I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff, and the huge room I was provided. In a great location that is perfect for walking to all areas of interest in central Pattaya. I’ll be coming back to stay again.

Good location, and good price, strange night stands”
The night stands are two shorter platforms stack on top of each other. And only one is available so one side of your bed will be empty. Be careful if you put too much weight on the night stand, the top section may slip off and cause and injury.

I've stayed at this hotel before, and always enjoy it. Large room and bathroom (with seperate shower and bathtub), comfortable bed, and blackout curtains. For the location, it's very quiet, and easy to get a good night's sleep. There is a lovely pool on the roof, which offers a a decent view, and cocktails. So sunsets can be nice. Off street parking for those who choose to drive.

Really enjoyed the location and the facilities.. great rooftop pool and really big rooms which the little men enjoyed with the extra space. Food was good and reasonably priced and they were all friendly and had good service. The area is good and not too busy at night but everything is close for beach, food, massage and groceries .. good place

Nice hotel in a quiet location but still close to everything ”
Soi 10 is pretty quiet by Pattaya standards , mostly hotels up beach road end with a couple of shops up the end , but still close to busy Soi’s 7 & 8 and very close to Central Festival , so you can send the girlfriend and baby shopping while you nick up to Soi8 for a couple of beers 🍻 to watch the football with mates

Room had a moldy smell when we checked in and had the same smell when we checked out. We had to keep patio door open for entire stay and it helped a little. My son's room has the same smell. The hotel has central air, maybe the filters need to be changed.

Nice modern hotel close to all facilities ”
Very nice modern hotel less than 100 metres to the beach, a short walk to waking street, and close to central plaza for shopping. Definitely would stay here again.

Excellent Location, Clean Rooms”
Large, modern, clean rooms. Well appointed and spacious bathroom. Rooftop pool is nice, and offers partial sea views. They have off street parking, but this can get crowded on particularly busy weekends. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, and shops. Recommended.

Massive Room In A Central Location ”
I stayed for 9 nights at the Sea Me Spring Hotel. The Soi is very quiet but in a central location and only a few mins walking distance to Walking Street, Soi Diana, Soi LK Metro and Central Shopping Mall. Easy access to baht buses going up Beach road and Second road. The rooms are very large and the bathroom is massive. Comfortable king size bed, but the pillows are very old and soft. Plus you only get 2 pillows, They need to update the pillows. Other small issue was that the TV is very small especially since the room is such a large size. Staff were very friendly and cleaners were excellent. Had no issues with bringing 2 ladies back my hotel at the same time. I enjoyed my stay here.
