay in Sa Pa. 5 friends, 3 rooms, 2 nights & 100% HAPPY!”
I am playing tour guide with my friends, all adults approx 60 years of age, and I booked us three rooms. We spent 1 night, then did a 2 day 1 night trek with homestay, and then returned to the Sapa Horizon for one more night. It worked out perfectly. The hotel was clean, comfortable, well located, and if the fog would burn off, there would be very good views. The staff bent over backwards to be helpful. We left 8 large suitcases with them while we went trekking. They were all in the correct rooms upon our return. No charge. We gave them laundry $3/kg and it was all done overnight. It isn't the biggest, fanciest, most luxurious hotel (our prior hotel was The Reverie Saigon), but it felt like home and we all looked forward to coming home at the end of our trek. Please note, there is much construction all over Sapa with new hotels and commercial building being built as well as road projects. These are happening near Sapa Horizon too. Construction hours seem to be 8am-5pm.

Seriously one of the best service we’ve ever had!”
We stayed in the Deluxe Family Room at Sapa Horizon and boy was it amazing. They accommodated all our requests - such as arranging for the taxi transfer from Lao Cai Station at 5.30AM to the hotel. They were even able to check us into our room at 8AM, something none of us had experienced at any other hotel before! There were complimentary fruits and bottled water, as well as a generous gift (won’t spoil the surprise, but suffice to say we indulged heartily). The room itself was spacious, modern and clean. They have a dedicated wifi router for each floor, so enjoy that maximum strength wifi. Laundry service was excellent too; their fabric softener made us sigh when our clothes came back to us. The breakfast spread was great - a mix of Vietnamese and international dishes. We also ordered dinner from the basement kitchen, and were pleasantly surprised; it held its own against some of the other restaurants we went to. Definitely try the bamboo-rice and fried rice if you’re here!

The best hotel in Sapa”
We stayed at this beautiful hotel for 3 nights. As you can see from all the great reviews they were absolutely correct. Superb location. 5 mins walk to the Sapa train station to Fansipan. 1 minute walk to the church and city square. Food stalls at night just opposite the hotel. So the location is a big plus ! Next the breakfast is so good until I ate too much and forgot about lunch. Authentic Sapa dishes, fresh fruits and juices and we love the fried pork. The rooms are spacious although we hardly in the room but when we came back we felt comfortable with bed and pillows. Finally, all the staffs such as David and Kim who helped me arrange the transfer back to Hanoi and day tours and gave us a very special free new year eve Sapa hot pot and wine were truly memorable and we were so touched by that. Thank you very much. The staffs at the restaurants were so polite and friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this little hotel to everyone and will come back 100% Thank you

Perfect place! Wonderful staff”
The hotel locates in a small street right in the heart of Sapa town. With only a few steps will take you to the town center and the central church. The front lobby of the hotel wasn’t as fancy as other 4 star hotels. But I tell you what, it is the service the staff provides that matters. When we first came, David greeted us with a smile, provided us with a prompt and courteous service, got us the room quickly. Once we were taken to the room he thoroughly went over the room and anemities. Our room got a beautiful view, clean and luxurious. The hotel provided us with complimentary fruits, and a bottle of red wine which was a very nice gesture. Staff are responsive and sincere. David gave us good recommendations on places if interested and helped us buy lift tickets to Fanxipan mountain top. They have a huge selection for their breakfast and all you can eat. Foods are really good too. Overall we have a superb stay at Sapa Horizon hotel and will definitely come back here in the future!

The only hotel you should choose”
I seldom write such a lengthy review on a hotel stay but this one surely exceeds my expectations and if I do visit Sapa again I’ll definitely choose this hotel again! Breakfast was superb and the view from my room was amazing thanks to Mother Nature. Of course that’s also partly due to the fact that I paid extra for the suite room. I’m not one to expect much from the hotel service as I’m simply contented with clean rooms and comfortable bed. However their service is one worth mentioning and should not be overlooked! They took great care of our needs during our 2 night stay and even after check-out, they even offered their bathroom for us to take a quick shower in the evening before we leave for our overnight train back to Hanoi. On top of that, they even provided us with 2 chicken baguette (it was freshly baked and warm!) for us in case we got hungry during our train ride. Definitely going the extra mile to wow us! Thank you once again from the bottom of our hearts!

Our stay at Sapa Horizon was fuss-free & worry-free! We were pampered from when we arrived - there’s temporary room to shower and freshen up for free before check-in & after check-out - the hotel staff prepared a chicken sandwich for each for us to have on our long travel out of Sapa). The staff always greeted us warmly & were patient with our enquiries. They even went the extra distance to help us make a call on our behalf, to make arrangements for our transport out of Sapa to pick us at our hotel. We stayed in the Deluxe Suite room. Beds were comfortable, room & shower were clean, amenities were replenished. The breakfast buffet was a large spread of delicious selections, and their fragrant sweet cinnamon tea was readily available at the lobby anytime. Location: few mins walk from the town center, with cafes, restaurants and shops. Behind the hotel are streets that offer food & night life activities. Ham Rong mountain & Sapa lake are about 10mim walk away.

Too amazing”
I am very happy with my stay! At check in, the staff was very friendly. We booked the room with the Mountain View and the view was amazing. They were also kind to give us a bottle of wine as a present. Due to the muddy roads, the bellboy even cleaned our luggages before bringing it up to our room. Housekeeping was very observant. They noticed that we bought 1.5l mineral water every day, and they provided us additional bottles of complimentary mineral water. The room has a heater which makes the stay more comfortable, as Sapa was really cold during the days we were there. Location was decent as we're just one street behind the restaurants and bars. On our last day, they allowed us to check out late, till our bus departure time to Hanoi. I was touched when they gave each of us a baguette for our journey back. All in all, I'm very pleased with my stay here and I would definitely stay in the same hotel when in Sapa.

A warm, comfortable & nice Hotel”
We have a great time of staying in the hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is clean, comfortable & a lot of restaurants within 5 mins walking distance. The hotel manager, Mr. Kim is very friendly & prompt to reply message. The hotel is very considerate to allow us for early check in as we reach Sapa early via overnight train. Our room is spacious & clean. The bed is comfortable. Many thanks for our anniversary complimentary arranged by the hotel, we had a great celebration in the hotel. Mr. Kim is very nice to provide fresh watermelon juice to our room after we finished our trekking. The hotel is very considerate to provide a shoes polish machine outside the hotel to clean the shoes. My little boy finally happy to see his ‘dirty’ shoes become clean again. Many thanks for Mr. Kim & other staff during our stay. We will not forget their smiles.

The location is perfect, it is so near to everywhere! There are restaurants and mini-marts all around the hotel. The hotel staff are just wonderful and the service level here is five star! Special mention of hotel manager, David, who is the most hospitable and nicest hotel manager I've ever met in my Vietnam travels. He was so helpful and gave us lots of tips and guidance. Everything in the hotel was also well managed: rooms were clean, lifts were working well, toilet at reception was spick and span, restaurant at hotel was well staffed and well trained. Also, we did not run into any problems speaking English at the hotel especially David whose command of the language is very proficient. We will definitely stay here again next time. The service at this hotel is exceptional. Special shoutout to David! We arrived at the hotel at 7am after our long night train from Hanoi. We were pleasantly surprised when David told us that our rooms were ready for check in. We stayed for only one night but the service during that mere 24 hours was impeccable. Our night train back to Hanoi the next night was only at 8pm and David very kindly allowed us to extend our room till 7pm without any extra charge. Before we left he even requested for the kitchen staff to prepare fries for us to take with us onto the train. This will definitely be our choice of hotel for future stays in Sapa! If you are looking at reviews to decide which hotel to stay at in Sapa, look no further, just book with this hotel now! P.S. rooms are exceptionally clean with nice view as well. :)

한국분들 일단 사파에 가신다면 사파 호라이즌에 하루라도 묵어보세요! 직원들 마인드 및 서비스는 별을 10개 줘도 모자라요. 슬리핑버스를 타고와서 새벽6:30에 짐맡기러 왔는데 핫샤워를 먼저 제안, 돌아가는 길에 먹을 반미 선물,포근한 침구, 완벽한 샤워룸과 뽀송한 수건! 유일한 단점은 좁은 입구와 근처에 공사중인 곳이 많다는 것인데 이건 사파 전체의 문제니까요. One of the best hotels in terms of price. I have been to a lot of hotels in Southeast Asia and the service provided here is unparalleled. I am getting service that rival and bests other 5 star hotels at a fraction of the price! From the complimentary shower service when we arrive early in the morning to the unexpected farewell gift sandwich(for the long ride back to Hanoi) we were constantly impressed and felt sorry because we paid so little for so many of the services that was showered on us. Although the hotel doesn’t look that great from the outside, the rooms are amazing and the service is simply stellar. The only downside is that there is a lot of construction going on in front of the hotel, but hopefully it will be done when I visit Sapa next year. Highly highly recommended.

It was such a great staying”
First of all it is located on very close to sunflaza hotel where U can take Punicula and cable car. Even thought these days in sapa has many construction on going, they had great view on terrace (in clean sky u can see fansipan) staff member was very polite and helped me from their heart. Breakfast was delicious, they cooked me eggs, pancakes and everything. I’m sure that anyone who stay at Horizon Hotel, will satisfy the whole trip. I’ll Stay at Horizon again if i visit sapa again. P.S. for the good bye gift, they will make you a Ban-my, Which is truly warm and delicious. Hope everyone staying in Horizon have good memory of them

The Best Hote”
One of the Best Hotel in our life. Amazing View. Great staff. Because covid-19 not many customer there was, so they were so flexible. Let us check in 8 am and check out 6 pm. (normally check in 1 pm ,check out 11 am) Anyway we had great experience in Sapa with them. Highly recommend :) 今まで宿泊したホテルの中で、値段も考慮したら一番良かったかもしれません。 部屋によって異なるかもしれませんが、素晴らしい眺望がベッドに寝ながら楽しめます。 露店の栗をおつまみに購入しバルコニーで嗜むビールは最高でした。 サパ自体が天候に左右される観光地ですが、天気さえ良ければ最高のホテルだと思います。 スタッフも親切でお客さんが少なかったこともあり、アーリーチェックインとレイトチェックアウトを無料で提供してくれました。 サパ市内に泊まる場合は是非。

I could definatly say that this hotel is the best hotel ever. The room was clean, location was good, I could go to main places by walking, breakfast was good too. But the best part of this hotel was kind staffs. Every single staffs were so kind and friendly. Special thanks to David and Mr.Kim at the reception. They cared about our family like if we were their family. Very heartwarming. My family had a little problem after check out but the staff help us so much. If it wasn't them, we might have ruined our trip. Very thankful to the staffs and I will definitely stay again in this hotel when I go to Sapa again in the future.

Out of all my stays in Sapa inclusive of the pricey Topas, Sapa Horizon outshines them all. From the check in, to the helping us order a taxi during checkout, everything was outstanding. The room were clean and modern. Location was of on a side street which gave a sense of peacefulness while still close to all touist spots. Breakfast buffet was crazy good. So good that we went back for lunch. Tip:. Sapa is known for slamon hotpot and bbq, there are 3 places in an alley steps away from the entrance of the hotel that taste better than any of the ones in the tourist area. Great hotel all around.

Excellent from start to end of our stay”
Warm, friendly and helpful receptionists,both day and night. Rooms were well appointed with everything we possibly needed with complimentary fruits and wine, spectacular view of the Sapa mountains from our room, excellent location just minutes from Sapa Stone Church and Sun Plaza. Although constructions were going on in front of the hotel, our rooms were quiet. The breakfast buffet spread was great. We were given complimentary extended check out so we could shower before taking our overnight sleeper train to Hanoi. To top it all off, they thoughtfully packed us a warm picnic meal for our train journey!

Wonderful little hotel”
Truly a wonderful little hotel that was well located. Restaurants and shops all around as well as some points of interest such as ham rong mountain. Room was very clean, comfortable with nice amenities even with a complimentary bottle of local wine. Check in was easy while ginger tea was being served as a welcome beverage. The receptionist, ms. Chua was incredibly friendly and a tremendous help with any questions or requests we had. We booked the executive room initially but received a free upgrade to a suite! Beautiful room with balconies all around. Breakfast was delicious as well. Overall a great stay. Very highly recommended

Wonderful stay at this hotel”
We had 2 nights here and were most pleasantly impressed with the quality of service and the lovely decor of the hotel rooms. There were 3 of us and we took 2 rooms with mountain views (albeit Sapa turned on a persistent fog!) When the friendly staff showed us our rooms we were suitably impressed with the great design and gorgeous fit out. The floor to ceiling windows with balcony was wonderful. Everything worked (not always the case in Vietnam)! Breakfast was very good, with a buffet and then a menu from which to choose. Staff on the front desk went above and beyond what was necessary to keep the guests happy. Example, knowing that our bus left at 1.30 pm they informed us that we could have a late check out at 1 pm, arranged a taxi for us, and then when we were ready to leave we were surprised to be given banh mi for all plus waters for the trip - just lovely, lovely people! This was all without our requesting anything!

We got pamper from the moment we arrived till we left. It is a perfect Location, with easy reach to any place in Sapa. The Breakfast was very good with a lot of varieties. Every time we came back from an outing we got a fresh fruit juice, there was always a hot Cinnamon tea in the Lobby for refreshment. The room was comfortable and very clean. We got fresh fruits and a Bottle of Local win. When we left the Staff packed as a Sandwich for the Bus back to Hanoi. We can strongly recommend this Hotel to everybody.
