Love this villa ”
Location and Villa condition are perfect , the villa size was more than plenty spacious for 6 Adults with a living area kitchen-diner and downstairs bathroom with shower and three bedrooms over top 2 and 3 floors all with fabulous en suites . Staff extremely friendly and helpful . Beach access within a 2 - 3 minute walk and we love to walk to the beach every morning. Private pool was good sized and cleaned everyday but could do with a parasol . Breakfast was very good with a varied selection of food and drinks. My overall experience of my stay at Furama Villas was excellent . Thank you

Perfect stay for my family”
Repeat-able beach destination We stayed at the villas, and they are fantastic! The upkeep, decor and comfort are all top class. Also, the beach is beautiful, and safe. The waves are gentle, and the sea floor gently slopes down so kids can go quite far out, without being in any danger of being overwhelmed by the waves. Also, the sand is powdery white and soft, and doesn't have a lot of pebbles or fallen branches as in some of the other beaches. So, we had a lot of fun walking and playing on the beach. One tip, avoid the food at the hotel, it is very expensive, and honestly not that great, you will be much better off if you eat out, there are a few cafes just outside the hotel, or hire a cab (that is very cheap and goes by the meter) and go to the city center.

"A luxury villa can provide at an affordable price””
The villa and private swimming pool are fantastic, clean and big at a reasonable price. I stayed in the villa with 3 bed rooms which was well cleaned and comfortable to stay. The location was also good to go to the city center and the international airport within 15 minutes. The manager and staffs at the villa are helpful and helped us a lot. Guests can also take buggy around Furama for its pool and restaurants. Breakfast buffet is good but I think you should eat for 1 day. This villa would be good if you want to stay in green, trees... We enjoy this trip and we hope to have chance to come back here again. Highly recommended for family with kids or a big group who come for a relaxing holidays.

Good place! Spacious and clean”
I have been here 2 nights with my family. Villa is new and also very clean. We care about the cleanliness of the villa because I came here with my parents and the manager who noticed it well. We are very pleased. We can easily check in and check out with the butler, there is tram to move and can use the phone indoors to call trams anytime. However, we had to wait for the tram about 5 to 10 minutes. The daily housekeeping service is very good, we are informed of the cleaning time and it has been perfectly cleaned after we come back. There is a kitchen, a microwave in the villa so we can cook. Pool is clean. Location easy to move to the city, My Khe beach and Hoi An as well. We highly recommend!

Very good villas, everything is fast and good. Very good condition and environment. No insect or mosquitoes ard. Good and efficient buggi service in the area. "Best place I’ve ever been to””
This place may not be the most luxurious but the service is better than expected. The staff are very helpful and friendly, even my kids love them. My room is next to the resort's large swimming pool. Usually we prefer to have breakfast at local restaurants rather than at the hotel so I opted for the room-only package. But after arriving and getting advice from Kate, I tried to have breakfast at the villa for one day. Surprisingly the food is really good at a reasonable price. We also enjoyed riding the buggy car around the resort, including the main pools of Furama Resort, the Lagoon pool. The beach is beautiful and very clean. We will come here again!

가성비도 좋고, 직원분들 모두 친절해서 좋았어요. 다만 연식이 오래되다보니 녹슨물이 나오거나, 욕조나 세면대 물빠짐이 잘 안되서 불편했고 세탁기 이용이 불가능한건 ㅠㅠ 아쉬웠네요. 그 외는 모두 만족스럽네요! 특히 아이들이랑 풀장에서 놀기 너무 좋았어요.

매니저인 케이트는 연락이 실시간으로 잘되었고, 모든 질문에 가능한 성실히 답변해주었습니다. 덕분에 편안한 여행이 되었습니다. 수압은 1층은 강하고, 2층은 약간 약하지만 샤워를 하기에 충분했습니다. 빌라스 리셉션으로 롯데마트 및 음식 배달이 모두 잘 와서 편안했습니다. 풀빌라의 수영장은 냄새가 나지 않을 정도로 깨끗하게 관리가 되어있어서 3일동안 잘 놀았습니다. 빌라스 앞 해변가에는 들어오는길에 샤워기가 하나 있어 모래를 씻고 들어올 수 있어 좋았습니다. 가족단위로 묶기에 조용하고 좋았습니다.

처음에 예약하려고 했을때 리뷰보고 조금 망설였습니다. 왜냐면 호텔에서 직접 관리하지 않는다고 해서 청결부분이나 친절도 소품 공급에 대해서 걱정했는데 저희가 운이 좋와서 그런지 좋은 관리자분들을 만나게 되었고 별로 불편한 점들을 못 느꼈습니다. 그리고 아침조식 먹고나서 카드로 결재 했는데 한국에서 카드내역을 보니 2번 결재 되어있어서 담당자 에게 카톡으로 이야기 하였는데 환불이 잘 처리되어서 마지막 까지 좋은 기억으로 남아 있을것 같습니다. 코로나 전에 이호텔에 머문적이 있었는데 가격이 3분에 1 가격! 참고 사항: 택시 아저씨들이 트로피컬 빌라 비차 다낭 하면 몰라요. 푸라마 다낭 빌라라고 이야기 하세요. 강력 추천!!!

베드버그 bedbug”
장점: 위치가 좋고 전용수영장이 넓으며 메인풀장까지 안전하게 잘 이용할수 있었습니다. 바닷가로 이어지는 산책로가 안전하고 아름답습니다. 안내를 맡은 케이트는 친절했습니다. 무엇보다 조식 서비스는 대만족이었습니다. 단점: 엄청난 단점이 있습니다. 저희 가족은 4박 5일 일정으로 머물렀고 메인 침실을 유아2,성인2명이 썼는데 그 침실에서 잔 인원들이 3째날부터 극심한 가려움이 발생했습니다. 처음에는 개미나 모기인줄 알고 넘어갔습니다. 그러나 일렬로 물린 수많은 자국과 모기 이상의 심한 가려움증이 이상했고 검색해보니 푸라마에서 베드버그에 관한 클레임이 많다는것을 알게되었습니다. 돌아오는 비행기에서는 가려움으로 인해 단 5분도 잠을 잘수없었습니다. 입국후 베드버그로 인해 병원치료중이며 특히 어린아이들의 고통이 심해 이 숙소를 선택한것에 후회중입니다. 절대 추천하지 않습니다. 참고로 베드버그를 앓고 있는 인원들은 숙소만 이용하고 다른곳은 가지 않았습니다. 근처 식당 정도만 이동했을뿐입니다. 처음 겪어보는 베드버그 증상에 너무나 괴롭습니다.

Dear valued guests! First of all, we are very sorry about your bad experience at the villa. What's worse is that it has affected your health. We hope your health recovers soon. This was our first reported case of bed bugs at the villa and it happened the next 2 nights of your 4 night stay. It was really unexpected and we immediately investigated the cause. We checked the laundry process, cleaning mattresses, pillows and other items in the bedroom. We understand better than anyone that bed hygiene is extremely important. We are also currently welcoming a lot of guests and are also closely monitoring bedbugs in the villa. Fortunately, it has improved and now no guests have complained about bed bugs. We will continue to monitor and pay more attention to this bedbug problem. Once again, we sincerely apologize to your family and especially your 2 young children. I wish you get well soon. 체크인 체크 아웃은 불편했으나 호스트에 응대와 서비스는 좋음 조식도 가깝고 좋고 리조트 수영장 3곳을 자유롭게 쓸수 있어서 좋음(단점 수건가지고 가야함) 리조트에 빌라도 같이 있어서 이동할때 버기를 타야함 탈땐 좋으나 체크인 체크아웃 시간엔 버기 5분이상 걸리기도 함 전반적으로 리조트 빌라 가격대비 퀄리티 서비스 비슷하고 좋음 전 리조트 예약할바에 이곳을 이용하는거 추천함 비용 세이브가 꾀 있음 가보시면 아실거라 생각함~ 백번 말보다 가심 이해됨 추천합니다

지금은 너무 낡았음. 특히 온수는 심각합니다. 풀빌라에서 자쿠지가 없는건 둘째치고 온수가 보일러로 대워야하고, 한번에 데우는 용량도 30리터밖에 안되는건 최악... 샤워기 수압도 너무 약하고... 많은 인원이 가족으로 가는 여행에서 수용하고 나서 기다리는 상황이 발생함...

지불한 돈 대비 정말 형편없는 곳이었습니다. 여행 전 빌라 매니저 케이트와 연락을 했었고, 빌라 로비에 직원이 저희의 체크인을 도와주기 위해 있을것이고 체크인을 하면 버틀러(집사)가 빌라에서 저희에게 필요한 사항을 설명을 해줄 것이라고 안내를 받았습니다. 하지만 입실 당일 케이트는 카톡 확인을 하지 않았고 로비에는 빌라 직원이 없었으며 푸라마 로비의 도움을 받아 저희끼리 체크인을 해보니 빌라에는 버틀러도 없었습니다. 미리 얘기했던 체크인 시간보다 저희가 한시간 정도 일찍 도착하기는 했지만 미리 카톡으로 연락할때 당일에 스케줄을 보고 도착예정시간을 알려주겠다고 말했었고 주말이라 본인이 체크인을 도와주러 올수 없고 다른 직원이 갈 거라고 하길래 그 직원 연락처를 알려달라고 했더니 그냥 자기에게 연락하면 된다고 했습니다. 그래놓고 본인 용무 보느라 하루종일 연락이 안되다니요? 말도 안되는 변명이고 정말 무책임한 행동이라고 생각합니다. 도착해보니 한 방의 에어컨이 동작을 하지 않았고 그 방만 아주 더웠어요. 그래서 저희끼리 이렇게 저렇게 해보다가 안되어서 아고다에 올라와있는 숙소 대표번호로 전화를 했습니다. 자스민이라는 또 다른 파트너라고 하는 분이랑 연락이 닿았지만 별 도움이 되지 않았어요. 통화로는 베트남 영어 발음을 알아듣기 어려워 계속 카톡으로 연락을 해야만 했고 정말 답답했습니다. 저희가 다음 스케줄로 나가야 하는 시간이 되어서야 버틀러라고 하는 베트남 여자분이 빌라에 왔어요. (체크인한지 두시간이 지난 후 였습니다. 미리 연락할때 얘기했던 체크인 시간보다도 한시간 늦은 때였어요.) 근데 영어를 못하는 분이었습니다. 의사소통이 전혀 안되었고 일단 에어컨이 안되는 상황을 말해주고 나갔습니다. 나중에서야 연락이 된 케이트는 기술자를 불러서 에어컨을 체크해봤고 그 방이 더웠던 이유는 저희가 방문을 닫아놓지 않았기 때문이라고 했습니다. 저는 그게 아니라 에어컨에 확실히 문제가 있고 만약 우리가 스케줄을 마치고 돌아가서도 방이 더우면 어떻게 할거냐 물었지만 답장도 하지 않았습니다. 실제로 다시 빌라에 돌아가보니 방은 그대로 더웠습니다. 이 돈 내고 이런 서비스를 받으러 왔나 싶어서 진심으로 짜증이 났습니다. 이럴줄 알았으면 절대 개인빌라가 아닌 푸라마에서 관리하는 빌라로 예약을 했을거에요. 후기가 좋아서 믿고 선택했지만 직원들의 서비스 수준은 정말 형편없었습니다. 다음날 케이트가 빌라에 와서 푸라마 기술자를 불러 에어컨을 고쳤고 빌라에 대한 짧은 설명을 해줬습니다. 하지만 이미 제 휴가중 하루를 망쳤어요. 5성급 푸라마 리조트의 풀빌라를 기대하고 갔지만 제가 묵었던 빌라의 상태는 정말 별로였습니다. 어메니티도 형편없고 방안에는 거울도 없고 휴지통도 없고 하다못해 화장실 휴지 외에는 티슈도 없어서 얘기했더니 마트에서 사다줬습니다. 수영장에서 쓰기 위해 수건도 더 달라고 했더니 그마저도 쉽게 주지 않더군요. 샤워실에는 샤워를 위한 수건이 아닌 비치타올을 갖다놓고(사이즈가 다릅니다) 비치타올을 달라고 했더니 샤워용 수건을 줬습니다.. ㅎㅎ 이 빌라를 제외한 푸라마에 대한 경험은 좋았습니다. 빌라 단지는 에쁘게 관리되고 있고 푸라마 리조트의 식당에서 먹은 조식도 정말 맛있었어요. 다시는 개인 빌라에는 묵고 싶지 않네요.

Hello First I once again apologize for the trouble on the first day of your check-in. It's my fault for not replying to you on time. I reported the absence the first day before your arrival. As for the air conditioner, we checked it and showed you how to properly control it the next morning. Sorry for the inconvenience on the first day. The next morning, I met you and we talked, solving the problems we had. We thank you very much for your understanding. Napkins are not available, but we also provide extra upon your request. Towels are provided daily in standard quantities for all people and with prior notice, but we still provide you with 5-7 extra towels per day at no extra charge.
