Great location, even better view”
We had a great stay at Sapa Pinocchio Hotel! The staff are incredibly helpful and even let us check in when we arrived at 3 am. Though some of the staff don't speak English well they always try their best to accommodate the guest.

A good choice in Sapa”
We enjoyed our holiday. The host and the staff at the hotel are very nice. We got a room with private view from big balcony and I think it is the best view in Sapa. Facility is well, too with elevator and clean, new bathroom. We got more than what we paid. The next time we come back to Sapa, we'll surely come back this nice hotel.

To be offered a excellent homestay in Tavan”
Due to some error in the system of Agoda, the owner could not received my booking. Therefore, she gave me a solution to move to her new homestay in Tavan. This homestay is about 7km far from the city center but it is worth to stay because of nice view to mountain (Muong Hoa Alley), clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious local foods and so on. Must try this when you visit Sapa or want to visit Tavan village.

It's in a good location with close range from the Sapa square (centre of the town). We have a room with the balcony, we could see the Fansipan mountain outside the window. It has friendly staffs, although the breakfast is not best.

Basic Comfort”
Our stay at Pinocchio was a bit less than desired. We resereved a 6 person room. Which ended up being 4 double beds. We never had hot water and the heating didn't work very well so we were quite cold. Breakfast could go longer as we were never able to make the 9:30 end time. The internet was also very spotty.

Very comfy, very accommodating”
We arrived very early (6am) from Hanoi and they had no problem allowing us to check in early and go straight to our room at that time. They helped us organise a great Homestay tour and kept our backpacks at the hotel overnight. They welcomed us to use a room to shower and freshen up when we returned from the trek for no extra charge. Rooms are big, spacious, clean and bright. Great hotel!

- unpleasant - it was filthy - electricity wasn't working - WiFi didn't work - it was freezing and there was absolutely no heating - there were barely any lights - not enough plug points - overall it was awful, almost torturous staying here. I regretted booking it. When I arrived to Sapa from Hanoi people came to the bus with hotel offers that were around the same price or less that looked a million times better, had wifi, heating and electricity at all times, also breakfast included.

The owner tried to charge us more for check in early (more than half price for check in only as written in the rule) and refused to provide breakfast that day as the chef was off (liar, his wife is the chef and we saw her). Breakfast is only pho or bread. HOWEVER, location is great, near the main tourist streets. They are useful to give advice where to go and eat. Should try the Egg coffee in the Legend Hotel/Cinnamon Coffee next door. Room and facilities are value for the price.

so when I came here I was too early to check in, even though the rules write I had to pay 50% if I check in at 6am, but they didn't charge me. I'm booking a dorm room, but they give me private room with same price I'm so lucky. the staff were nice, the hotel were close to sun plaza, quite center of town, u can walk to anywhere.

We stayed in the hostel. Out from hostel through restaurant to the terrace with beautiful landscape. Expensive for bed. Water finished at night, but the hotel offered free breakfast instead)). Vietnamese noise all night and the hotel offered to stay as we want during the day for rest)).

Decent hotel for sapa”
First the view is not at all as shown on the photos, unless you stay on the highest level. Actually we saw only one room with shared terrace. However the restaurant has nice view. The room itself was good, Big and clean. Staff were nice. One more thing the honey they sell is amazin. We bought a small bottle, and now I wish I bought a bigger one.

I was check in at 3:00 AM. But The manager is very friendly & kindly. They guided about locations & how to go. I am very happy in here because the feeling is like my relative.
