The staff are friendly and helpful. They always replied to my emails promptly. It's great value for money; especially as so many other hotels overcharge in Sapa. Our room was basic but comfortable and we had an amazing view of the mountains from our little private balcony. The bed wasn't uncomfortable, but wasn't the softest mattress we've slept on either. We had hot showers & free toiletries. The breakfast was basic but enjoyable. We also hired a motorbike for 6$ a day. I would highly recommend this hotel for budget travelers - we really enjoyed our stay & it's great value for money.

Only suitable for insomnic due to construction noise most of the night”
There is a lot of construction happening in Sapa and this place overlooks at least 3 construction sites. The noise reduced around 10pm to a more bearable level but started up again around 5 am. When I asked the when the noise would stop they laughed at me!!!! Once the construction has been completed I'd expect the new buildings to obscure the view across to the mountains. Facilities were as expected for $10US for a twin room.

I had a very comfortable stay for 2 nights. It was cold due to winter. Was so glad the hot water system works perfectly! Amazing restaurant too!

Quiet”
Quiet, only a couple people speak englsih but it wasn't a problem. Good place to leave your bags if youre going trekking (the lockers under the bed fit my giant rucksack and backpack as i only packed an overnight bag.)

Very cheap, basic accommodation. We used it to kill a few hours before a bus to Cat Ba. Friendly family and try the bun cha restaurant next door!!!

You need to climb up a bit from the city center to get to this place, but it is still very noisy at night. The room smelled really bed, the toilet didn't flush. The bed linens were very dirty, full of patches and hair, obviously not changed after the previous guests, despite the lies of the staff. Couldn't wait to leave the hotel behind in the next morning.

Hôtel très bien placé avec un prix très correct pour sapa. Les chambres sont grandes avec une literie très agréable et une couette chauffante. Eau chaude. Si vous prenez avec petit déjeuner inclus il faut savoir que c'est uniquement du pain avec (omelette ou beurre/confiture) les boissons (café/thé) sont à payer en plus ! Le personnel ne parle pas très bien anglais.

Très bon accueil du gérant, attentionné et prêt à rendre service, très souriant et agréable. Chambre simple et propre, des jours avec et sans eau chaude! ! Possibilité d'avoir une jolie vue sur les montagnes. Bien situé , au calme, à 250m du centre. On vous le conseillé!!

숙소 또 옮겨짐. 근데 괜찮았음.”
이번 아고다예약은 2번이나 숙소가 옮겨짐. ㅜㅜ 자신이 운영하는 다른곳이라며 보라고 해서 봤는데 바로 앞에 공사를 하고 있어 시끄럽기는 했지만 방도 크고 문앞에 공용 베란다에 테이블도 있어 여기서 자기로 함. 샤워기 수압이 낮아 샤워하기 불편함. 조식은 오믈렛과 바게트 커피. 소스가 없어서 ㅜㅜ 첫날만 여기로 예약했고 이틀은 직접 나서서 산전망 구했음. 근데 주말이라 평일보다 비싸고 흥정이 힘들었음. 그래도 만족스런가격에 산전망 구함.
