Nice hotel, close to supermarket and lake”
We booked deluxe triple and it has big window with lake view. Bed is very comfortable and breakfast is to die for. Lovely girl work at the front desk also make breakfast for us. She makes good egg omelet so good that I asked for second. Bathroom a bit small thought. Room has heater perfect for this cold weather. I'll be back to sapa and we'll definitely be staying with sapa classic again.

Very nice staff”
Sapa classic hotel is well located and the staff is very kind and friendly. The room looked great and the bed were very/very comfortable. Breakfast was good too. The only problem is that in our bathroom water evacuation was really slow so the room was really humid. For us it wasn't a big deal but if you are sensitive to humidity you have to know that.

we arrived early morning (before 6 am) and the receptionist allow us to check in early. the staff are so friendly. when i first enter the hotel, everything is so classic. so nice. you can rent a motorbike at the hotel as well. the staff are really helpful. worth for the money. i definitely will come back and stay in this hotel again if i go to Sapa.

Previous was sapa classic hotel but now change management and owner. The staff and owner have really super good service and really friendly.Come All the new facilities. Luckily when we check in that day was their management someone birthday,really appreciated their invited me and my family to joined their birthday party.Thank you.

Plus: super friendly & helpful staffs (and the couple owners too), decent breakfast, opposite the nice lake, able to avoid all the noise and construction in Sapa these days Minus: not very near Sapa centre - it takes at least 10 mins to walk to the church, but we did actually enjoy that walk several times a day :)

Great Value on some rooms ”
If you can get one of the rooms with a window, you’ll have a lovely stay - the windowless rooms smelled pretty dank. That being said it was a great value, great location and they had good heaters in the clean rooms with comfortable beds which was key given how cold it was! Breakfast was fine - pretty typical choice of eggs etc.

room had no windows and smelt a bit funky on arrival. no tea or coffee as stated in the ad. Staff were ok as was breakie. But next morning there was water running down the walls of the room and mould everywhere. We booked 2 nights but only stayed 1

Terrible bathroom”
The bathroom stinks so bad like a public mens room and we cannot stand the smell. I asked the staff if they can switch us to another room but refuse. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

Mouldy with no window”
We booked a deluxe double and got given a tiny room with no window, it smelt of mould with water dripping off the walls and ceiling. We asked for a room with fan and heating to dry it out, after some resistance we were finally moved. I would not recommend this place, overpriced and smelly. Go elsewhere!!

A favor: buena ubicación, buena atención y habitación espaciosa. Desayuno normal. Se pueden alquilar motos en el mismo lugar por un buen precio En contra: olor a humedad, no hay ventanas pero se sobrelleva con el aire acondicionado.
