Peaceful, relaxing beautiful scenery, friendly”
The Hotel is in one of the most beautiful spots. The rooms face the Fansipan mountain. The owners haven't quite finished everything yet, but almost there, even so it didn't take anything away from this place. It's just out of SaPa itself but you have everything you need. Hue and her husband were most kind and obliging. They also have a lovely family. You'll feel at home here and won't want to leave. If you want a break from the hussle and bussle and noise, this is for you.

so so hotel in the Cat Cat village - a tour destination”
It's a basic hotel if you booked directly with the owner maybe you got some cheaper rate.. the hotel is inside Cat Cat Village - a beautiful village in Sapa with many nice cafe that everyone goes to Sapa would go to. The village is a bit far from Sapa center so if you go back at night by motorbike, it is a bit scary - but they say they would install street lamp soon - hope so. the staff is Ok - the young man - Hung is extremely helpful and super friendly - take us back and forth from the hotel and Sapa town. The owner is a bit off - cold and changed her mind about cooking lunch for us... Overall Ok if you want to stay away from busy Sapa town

Amazing view, super staff, quiet”
We were staying during one week and liked it so much. It’s more like being in friends countryside house that staying in a hotel. All things like hot water, heating, Wi-Fi are provided and work nicely. The hotel and area around are made with big heart and beauty. The owners were the most helpful and friendly people I ever met in Vietnam. Hotel has an extremely beautiful mountain view. Our morning was starting with great breakfast and heartbreaking view on a terrace and it was definitely making our day.

The best view and friendly staff”
We really loved this hotel! We were looking for a place to relax and when we got there, we realized that the hotel is in Cat Cat and not Sa Pa City itself, wich is amazing! Quiet and beautiful!

Nice View”
It was nice with awesome view of the mildly foggy mountains- the rice terraces. The downside is the location. Nothing much around it and the in-house amenities very limited. It was raining and was muddy and thus though Sapa town is a short distance away it was not as easily accesible.

Unexpected”
We like the hotel it is like a cross between a home stay & a hotel. But it just wasn't where agoda says it is. It It is out of town not "sapa city". Taxis charge an ever increasing amount to get in and out. If you want to stay close to as village then it is OK.

out of the city”
Quite expensive, out of city. You have to go down very steep hill road for 15 mins. Its not far but the elevation is big. Staff has worse english but they were polite, organized for us free car transfer to Sapa after checkout and gave us free sprite cans. Room was clean but perhaps they didn't finish by cleaning bathroom. They left there used toothbrushes.

A isolated remote oocation with not easy access”
Be careful, the hotel states being in he centre of SAPA, which is not true, it if several kilometres out of rhd cit sonif you look for remote peaceful place just to enjoy nice view of the walley, goof choice, access ti the city is complicated and evenntaxi drivers refuse to gl here due to vad road conditions, so in rains, you have ti gl through mud on feetmor take a motorbike

Priceless Fanxipan View”
The staff could speak little to no English which was a great cultural experience. This just made it hard to communicate about the food. They did my laundry and helped me out a lot. The rooms each had an amazing view facing the Fanxipan mountain, I extended my stay twice because I knew I probably would never see this place again. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. It was a great bargain.

Great view, friendly staff, nice breakfast”
The staff is really attentive and friendly (doesn't speak English tho; in case they call a 'friend' who will translate everything). You have a scenic view from your balcony and the rooms are spacious as well as rustic but lovely furnished. Wide choice of included breakfast that you can enjoy on the nice terrace. Even tho the hotel is a bit remote you have a great value for money. Enjoyed our stay here!

Great mountain views”
IT was pleasant. The room was very cold the first night. We enjoyed the marvellous views. The breakfast was satisfactory. The room could was not as clean as it could have been. We paid extra for a heater. This location was a bit out of town so we needed to hire a motorbike. It may be ok for us in the summertime.

Careless”
The big issue is they were too careless on our ID card. They almost lost my ID card. When I checked out and asked to return my ID card, the lady at the checkout desk couldn’t find it. She called 3 more person to look for. According to their conversation, I heard that someone accidentally gave wrong my ID card to other customer before. They spent about 30 minutes to look for the ID card at the checkout desk (it causes I was late to get the bus to Hanoi). Finally, they found my ID inside a garbage bag on the floor. They explained that because of it accidentally falling down from the desk. I wonder what the hell are they doing with the most important personal document of customer. Not recommend.
