Lovely Hotel With100% Perfect Service!”
we have a group of 9 person in a family. we arrived by overnight train from hanoi, reach this lovely hotel by 8:30am. the owner is very nice, he great us at the front door, help us pull all the luggage, offer us the buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant with a very low cost, makes us feel fresh! (really appreciated for that, because the day we arrive was very cold and foggy, and we feel tired too after the overnight train!) after we had our breakfast, our rooms are all ready, so we can fresh up and rest for a while before we start our trekking to cat cat village! the rooms are all very clean and spacious with two queen size beds, we have two rooms which have nice view of the sapa rice terrace field! but unfortunately, the two days when we were was very foggy, unable to see anything! all the rooms have heater and warm mat under the bedsheet, makes us feel comfortable because the two nights we were there was very cold! toilet was clean with nice hot showers! free wifi all around hotel, the two rooms with view even have computer provided in the room. ah long provide us the information about sapa, where to go trekking, where to find nice restaurant and nice food, where to shop and where to get discount for massage. he is like a live dictionary of sapa, really help us a lot with the trip. due to the computer in our room is out of services, he even borrow us his own laptop for us to check the info! the next day, ah long arrange us a mini van to bac ha sunday market, due to the van driver unable to speak english, he remind and remind the driver to take care of us and the picking timing! we all have a great time in bac ha sunday market, worth to pay a visit! breakfast provided was simple but very delicious! ah long's wife also very nice, every time when we are back, she will prepare the hot chinese tea for us, make us feel warm. really nice and lovely hotel, makes us feel like home, we highly recommend to stay here. thumbs up for ah long and his wife!

Great service and location”
My sister and I stayed at Sapa Luxury Hotel for 1 night and were very happy with the service and room standard for the price. When we arrived in the early morning from the overnight train we were able to check in straight away. Our deluxe room was at the front of the room so we had a great view when the fog cleared. The manager organised a private trek for us with a fantastic guide. We checked around at other tour agents and the price he quoted us was very reasonable. We were also able to have a shower in a spare room when we treturned from our trek before we had to get on the train again. Breakfast was good - there was an omelette station, juice and fruit.

The best value in town!”
we realised how special this was when we had to shift hotels (sapa luxury was already booked out for the saturday night & we never plan far ahead when travelling) when we got to the other hotel, which was the same price, we realised that at sapa luxury we got: a bigger room, bigger towels, bath mats, soap shampoo and conditioner each day, air-conditioning and free wifi and computer in room. and we had a view of the valley. the staff were friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely Hotel with fantastic and very helpful staff”
We had a fantastic 1 night / 2 day stay at the Sapa Luxury Hotel. We booked our guide through reception and got a very good deal. Rooms were very spacious with a great view and breakfast was great. When we arrived at 7am, our room was not quite ready, however staff offered us to have a shower and breakfast. Staff provided gumboots for the trekking if it was muddy. Otherwise if using your own boots, they were cleaned after each hike. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to any traveler.

Great Hotel, Great Location, Great Staff...”
Sapa Luxury Hotel was a great place to stay. Great views from balcony rooms, nice ambiance throughout hotel, good staff that were personable and approachable, good day trips organized via Hotel, and a decent breakfast each morning... Minutes walk away from Sapa town markets, great eateries, and entrance to Cat-Cat H'Mong ethnic minority valley walk - I'd stay at the Sapa Luxury Hotel again...

All the comforts and tours you need in Sapa. ”
We booked our tours through the hotel as we heard their prices were as good as any tour company. This lead to an upgrade to the VIP room which had a magnificent view of the mountains ( when the clouds had passed at least). Our tour guide was excellent, and cleaned our shoes after our treks as well. The hotel also provided transfer from Lao Cai station, and breakfast following out early arrival from Hanoi. Sapa Luxury definitely added to our wonderful experience and now memories in Sapa

Perfect”
Sapa Luxury Hotel is really value for your money. Clean, cheap and located near the center (7 min), but enough away from it to avoid noises and tumults. We had a problem with the light of the bathroom of our room and they upgraded us (with no cost) to a better room (with beautiful views). The staff is nice, they even prepared us breakfast to take away the last day in the morning. 10/10.

Spacious, luxurious rooms and great service ”
really loved staying at sapa luxury hotel, the manager was a humorous guy who bothered to get to know his guests and was very helpful. best part for my friend and i would be the size of the room. it was big, comfortable, and had a luxurious feel. the room service was good to the point that they folded and stacked our clothes which were strewn all over the floor, and arranged our shoes in neat rows.

Nice hotel & Good location”
I choose the Sapa Luxury Hotel after read all the TA reviews.I booked 3 standard rooms per room via Agoda & arranged for hotel's mini bus group pick-up service @ usd3/pax. 6 of us arrived at Lao Cai train station about 5.45 a.m and hotel's mini-bus has been waiting for us. Journey from Lao Cai to hotel about 50 min. Upon arrival, Long gave us a warm welcome & invited us for "flower tea". I like it very much. 2 rooms were available for us to check in immediately while the other room available at 10a.m. Each room with a window, 2 twin beds, nice and comfortable. 2 rooms with a fan heater and 1 room with electric bed. Electric kettle was provided upon request. Although the window without good scenery but it's ok as there is a balcony on each floor with city view. No elevator & required to climb the long staircases. After freshen up, we took the hotel breakfast at USD3/pax. Breakfast included either bread with omelette/bacon/sausage or chicken/beef noodle soup with free flow of tea/coffee/mix fruit juice, watermelon & sweet pineapple. We liked the bread (crispy outside but soft inside)& the noodle soup was tastety. Good location and within walking distance to Sapa town, market & night market. Many souvenirs, warm jackets, trekking shoes etc shops here. We explored the Ham Rong Botanical Garden (entrance fee @ VND70k/pax) in the morning & Cat Cat Village & waterfall(entrance fee @ VND40k)in the afternoon by ourselves (No need tour guide). Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. One of my friend was twisted her ankle while came down from 4th floor. The hotel staff provided some oil for her to massage the ankle as well as help to buy medicine. The hotel also let us have a free room until 5 p.m so that my friend could rest while 5 of us joined the hotel's trekking tour to Yin Ho, Ta Van & Lao Cai . Took shower after trekking, then only departed to Lao Cao train station to take overnite train back to Hanoi.

great service, good location”
The hotel offers nice view of Sapa, weather permitting! It was a good thing the hotel provided a portable heater as well as a heating blanket, as the temperature was rather low. This made our stay very comfortable. The room was equipped with a computer connected to the Internet. We also used the hotel services for a guided tour of some rice paddies in the area for a cheaper price than those offered by the tourist information center. They also have a shuttle service to go back to Lao Cai, which is just the same price as anywhere else.

Couldn't be more helpful”
We were upgraded to the room at the top of the building (many stairs to get there) believe it was classed as the VIP room. Beautiful view from the room and verandah. Large room with two double beds and lounge room, extremely comfortable bedding. The only negative is the water pressure in the shower. The staff at the Sapa Luxury were so helpful with travel plans, we needed to change a train ticket and Sapa Luxury did it all including picking up the new ticket from Lai Cao. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Lovely hotel with caring staff”
Sapa Luxury is excellent value for money. All guests' needs are catered for in good-sized, well-equipped rooms, excellent views and a small but satisfactory breakfast menu. The consideration and kindness of the staff deserve special mention. The manager ensures that everyone has his personal attention and his staff willingly help with anything required. A delightful hotel to which we would willingly return.

awesome hotel and staff!”
In 3 weeks of travelling in Vietnam and Thailand, this was our favorite hotel experience! First and fore-most, the staff is unbelievably nice. The rooms are also great, and they had heat unlike many/most Sapa hotels (we visited in early January, it was cold, but they had an electric heater and (more importantly) an electric heated mattress pad... which was unbelievably nice, way nicer than any electric blanket..) A few more detailed notes: - We wanted to day hike to the top of Mt Fansipan on the second day. They organized it all for us (and while it was very expensive for a day hike, that is the going rate there, we asked 3-4 different shops and the tourist info place) + upgraded us to the top floor "VIP room" (which offered amazing views/experience, since the day we arrived was sunny and clear). - After returning from our hike around 4pm, they gave us free hot showers, cleaned our muddy shoes while we showered, followed by free Pho soup for both of us, and arranged us the minivan to Lao Cai for $2.50/each, so we could catch our train back at 7:30pm without having to rush! - All throughout treated us like family.. I have never felt so welcome (we wished we could speak Vietnamese to speak with the older family members who did not speak English, but were extremely friendly too) One small note: if you do a big hike, bring your own water or ensure they are bringing enough by asking to see it. A guide is required for Fansipan and we were assured he's carrying all the water for us (and he confirmed). Turned out he brought 1 L of water for the two of us, which was not sufficient (we had also brought 0.5 l ourselves "just in case" and that saved the day). But that's not really the hotel's fault! Also the water pressure in the VIP room shower was really low.. probably because of the height of the building - it was better on lower floors.

Extremely enjoyed and relaxed”
We were overwhelmed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel's staff for the whole 3-day trip. The rooms were bigger and nicer than expected from the picture. It is my 5th time travelling to Sapa but this is the most friendly hotel I have ever been in. Even though the service is not as professional as a 4 or 5 star hotels, a family owned hotel has its unique attractions and a feeling of being at home. We would definitely come back here and recommend to every friend and relative if they come to Sapa.

Great service, couldn't wish for better”
Our stay at the Luxury Sapa Hotel was fantastic, the management Long and Chinh were very welcoming and helpful organising our daily activities. Always there to welcome us home after a days walk, ready with a lovely pot of cinnamon tea in the foyer. The rooms were very roomy, clean and had all that you need plus, we had a computer in our room, and a huge balcony overlooking the beautiful valleys and mountains. Highly recommend to any traveller.

Friendly family-run hotel with spacious rooms”
What a delightful hotel! No problem with early check-in after the night train to Sapa, and 1/2 bottle of wine as a welcome present. We had our doubts when we had to walk up the 76 steps to our fourth floor room (no elevator), but we were rewarded with a large spacious room with its own computer. The biggest reward was the view - out large windows overlooking the room`s terrace - of the east valley of Sapa, the mountains, and Fanispan. The included breakfast was substantial. A very pleasant stay.

Stunning view and great service”
we spent two nights here. prearranged pickup at the train station in lao cai was right on time. we arrived in sapa at 7 am and were greeted with smiles and the happy news that we could get into our room immediately and take a hot shower. the room was great - 4th floor with a huge window looking out onto a large balcony and a stunning view of the sapa hillside. (choose the deluxe room when you book.)breakfast is served in the rooftop restaurant one floor up, which also has a terrific view. pho bo and/or eggs are cooked to order by gracious and attentive staff. the location is quiet but a quick walk to restaurants, market, etc. we had a great stay.

Comfy hotel”
The rooms are clean with heater and electric blankets provided (very much needed in the colder months). Staff at the front desk speak excellent English and are very helpful. It is easy to book tours around Sapa and villages through the front desk, with prices as good as anywhere. They were very helpful in booking a train back to Hanoi and will also arrange a bus to the train station in Lao Cai. Take advantage of having these knowledgable staff, they can tell you lots about Sapa and the people who live here. Wifi in rooms was good, and a computer is provided in the rooms too. Only negative... the hot water is only good for a quick shower.
