Comfortable and clean place//Friendly Service team”
Sapa hotel was very clean and the service tean was friendly at all. Room:Air condition, double deb(comfortable) very nice decoration inside the room. The hotel is very close to the center(3-4min walk). We ask about trekking and they booked for us and the price was jsut only 1,5$ plus, which is very good because you will be sure about your deal. They gave us informations for everything. Breakfast: ala card, you can choose whatever you want without limit. About money, it is very good choice for Sapa, but i would pay by card and they didnt accept it. I try 2 different cards and nothing,finally i paid cash.

Nice big and clean”
Just less than 5 mins walk to tram up Fansipan V friendly and helpful receptionist. V comfortable bed It along the hill so everyday u need climb up and down for food but Sapa's all bout climbing so take it as a warm up/down 😂

Nice hotel uphill”
We took a coach to the hotel straight from Noi Bai Airport and arrive around 10pm (a long 4.5 hrs drive). They even email us to check our arrival time on the day itself which I think that is a good gesture. Room is very big and clean, just my bathroom is abit cramp (I think is due to the corner room design as my friends room is ok). The view is good, can see the mountains and the city from the window. The hotel is slightly uphill so will need to climb some stairs and a slope to reach if you are coming from the town central. Breakfast spread is good. About 4-5 dishes and bread with cheese and ham, and you can order eggs, noodles and banana pancakes from the counter. Takes about 10 mins to walk to the church or Sun Plaza. The staffs are very friendly and they can even remember each of our room number.

Friendly staff but no heating”
Sapa House is in a good location, is a nice hotel with super staff that are very friendly and will try to help. The one big issue is that on Agoda they mention there is heating in the rooms (necessary in Sapa) and that is unfortunately not the case. Staff tried to help with a heating fan but that is not a real solution of course.

Lots of humidity in the room. Far from the center and uphill. Staff spoke very little English and wasn't helpful. The view is on the city on both sides of the hotel

Best location, friendly staff”
The location is walkable from Sun plaza. Staff very friendly. We arrived hotel with Night bus at 6 and the staff let us do earlier check in. Room spacious with balcony. No seeing much view due to lot of mist. Shower and A/C with heater work properly. Recommended 👍

Hotel was unexpected, staff were a pain in the a**”
I booked it for my boyfriend and his mother, this review is based on OUR experience. We don't know why all the foreigners can compliment this hotel, maybe we were treated differently because they are domestic travellers. Hotel was old, facilities were old as well, room was a bit clean but the hallway was not, room was not the same as picture, much smaller and darker. There is an air-con that looks new but is not functioning. Hotel was under construction maybe, so it was not quite at all. And we were not served breakfast, we were not informed of this until we asked. The hotel owner refunded VND100,000 to us after we complained. Service was less than friendly, or I should say hostile. When they arrived at leas than an hour earlier than the check-in time, there was no reception. My boyfriend had to call the hotline. The receptionist was on period or something, she clearly did not take a liking to them. She did not check our booking, asked my boyfriend the type of room we booked, and he mistakenly said a twin room. She made them wait at the lobby for nearly an hour due to house-cleaning of the room, instead of asking them to leave and come back later if they want. That was unprofessional. When I get to see the room, it was clearly not the room we booked. They asked to change to the right room, and she clearly was not comfortable, she even grimaced at him.

Terrible Hotel”
Could not care less about the guests. Filthy hall ways and common areas, they continuously turn all the lights off in the stairway. The front desk is never staffed and they don’t respond to calls or messages. I returned to the hotel around 10pm to find the door locked, no mention of this at check in. I had to essentially break in, the lock remained on the door at least 9am the next morning. Tons of better run properties in the area.

Abandoned and dirty”
The hotel seems abandoned. We've got a pile of garbage bags next to our room entrance, the whole building had its smell. Everything is old and broken, receptionists don't speak English, breakfast is not provided even if it's paid.

la habitación y el hotel lo tienen todo para ser mucho mejores, por desgracia las habitaciones estan sucias y no las limpian si vas varios dias, el desayuno es o huevos o noodles con cafe instantáneo
