For us travel is all about the people and here the staff was excellent. The manager, Mr Kim, went way beyond the call of duty to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable even offering complimentary late checkout and sending us on our way with a free sack lunch. We really got the royal treatment. Our room was very clean and well appointed. The bedding and bed were of high quality and soooo comfortable. The shower was hot and the water pressure excellent. We started each morning with a varied, full breakfast. The location was great and we enjoyed a lake view from our balcony. Thank you to Mr Kim and his entire highly professional staff for providing us a memorable stay in Sapa.

Best Hotel at Sapa with VIP Service”
Superb service given by the owner, Mr Kim and the staff. We arrived at the hotel at wee hour but were well welcome by them. Mr Kim had been very thoughtful by allowing us to have early check in without extra charges. He even treated us with free breakfast. Rooms were clean and big with comfortable bed. They even equipped the rooms with heater and aircond. The hotel is located at a strategic location with just short walking distance to the Sapa town. Before we left to Hanoi, Mr Kim even bought us with Sapa's famous bread from a shop nearby the hotel. Truly recommended.

We had fantastic experience staying here. Spacious rooms, great views from balcony, nice location near lake and 5 mins walk to city center. Manager Kim was very friendly and helped us book city tour and suggested good restaurants to try out in sapa. Overall great experience and best value for money..

Amazing!”
We stayed for 3 nights and received such special treatment from the staff, and particularly the manager, Mr Kim, from the moment we arrived. Mr Kim shared his local knowledge of places to eat and all the special places to visit. He could not have been more attentive, including packing us a special little lunch for our trip back to Hanoi, and making sure our bus was on track to collect us as we were leaving. The hotel is very well maintained, clean and super comfortable and in the perfect location, only a few minutes walk to the lake, and the heart of Sapa village. We highly recommend a stay at Mountain Queen Hotel for anyone visiting Sapa.

One of the most amazing hotels i've stay in Vietnam. The staffs were amazing. We even received banh mi before we left for hanoi. Definitely book the family room with the balcony to get the view of the lake

Amazing stay in Sa Pa”
Perfect hotel for your stay in Sa Pa. Very nice and helpfull staf. They helped us with our hiking tour, which was great. Located close to city centre, but quite street. Delicious breakfast with eggs and pancakes. Definitely recommend!

The nicest people on a quiet location still close to everything”
We arrived very early and got a free early check in paying only for the breakfast (included but obviously for the next morning) that was good in quantity and quality. The room was simple but well appointed and very clean and had a lateral view over the lake. This is a family hotel that survived the time of the pandemic with effort and hard work. Genuine vietnamese hospitality, good english and will to help. If returning back to Sapa this will be our choice. 3 minutes walk to the lake and about ten to the hotspots, no noise and close to the market and bus stations (came by taxi as it was raining but went on foot with trolleys).

The room is clean and adequately furnished with a warm shower. The staff was also friendly with Mr Kim recommending we visit Fansipan the day we arrived as the fog had just cleared up from the day before. We were really grateful for his advice. The hotel was also in a nice place, not too far from the center yet it offered quietness. They also gave us banhmi before we left! Recommend!

Mr Kim and the staff are so attentive to making us feel great during our stay. Mr Kim is the model of what hospitality should be like. He upgraded our room for free and without us asking just because there was one available, and allowed late check out because our bus was at 4pm. He has great recommendations and packages for treks, bike rental, private car to go around sapa. He even helped to purchase tickets to go up to Fansipan so that we did not need to queue to buy them. This hotel has it all. Just come, stay, and make all your bookings here!

Mr Kim the hotel owner are very kind. Ensure my family to have a worry free 2 night stay in the hotel. provide us with many useful information. Allow us to early check in knowing we have a long trip by train. The room are spacious, and the bed are very comfy. The breakfast also good. Mr Kim also go to the extra mile to buy us Banh Mi ( Vietnamese Sandwich), knowing we need to catch an early express bus back to Hanoi.

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed Sapa thoroughly. Firstly, location of the hotel is perfect, just 3 minutes from the bus drop-off point, near the city center. Secondly, room is big and spacious, and with scenic view, concierge is very helpful and friendly, meeting our every needs and questions. F&B staff are cheerful and make our breakfast, a cheerful experience. Highly recommended place for a family holiday.

I stumbled upon this hotel when trying to book a place in Sapa for my group of 5. I didn't pay much attention to the booking since it's for only one night, but Mr. Kim over-delivered. He was accommodating to our early arrival: let us check in at 7 AM and even invited us in for breakfast that day. What's more, he gave us a room to shower and freshen up after hiking Fansipan. Incredibly kind man and lovely service! 20/10.
