We stayed for 3 Nights in Sapa Romance Hotel. Ana and her Family do her Best do make the stay very nice. The room was Big and very clean. The bed extreme comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Overall i can highly recommend this Hotel. It is near the Lake. But only 5 minutes to walk to Center. Next time in sapa I will stay here again.

Overwhelmed by friendlyness”
My stay at the Sapa Romance Hotel was very memorable. Anna and her family are some of the nicest people I have met during my travels. They care for their customers and help with booking trips, give advice on price ranges for taxis etc., help you catch the right busses back to Lao Cai. Furthermore the rooms are clean and spacious. The heating was great during a cold night. I would definately stay at the same hotel again! Overall I had a wonderful experience.

Clean, good value, better service”
Ms. Anna was the nicest and most helpful host. She really went out of her way to help us but she was never pushy. She even helped barter our bus ticket down when we left. The breakfast is delicious and a great deal - only 50k for eggs, fruit, toast, and coffee. Our stay here was the nicest and best experience we’ve had in the 6 weeks we have been traveling. I can’t say enough good things about SaPa Romance hotel.

Excellent new boutique hotel”
We had a lovely stay at this new little hotel! Spacious rooms with the comfiest softest bed ever! Such a treat in Vietnam! AC and Heat in the rooms, modern and clean furnishings, good hot shower- everything you need for a comfortable short stay or as a home base to explore all Sapa has to offer. They even let us store our bags overnight when we went on a trek AND kept a room waiting for us at a lower agreed upon rate for the night we returned despite it being a busy holiday weekend. The girl working at the front was so lovely and really available to help us out with storing our bags, calling taxis, etc. Not too far from the real center of town (short walk) and since the town of Sapa itself is a bit spread out, this location turned out to be pretty good (between the main "town square" and the market). Excellent value for money and just the nicest staff. Don't hesitate to book!!!

Fantastic hotel”
We had a fantastic stay at Sapa Romance. The room was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location is great, walking distance of cafes and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet. Anna is so helpful and friendly and really made our stay in Sapa.

Amazing hotel at an affordable price”
The hotel exceeded all my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities and service. The room was (too) huge, toiletries were provided and the breakfast was simple but delicious. While the location is slightly off the town center, it is still accessible on foot. Also, it is near to the lake as well as the Sapa market. The hotel is definitely worth staying for a couple of nights.

Great Location! ”
The family who run the hotel are so nice!! We had an amazing stay here down to them. We arrived in the very early hours of the morning after our sleeper bus and they got up to check us in which we were really grateful for! They helped us book our trekking/homestay and our bus to Laos all for really reasonable prices. The rooms were a good size and nice/clean! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

Great Budget Room”
This room fit right into our budget and we couldn't have asked for more. The receptionist was so kind and sweet and helped us get to the Love Waterfall. The room was quite large and all the facilities were clean and in working order. The heater was a bit loud but provided the warmth we needed in the cold Sapa night. I don't believe there was an elevator but we always take stairs anyway so it was fine. Overall very comfortable one night stay and would definitely go back if I found myself in Sapa again.

Exceptional”
This was our favourite stay in Vietnam so far! The beds are sooo comfortable, the room was spotless and had heating and ac which was nice in Sapa. The room was well ventilated and didn’t have that damp, musty feeling/smell we’ve encountered in a lot of accommodations. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Enjoying the cold New Year in Sapa”
Very helpful Ms. Anna (thru email) as we were arriving late *early morning 5-6am due to transportation issue. The room is clean with basic amenities available. (hot shower in the winter cold Sapa). overall our stay was perfect. really enjoy our trip.

Great place to stay”
Very comfortable and spacious room, with extra friendly owners. We stayed a single night but got in Sapa very early (6am) and were able to check in early to shower and rest.

Excellent choice for Sapa visit”
We only had one night here but we were so pleased with our choice! The hotel was very modern with spotlessly clean rooms and excellent facilities, including fast WiFi and a shower room we could use the following day when we finished a trek. The staff were all very friendly and spoke excellent English. They helped us book our travel back to the train station, and were even able to get a motorcycle for hire delivered to the hotel within 5 mins of us mentioning that we wanted to hire one! Slightly further from the main area of bars, restaurants than other hotels but would definitely stay here again next time.

Fantastic, clean and modern”
This hotel is run by a family and they are very welcoming from the first moment. Rooms include heating( which we needed during our stay), they are very spacious, clean and comfortable. the bathroom has a separate shower and great hot water and pressure. there are some rooms with no outside window but when I wrote to request they upgraded us to a front room to accommodate. They make dinner and breakfast if you would like and also booked our bus back to Hanoi and even walked us to the stop in the morning to make sure we got in the right one! I have nothing bad to say about this place. We stayed for three nights and was fantastic. I would stay again. A wonderful spot to go back and be warm and cozy after a drizzly day around Ss Pa.

Best service ever”
Pros : ana is the greatest receptionist ever. Do not fooled by her appearance simple clad shirt but she is a person with great personality and helpful and attentive and smiling always....she make sure every step u walk into the hotel is well taken care off. The butler, a middle aged man was fantastic.....he heard i opened my hotel door and quickly came beside my door room to help me carry my luggage downstair....such a detailed oriented staff. Love it love it love it!!!!!

Very pleasant stay”
Very nice hotel (the best during our trip in vietnam) with all the standards one could need (AC/heating, helpful staff, quiet rooms, nice beds and bathroom). The whole place is clean and has recently been redone. The hotel is very organized and helpful (rented a motorbike, booked the bus, etc.). We were very pleased with our stay. Highly recommended!

The Receptionist was great -she could speak very good English (that is unique in Vietnam, as we realized after one month travelling around Vietnam), she was kind and everytime prepared to help. As well as other two girls who cooked and took care about the cleanliness of rooms. Room was super clean with very nice smell. We appreciate great atmosphere in the hotel.
