Quiet and fabulous location”
1) No kitchen service anymore.I remember they used to serve fabulous food even more delicious than the restaurants outside 2)No bar in the room. Not much difference for me I seldom use it but just a headsup Only these points kinda negative for me but the hotel still stands out as one of the best for the value and quality. It’s location near the beach and quiet and peaceful surroundings beats all. Room is still in good condition,quality. Aircon still as strong as ever and most importantly room is still very clean and tidy. Definitely worth coming back

Worth the price”
Perfect location if you want to stay at central pattaya. The department stores, walking street, and the beach are within the walking range but the hotel itself is located in small Soi which is peaceful and quiet. Staffs are very nice and the room is nice and clean. Plenty of parking space.

New Hotel”
The room is new and clean! Few minutes walk to beach road. Near food shops and restaurants. They have car park but mostly full so inform the hotel to reserve one.

The room itself was great. It had a balcony for those that want to smoke. I don't. There was a decent view of the water from my room. The bathroom was really big and offered hot water in the sink. A lot of hotel don’t in Thailand. My room had a bathtub and a walk in shower. The room had a coffee machine which was nice. There was a also a safe that was big enough to hold a laptop computer. The bed was comfortable to sleep on. The TV was a nice flatscreen. There weren’t too many English channels but there were a few. This best thing about this hotel was the location and the quietness. The hotel is located about 50 meters from the beach. It is relatively close to walking street and other bars and nightspot. I say relatively close because you would need to take a baht bus home from walking street. It would probably be a 20 minute walk. The hotel was very quiet. I slept very well. There weren’t any bars close to the hotel, so it was easy to sleep at night.

Very good hotel with good location”
Sadly, the only issue I had is I requested for a king size bed but I was given 2 double bed. Was told they will change room the next day but was not given one. If not otherwise, a very awesome stay in the hotel room.

Old but great”
Old hotel, decent rooms, staff leave you alone. 30 seconds to beach and 1 minute to 2nd road. Pool often empty. Near central, restaurants, gyms and endless fun.

Hotel in very good location”
Our stay in the last week of Jan 2023 was good for the price in a location near the beach and Central festival. Rooms are always clean, Have bathtub + shower Got nice large safe. Never used their internet so no comment Swimming pool always looked very clean (I didn't use as weather was to cold)

Room was very nice and comfy. Bed was better than average, not hard, not soft so was ok. Wifi was not good in our room at all. Location is very good. Got woken up by loud drunks on the street at 3am so try to get a room at the rear of the Hotel instead.

Nice pool”
The room was nice but the wall to the bathroom is kind of see through which is weird if you're not alone in the room. The staff was friendly. The mini fridge was dirty and some parts of the room were dusty. The pool was good and the hotel is near the beach.

Sea Me Spring Tree, like its sister hotels, is a mid-level hotel located on soi 10. The staff were wonderful; the front desk, cleaning ladies, security, were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms are decent but may be in need of refurbishment. There was a musty smell coming from my bathroom that I’m sure was coming from the pipes. Anyone who has stayed on soi 10 knows that the soi has a smell coming from the sewers and that may permeate into the nearby hotels, through no fault of Sea me spring tree. Otherwise, the location is great and the ocean view rooms look directly out onto Pattaya Bay so we got to see the NYE fireworks from the balcony.
