Everything in Sapa relates to money”
Stay 2 nights, there were 2 water bottles in the room at the beginning, in the end we were charged 10K VND per bottle. Early check in = extra fee, late check out = extra fee --> not complain about the rule, but I guess it is a thing in Sapa, everything relates to money. Strong hot water, hot/cool air conditioner. But the hospitality is not that welcoming.

To be honest, the price is not reasonable. Though I noted that I need a bed for two peoples, they still offered me two single beds and when I came they tried to move single beds and I felt very inconvenient. Secondly, the second day they cleaned the room and have not give me any more soap, they also want to ask me pay for the clean water that often be free. I think the low quality of service due to I booked via Agoda.

We enjoyed our stay at Mimosa! The staff was very nice and the room was just fine for a night or two. It was really cold and rainy when we stayed in Sapa but the electric blanket and hot shower helped a lot. Location was good and central to anything you might want.

The situation if the hotel is convenient, the room nothing Special. The hotel has to be renovated. The lady lan at reception friendky. The excursions were overprized what we did find out to late. Per example the bustrip costs for others 10 US $, for us 15 US $.. therefore be careful and make a research before you book.

The location is great, not really close to the main attraction spots, so you wont need to worry about the noisy street sounds. My struggle with this hotel is I have to climb 5 floors to my room because the electricity is disrupted. Nice place for budget traveller!

I booked double room, some expensive. But she gave me no window small room. I request change my room with protest. But double room was not cleaned yet until 3 pm. I waited some time in the lobby. Then changed my room to mountain view. At first they said me pay more money. At last I stayed that room without payment. Several times they said me put my review in Agoda "Good". This hotel can't reach by Taxi. You need to walk 50 meters ... up and steep steps with your baggage. Most of Sapa trips arrive early in the morning and depart late evening by sleeping bus. If you need early check in or late check out, you have to pay money. In case of me... check out time was 10 AM, I want to stay until 2:30 pm. Thay said around 50% charge need to pay. But most of Sapa hotels don't do like that. without pay.. you can stay. And also before you leave hotel, they give us some sandwitch to eat in the bus. But not here.

The host is not friendly and supportive. Our restroom had no curtain and when we raised the issue he has no solution and didn’t show any will to solve the issue They don’t have iron, i mean no iron service anything Motorbike cannot access to the hotel door, you have to take stairs to get to the hotel The motorbike they rent is super old and they planned to charge us 2 days while we only use it till 10:30am in the second day They charged for drinking water Very bad experience staying here You should never think of staying here for your good experience in Sapa

NOT WORTH IT”
We booked here with Agoda and the guy said he doesn’t accept people booked from Agoda and tried to kick us out. As we struggled to get our money back finally he gave up and gave us the key. Clearly he has no idea the way he treated us will end up us writing this review. Terrible service. Doesn’t worth it at all. Highly unrecommended.
