Very good”
Locations is not a perfect but that was ok because we rented a motorbike. It takes 20mins from the property to the foreigners walking street. And 30mins to corona resort Casino which is the lastest biggest resort in this island. The room was clean with No any bugs and cockroaches and the hotel helpers are very nice with fluent english.

Love Sea Sense”
We stayed for 3 nights at Sea Sense after a week elsewhere on the island. It was a wonderful experience and fantastic value for money. Our room had unobstructed views of the ocean, was pristinely clean and very comfortable. The breakfast options were vast too. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice resort with beautiful landscape ”
We were so happy to choose Sea Sense resort for our trip to Phu Quoc. We love the landscape, the villa is nice, the beach is clean, we had enjoyed the sunset and dinner at sunset restaurant. I recommend this resort to people who would like to escape from the noisy and busy life. We will come back soon

We really enjoy yes our stay here. Good choice for breakfast, friendly staff, nice rooms with beautiful view. The kayaks and paddle boards were fun too and on a lovely clean beach.

Nothing bad to say”
We stayed at the junior suite, facing the sea. Room was spacious and clean and minibar items were resonably priced. Location is amazing and there are plenty of things to do nearby. Scooty rentals are available too, for around 150k a day, and they will drop it off at the hotel for you. Thr cocktails served at the poolside bar were great and resonably priced. Breakfast buffet was surprisingly good, with a good mix of western and local delicacies. After check out, they allowed us to chill poolside till our airport transfer. Would definately visit again.

Perfect to take rest and enjoy on the beach and swimming pool ”
We really recommend this nice hotel! We stayed 4 nights with our 2 children (4 yrs and 7 yrs old). The sea view bungalow was big, clean, good equipped and with a very nice view to the sea. The swimming pool was just perfect : big, clean, free towels, close to the beach bar and with a super view to the beach. The beach was clean, private, and big.. We could rent for free kayaks and paddles. Small fishes close to the beach : our kids could make easily snorkeling. The long chairs on the beach are with free towels, not far from the beach bar then we could order some cocktails, beers and foods. The sunset is very beautiful and all the staffs are very friendly, helpful and professional. The only thing we don't appreciate is when we made a body massage, the lady watched a viet movie with the noise all 1 hour lon! It wasn't relaxing at all. The restaurant was tasty, quiet with a nice staff. We didn't go away from the hotel, only relax and spend good time staying far from noise and buildings...

Exceptional”
Pretty secluded place for a chill vacation. However with that fact comes the situation that you need to walk for 20 minutes to reach civilisation (e.g. to buy some water). Better to take route via beach through Ancarine and Mango Bay resorts, this way you won't need to go uphill multiple times. The biggest drawback of the hotel is hot water. It's either super hot or just cold, and you have just 5 seconds to catch the state between to shower. Then repeat the process again and again. Both WiFi and mobile connection are pretty choppy. Food in resturant is good but pretty expensive, at least two times more than in the nearby village.

Wonderful!!!”
We loved most everything about Sea Scape! The room was clean, the shower was hot and strong and separate from the rest of the bathroom. The bathroom had a double sink. The porch overlooking the ocean was absolutely beautiful! The staff was quick to respond with any concerns. We had free transportation to and from the ferry because we stayed three nights. We ate one night at the restaurant. The restaurant was very good but very pricey. The breakfast was outstanding with lots and lots (and lots) of choices. The beach was clean and the water nice and warm. The only thing that was a problem was the bed. It was two single bed mattresses pushed together on the bed and there was a gap in between. Also, the quilt on top needed to be larger but other than this, we had a fantastic stay at Sea scape.

Best beach, affordable price and good service”
We rent sea view bungalows. Pros: It is wonderful place with the awesome beach (private beach, clean, warm water). Watching sunset from the beach puts me in a good mood. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Cons: The hot water (in room) is unavailable all day, especially in the morning. But when hot water is available, i cant control water temperature, it would be too cold or too hot, there are not middle levels (shower). In addition, low water pressure in the shower both cold and hot side (meanwhile bum gun pressure is too high).

Very peaceful ”
Pros: very secluded, takes awhile to get to the resort. The bungalows 101thru about 114 are right on the beach with the ocean about 15/20 meters from your balcony. The rooms were clean and comfortable. 101 is closest to the swimming pool and bar. The best area to swim in the ocean is near 101 and the pool. That being said because there are far fewer rocks. For bungalows 115 and above that are on the water have many steep steps to get from the walkway to the room. Not so bad in daylight but after dark it is difficult to see. Breakfast is buffet style and very good for me being American. Lunch can be had at the bar area by the pool. I got killer French Fries! Dinner is at the Sunset Resturant. They have a fair wine. Cons: This resort is a long way to any local restaurant and even further from downtown. They do rent motorcycles for 200,000 dong a day. Other bad news is if you are not able to walk or climb stairs, this is not a resort for you. Beware of that. Otherwise have fun, I did.

Wonderful”
We had a great holiday at the Sea Sense, which was above our expectations. We loved how small and calm this place is. It is hidden away from any noise and busy life at the island, which makes it possible to relax and enjoy your time next to the sea. The rooms were very spacious and clean and had a wonderful terrace facing the sea waves, which we loved the most. The beach was clean, we have enjoyed the trees shadow. Most time at the sea we have spent kayaking — kayaks are provided anytime and for free, and it was a lovely activity for us. The staff in the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Loved this place for a vacation and would be happy to go back one day.

Excellent”
Nice rather isolated place. We stayed in the bungallow right on the beach which was lovely and the beach felt rather private with amazing sunnsets. The area around the pool was ok but quite overcrowded and lacked any vibe. You would expect some music since there is bar. The whole resort lacks vibe (sadly even on NY eve). It is overpriced so people rather go elsewhere and the whole place feels dead. It is a pity but at least the resort is quiet :) Breakfast was great, lot of choices.

Lovely location”
We stayed at this hotel for 2 days of rest and relaxation after a busy Mekong Delta tour. The hotel is a nice size located on a beautiful beach on Phu Quoc Island. The breakfast restaurant was overlooking the ocean - a great location and the food was good. The staff were all very pleasant. Our room was spacious, comfortable and the bathroom was nice. However the bathroom lighting , as in most hotels we stayed at in Vietnam was insufficient. In North America we are accustomed to lighting over the vanity. The door to our room did not lock as a screw fell out. We asked to have it fixed but it was not done properly. Finally we gave up and made sure our valuables were secure in the safe and did not believe that anyone would enter. It needs to be fixed properly. We borrowed pedal bikes from the hotel. It took us quite some time to find four that work. Probably nobody uses them but it was a feature offered by the hotel. When we took off up the hill the chain on mine would not stay in place as the metal around it was twisted. So I basically could not ride it. It should be destined for the scrap heap. The other bikes just need some maintenance and TLC which could be done by staff who seemed to have ample time on their hands. We rented motor bikes higher up the road and picked up the bikes on the way back. While it was comical watching people try to climb onto the swim platform that was missing the top step this also could be repaired. Overall we had a lovely time and found a great restaurant in the village for dinner. We would return to this hotel if we ever come back to Phu Quoc but suggest that a very good hotel could become a great hotel with a little more attention to detail.

Perfect spot for couples”
This resort is quiet, the beach is clean and accessible. The view from the rooms is great. The swimming pool is clean and big. Overall, the service is average: they barely speak English, empty glasses and plates are not collected near sun beds on a regular basis, the gym is average. It’s great value for money,´ as it’s super quiet, perfect to chill. For the food and drinks , you can find muuuuch better at mango bay resort (5min walking by the beach)

Great location with a good beach , yes its out of town but it is only a $ 12 round trip and the Beach is very good way cleaner than Long Beach. Make sure to get a beach bungalow rooms 100- 110 are best or you may end up with room envy. A very solid 3.5 star compact resort with good local food options .
