Excellent Hospitality ”
Without doubt, Sapa Relax Hotel is one of the favorites hotel I have ever stayed. Upon arrival on 4am, we were warmly welcomed with warm ginger tea and room was ready as well as check in process was very smooth. After taking flights and whole night bus from Ha Noi to Sapa, that kind of service was we expected to relax. The room was very comfy with beautiful valley view. I truly enjoyed two days of staying there in sapa. The staffs were very friendly, breakfast was good and value for money with strategic location. Overall, the atmosphere was feeling like home to me. Special thanks for Mr Kenny (Customer Service Manager) who does a great job and giving us some snacks when we checked out. I would recommend this hotel and it is a true sample of excellent hospitality.

Amazing hotel! Highly recommend if travelling to Sapa!”
Staff were friendly, rooms were cleans, breakfast was incredible! It was also a good location to visit the fansifan monorail station as well as the restaurant streets. Kenny and the reception staff helped me find hotels and gave me tips on where, when, hotel to visit the key places. My parents also loved this hotel! Thank you for making our vietnam travel amazing!

Really friendly and professional staffs. High quality hotel room”
The staffs here were really friendly. They helped and supported us until we got on shuttle bus of railway station. At that time, we already checked out 3 hours ago. The room was cleaned, smel good, well prepared and even decorated with rose petals. It has everything we needed for the trip. Good experience in the first trip to Sapa.

Very nice staff and clean hotel ”
The staff is really really nice, they always open the door when we were getting in or out the hotel, they always smile, ... At the end of our stay, we received a gift from the hotel (water, bread, apple) !!!! The room was really clean and the bed comfortable. Unfortunately we didn’t have a great view because of the fog. I recommend this hotel !

Great location, friendly staff”
The hotel was very clean and quiet during our 3-night stay there. Breakfast is excellent with great view from the restaurant (and also from our room). Location close to the town center is a plus. The hotel staff was so helpful that they carried our luggage all the way up to the hill to find a taxi after we checked out.

Beautiful and clean hotel with excellent service and breakfast. Staff was extremely friendly and the room was very comfortable. Location was good although it is located somewhat on the edge of town. Easily walked to all attractions.

Great hotel with great staff ”
This hotel was fabulous. The location, views and rooms were all great. But the best thing about the hotel was the service. The receptionist Rosie did so so much to help us. When the bus company let us down, she went above and beyond to help us. She got a taxi to meet us, brought us to another bus station and waited with us until we got on the bus. She was so lovely and helpful and I cannot praise her enough. Would definitely recommend this hotel because of her service!

Hotel with excellent mountain view.”
It is a 7-8 minute walk from the Safa Express office. The hotel is located just down the road from Safa Square. The room was spacious and clean, and the water pressure in the bathroom was okay. I was able to enjoy the peaceful morning scenery by choosing the mountain view room. Safa Square, Sun Plaza and the Cathedral are also nearby. There are also many good restaurants around. All the staff were very friendly and helped me with things like booking tickets. One thing travelers should know is that laundry services should be done in Hanoi. In general, the cost of laundry service at the hotel depends on the weight, but here you will be charged according to the number of items. I did not have a laundry rate table in the room, so I used the service, but I think it was very expensive. I am willing to revisit anyway.

Excellent Services ”
We reached the hotel early in the morning, the counter male staffs was kind enough to offer us to take a shower before went to the Fanxipan as the room not ready yet. The next day morning we checked out hotel and leave our luggages and went to cat cat village, when we came back the hotel to get our luggage, the male manager gift us a bag of complementary snack like fruits and bottle water. I am really appreciate of their services, all do the staffs keep smiling on their face, the room was spacious, breakfast was good

friendly and helpful staff. although near the entrance of the hotel there still some rennovation going on making it slightly unaccessible if you have luggage with you the manager mr nyugen was really helpful in bringing our luggage to the church. the rooms have nice views as well the room that i stayed had full glass window which allows me to enjoy the sapa hill view . overall its a pleasant experience

Staff is so helpful, i stayed here for one night and i was suppose to stay at another hotel for one night, it started raining and tht hotel staff cldnt send someone to pick up me n my luggage. Inspite of my check out, staff in this hotel helped me to reach my hotel safely, i m really thankful to them. I recommend this hotel

The staff are all kind and amiable. The location is also convenient to go anywhere. The view from the window is so beautiful that I sit on a chair and watch it all the time. Check-out was early in the morning, so they prepared a brown bag breakfast with a sandwich.

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. After 2 days trek we booked this hotel to enjoy and relax one afternoon/night. I would definitely come back here when visiting Sapa. We also got a complimentary upgrade upon arrival.

Our stay at SaPa Relax Hotel & Spa was very nice. Huy one of the employees is simply great and took good care of us from the moment we checked in to the very last second of our stay. They even kept our luggage safe at the reception after check out so we could enjoy the city without carrying them around. Highly recommend, we loved it! (Get the mountain view, you will not regret it)
