Great location and staff”
Clean well appointed rooms in a quiet area of Vung Tau along the coast. A few bars, restaurants, and a somewhat acceptable mini-mart are within walking distance but a motorcycle or taxi is required to reach the rest of the centers on the island (i.e. Bai Sau and Bai Truoc). The staff was happy and helpful in providing a motorcycle for me during our stay. Big shopping center (Lotte Mart) and the only gas station we could find are about 2-3km away (interesting journey by motorcycle). Does not have a swimming pool.

Serviced Apartment Overlooking the Sea”
Comfortable serviced apartment building by the front beach in Vung Tau. Property has a terraced BBQ area but no pool. Rooms with sea view nicer than those at the side of the building. Need your own transport to get around unless you wish to rely on taxis with closest cafes/restaurants approximately 10-15 minutes walk around the coast.

Good hotel with kitchen”
It was a good location. Right in front of the sea. The rooms were clean, nicely furnished. However, the first room they gave me had a window that was 1 foot away from a high wall. There was no view at all. I had to argue for them to change my room. I was happy with the second room; however, when I settled in, they then informed me that since I was there short-term, i couldn't use the kitchen facilities in my room. That got me really mad. The whole point of choosing that hotel was so I could cook my vegetarian food. They agreed at the end, but only if I pay extra for the gas in the stove. At that point, I felt they were going to charge me for the smallest things, which they didn't. I stayed there for 2 nights only, but originally planned to stay for 2 weeks.

Nice View”
I stayed 1 night on 2nd floor with sea view. The room was nice with view and very close to the beach. The sofa had food stains. Otherwise the room was very good. I don't recommend this hotel in case of bad weather. Taxi driver wouldn't come to pick you up during the heavy rain because this area flooded so I had to sit on lobby for more than a half hour until luckily someone who stay there arrived in their private car and allowed me to use it by paying some cash to the driver which was fine with me. If not, I would have to stay there and coulnd't be back to HCM city. The hotel inself is very nice, and I know heavy rain is not the situation the hotel can control. But I hope the staff little bit more helpful in emergency. They've had business there long enough to know the flood situation. They could have warned me to pack things to check-out earlier or maybe help to get a car privately instead of letting me to ask personally to other guest there. If the weather is good, then I think there is not much to complain about.

The "Hotel" is more of a long term stay, so no breakfast, but saying that it is in a good location, the room had a great view over looking the sea, with a nice small balcony to sit and relax to watch the sun go down. Clean and quiet, staff friendly and helpful. little bit pricy in my opinion, but as i said had great view.

well what can i say, we only stayed one night but from this experience i would not stay there again. Pros... We got the sea view room so the view was nice,there were 2 aircons one for bedroom tier and one for living area. The bed was comfortable and the wifi good.Now the Cons....they only have 2 bottles of water that are are free, no tea or coffee is supplied like other hotels do. You are not able to use the cooking facilities unless you stay a few days, i booked well ahead but when i got to hotel i had to carry my on baggage up to room and even had to reach behind the fridge to plug it in so i could start to get the water cold as it was quite a hot day. The shower was nice but the shower head kept falling down while i was shower so i had to tie it up to hold it in place. It also seemed that they did not replace the shampoo and shower gel from last guest. All in all i liked the room but service and not being able to use cooking facilities made me annoyed as well as having to buy some coffee for morning wake up. I will not stay here again as price is to high for what you get. I woul suggest the hotel on top of the cable car mountain as it is cheaper and you get to go around the fun park area for free. Ps forgot to mention that the bed is a mattress on the floor so if you have a bad back forget it as you have to get up from floor.

Nice place, apartment good, power needs to be on when you enter room. Tv not set up Shower head in bathroom was broken ..needed maintenance. Gym was adequate running machine out of service, needs towels in gym and water cooler..great views..friendly polite staff..needs undercover parking for bike...

Beach front”
We had a loft in 2nd floor (though asked for high floor) & the view was blocked by the big tree right infront of our balcony. Kitchen wares are not cleaned properly & no replacing of the used toiletries

Totally xhausted”
Forget all good feedback from the past. Now, on Sep 2018, it is very terrible. Price is expensive and what we got were: 1. a pagoda view for a couple, not seaview 2. no water bottle all the time. 3. no breakfast 4. a kitchen without gas tank. Hotel says you have to stay more than 3 days you could get even before they know that we are a couple who will stay for 2 days and a night only. 5. No cleaning room daily. 6. It seems that there are few staffs working. 7. Receptionist almost help strangers nothing. 8. Water cannot flush out in the bathroom. 9. 1 in 2 security man is always in a bad mood and say nothing. 10. You have to carry your lagguages by yourself. 11. Design of the bathroom is stupid. Just a drop of water comes in the no-resistance-slipperry floor and you will have to pay for it by a hard fall. 12. No manager. No Uniform. No welcome. No swimming pool. Nothing at all. Staffs we met are security man, receptionist and room maid and they just come from Mars. Goodbye 4ever!

It is not very clean especially the balcony. The price is too high and there is no breakfast and swimming pool. But the staffs are friendly.
