Great location”

We stayed here in 4 days. Hotel is located in the center, around 300m far from the Church, square, park and food restaurants. Staff are friendly and nice! Rooms are small except VIP one (with balcony) but value money.

We relocated”

I came to this hotel about 08.00 AM and the hotel didn't open check in yet for us because We can check in about 11.00 AM. Due to we have one day tour in Sapa Village so we decided to put our luggages here and we came back at 06.00 PM, the staff told me that the room was not longer anymore. What?? but They finally relocated us to another hotel. Hmmmm... Thanks anyway..

They moved us to another hotel”

The hotel was overbooked but they moved us to another hotel nearby. The hotel (I don't recall the name) but just a block away and brand new. All in all it worked well for us and was no problem whatsoever.

Everything was okay ”

The dorm bed is okay . just the water at second floor was abit slow . Both bed and towel got abit stain , but I guess it was because old maybe ... Staff was friendly . Breakfast was good also they have several choices. It worth the price at the promotion rate . not sure when promotion is over.

Nice hostel with a small flaw”

Perfect location, friendly staff, good WiFi. No AC, but it was not needed. Fan was enough. Walls were covered in mold, but it didn't bother in our stay of 2 nights. We had some problems with the trekking tour we booked, but staff handled it very well and we received discount because of it. Recommended!

Very Good. It's a simple hostel, perfect for a weekend and for backpackers. Clean beds and toilet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect Location, just in the middle of the town.
