Nice and clean hotel but disappointed”

It is a simple but adequate hotel. The location is quite good, five minutes by walk to the lake. Breakfast was abundant although not really tasty. A very unpleasant disappointment: after having breakfast and going for a walk around the area, when I returned I found the room without sheets or towels so I could not have a shower before leaving. It was about 10 AM, which gave me a feeling that I was bothering them and they wanted me to leave as soon as possible. That have never happened to me. Although the staff is nice they should have a little more touch with the customer.

Reasonable Value for Money”

The room was good and clean the bed comfortable. A TV with local satellite stations. Reasonable wifi that just managed with IPTV. At least they had a working elevator which was welcome. Unfortunately no kettle for tea or coffee. Quite honestly, 2 tiny shampoo sachets is hardly going to last 2 people very long! But it is a stop worth remembering in Phayao.

More than “value for money””

The price via agoda was very cheap when compared with the service we got from the staff. The location is near to Kwan Phayao Lake. And also the breakfast is very delicious.

great location. decent breakfast. better than average bed softness ( hard for farang but best of 4 hotels on this trip ). nice rooms but an annoying outside light that fortunately is extinguished at 9pm ( for 2 rooms on opposite sides of building, so it was some sort of 'architectural feature') clean & large baths. walking distance to lake front and bars and restaurants. short drive to large supermakets (tops and tesco ). we had 2 rooms on 4th floor, one double one 2 single beds. btw: best electrical wiring i've seen anywhere in thailand!

Very good hotel if you're on a budget. Clean, friendly staff. The breakfast was decent. 20 baht if you want a real coffee (instant is free). Cheap minibar.

A good option ”

A bit out of town. Very spacious room bright and airy. Shower ok. Elevator. Fairly basic breakfast.

Noisy breakfast room. I had to ask if the music could be more quite, then there were some very young kids ( obviousy kids from the staff ) screeming now and then and although the quality of the coffee was very good it was strange to me that the second cip of coffee had to be payed, 20 Baht only, but still....

Clean Budget hotel. Adequate breakfast to start the day with.

You get what you pay for”

Location in middle of the town, ample off-road parking and a surprising (local) brekky buffet option. You don't want to spend a 14-days honeymoon there but an ideal night stop. Will be back!

Vindbaarheid”

Lastig te vinden als de naam op een openstaande poort staat. Misschien handig om het Thaise uithangbord duidelijk te tonen, bevordert de herkenbaarheid. Verder prima hotel, goed ontbijt, niks mis mee.

ที่มาเข้าพักที่นี้ ก็เพื่อจะได้เข้าร่วมโครงการเที่ยวด้วยกันของรัฐ ตอนจองก็มีชื่อ รร.นี้เข้าร่วมโครงการก็เลยจอง พอถึงวันเข้าพักก็จ่ายเงินค่าที่พักแต่พนักงาน รร.ก็ไม่ได้แจ้งกับเราว่า ทาง รร.ไม่ได้เข้าร่วมโครงการ เที่ยวด้วยกัน เราจึงเสียสิทธิ์ที่จะได้ กิฟวอเซอร์ วันละ 600 บาท 2 วัน ก็ 1200 บาท เงินอาจไม่เยอะ แต่เสียความรู้สึกมากกว่า
