Best hotel in Patong imo”
My best stay at Patong. Been travelling in Thailand for about a month, this is IMO the best hotel in Patong. Not right by the beach but it’s okay it’s still nearby you can always take a tuktuk or a walk. Hotel interior is amazing and clean. Pool is very nice as well. Only gripe is no lifts and they don’t have someone to bring you to your rooms so you gotta carry whatever luggages up / down yourself.

The best resort in Phuket ”
Our seven days stay in this resort was unforgettable, we enjoyed every moment, it was captivating. The large room on G-floor facing pool had great view, it was like living in our own home. Housekeeping Ms.Mai kept our room, bathroom, bedding spotlessly clean. Their buffet breakfast was commendable with plenty to choose and Mr.Chatz at the restaurant always served us with a great smile, he's a lovely human being. Reception staff were too good. I wish we get another opportunity to come back. I will recommend my friends and relatives too..

The good: 1)Reception:All the reception staffs were very polite,friendly and helpful especially khun nok,khun fon and khun bia.These 3 ladies always greeted me with a smile and were very patient and helpful with any issues i may have had during my stay there. 2)Housekeeping:All the housekeeping staffs were also very nice and did a very good job in tidying up the room. 3)All other staffs:Everyone was so polite and friendly. 4)Hotel manager:Very friendly. Can be improved: 1)I observed that at times the reception area is crowded with people waiting or there is a delay in checking in people to their rooms or people checking out as there were not enough receptionists to handle the volume of guests arriving at the hotel. The receptionist/receptionists looked overwhelmed by the number of guests arriving at the hotel especially during the peak period. There are 4 reception counters but most of the time there is only one or two receptionists available. And the receptionist also double up as porters. When the receptionist brings the guests to their rooms sometimes no one is at the reception area or there is only one receptionist available. I sincerely believe that the receptionist should not have to double up as a porter and bring guests bags to their rooms as this will take them away from their primary duty of being at the reception counter to handle calls and checking in/out guests.

I couldn't enjoy the pool because I checked in so late and checked out early. But the room was very nice and clean. Bangla road is not very far and some good local restaurants are located closely. One weak point is they don't have an elevator, it can be bother if you have some heavy luggages.

Been staying at this hotel for a few times now. Always treated with a smile by all the staffs wherever you go.Everyone is very friendly. How you treat others is how you would want others to treat you. Met Khun noon a few times and she always enquired if everything was okay and how was my stay there. Reception staffs,Khun Fon,Khun mark,Khun deer,Khun am,Khun too were all very polite and friendly and would always do their best to assist you whenever you require any assistance especially Khun nok. The porter was also very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping staffs were always smiling and helpful even though they were very busy during this period. Hotel facilities were in good condition and well maintained.

Best stay in Patong”
The hotel is very nice. Staffs are super Friendly especially to name 2 of them is Ms.Nok and Ms.Fon they accommodate to our request and very attentive. The food manager for the breakfast is very friendly and he did cater to my request on surprising my wife with cake. Overall we had a good stay and i would definitely come back. It was a good time we spent for my wife birthday. Only one small improvement need to be look into for breakfast food options are quite limited and repetitive and the food taste need to upscale a lil. Otherwise is 10/10. Thank you for the hospitality.

It was a lovely stay. The hotel is less than 10 minute walk down the road to Patong beach. The pool is amazing, our room could use a bit of refurbishing(toilet to be exact) but everything was clean and cozy and the beds were huge! So that was a plus

Quiet, clean & spacious”
We love sawaddu hotel coz its away fm the busy street of patong. Its clean, spacious and the bed was great! It's big and comfy. The toilet is clean and the shower gel smells great. I think it's lavender. It's so relaxing after a long day to just soak in bathtub and with the shower gel it helps to relax the mind n muscles. We stayed here for 1 night after our dive coz the other hotel was fully booked so we couldn't extend. But we were glad we did! Would recommend this hotel. The staff spoke fluent English and checking in n out was such a breeze. Thank you sawaddi!

The hotel is located in the right place. Far from the madding crowd and yet walkable to Patong Beach and the shopping areas. Hotel had excellent breakfast and was very very clean. If I return to Phuket I will surely book Sawaddi once again!

We stayed here for a week over Songkran and had a wonderful stay. The staff are delightful and the hotel is an oasis of calm in Patong! Not too far from the action but far enough to have a peaceful stay. Pool was fab and the food and drink delicious. The staff entertained us over Songkran with something for all ages. They made us feel very welcome and catered for our needs. The room was lovely and spacious with a comfy bed. We will stay here again when we go back to Patong.

Think our 5th time at this hotel. Great hotel in patong, clean, friendly staff, great pool, lots going on near to hotel, 15 minute walk to Bangla road, visited over songkran complete change of staff since our last visit 2 1/2 years ago a special mention to chatz who couldn’t do enough for us. We had adjoining rooms for the children too which seems hard to find in Thailand

Great hotel. Staff were amazing, pool and gym were nice, beds comfortable. Location was good as it was on a quiet street away from all the noise, but still walking distance to Patong beach and Bangla road (15ish minutes walk). Also some great local Thai food spots right across the street for a good price.

Fantastic Hotel”
A little away from the beachroad, but a straight 15 minutes walk, all the better as lots more 'local food' and inexpensive restaurants on the way! The hotel room was perfect, one or two more English TV channels other than Aljezeera would be appreciated. Large size room with balcony and all the amenities required, super pool area, fresh and comprehensive breakfast spread although would have loved a slice of cheese. All the staff were very friendly, unfortunately only got Chatz's name in the restaurant, he was super friendly and efficient. I wish we had stayed here on our previous visits to Patong, however highly recommend to future travellers

No apologies”
Let me start this by saying that's it the pandemic and businesses are starting back up so travelers should be understanding, but it's no excuse for lame services. It's a nice place, in a quiet area but still everything nearby within 30mins walk. I am a digital nomad and my work and traveling depends on good internet. Only 1 person can use the internet in the room and it's not even working well most of the time. The manager apologized and said they're still trying to get the services done. Yadayada. Sure, we understood. We bought data just to work. The balcony light was broken, bath tub handles are kind of wobbly which is a safety risk for old people. That's okay. We're two young adults who's capable of themselves. Then there comes the sockets which emitted a smell, reported it. There was no apologies to it but sure they've fixed it. We've extended our stay here because it's a nice area and we were hoping to get the extra benefits that you get for booking directly but they said no, you only get it when you book online so sure again, no problem. Then there was the wobbly tiles issue in the balcony, it was the middle of a work day and I had to quickly pack my luggages to move into another room which I hurt my back from hitting myself into the room counter because I was rushing, no apologies still but they moved us into a room with bigger beds. Sure, no problem at all. The last straw was to see a 5 inch lizard inside the room that next day. It is the middle of my work day, I came here to relax and peacefully do my work. I called the front desk and they sent one of their staff who was also scared of the said lizard and called men staff. Still no apologies. No nothing. Didnt hear anything from anyone. If you want your peace, and enjoy your holiday, might rethink staying here.
