Best location, made us fall in love with BGC!”
i stayed here with my 9 year old daughter for five days as a summer staycation treat, and we loved every minute of it. Our room was always so clean, aircon temperature was perfect, beds so crisp and soft that we always ended up sleeping for 10 hours! Bathroom was so calming and clean. the breakfast buffet was great, my daughter loved the bacon, while I enjoyed the pastries (banana bread and croissants!), and the noodle soup! and endless coffee. My daughter went to the swimming pool every single day, the pools were always clean and not crowded at all. The location of seda is unbeatable. it’s right smack in the middle of BGC, and we walked everywhere- high street, to her dance class, to pick up food, buy groceries-it made us fall in love with Bgc’s walkability, accessibility, and everything you need being a few steps away. And it’s so safe! We walked around at night with no problem at all. Our stay in SEDA was so wonderful that we extended to another day. While there was a hiccup with our seamless transition to the next day (we got locked out from our room twice, once when our extension was not programmed I guess into their system and the second time a few minutes before checkout), those are forgivable considering our overall experience. Thank you to all the staff of SEDA that always took our requests into consideration, from extra toiletries, the drink from the bar to the room for this single mama who couldn’t leave her child to hang out in the bar, the usual table we wanted every breakfast time. Thanks so much! We’ll be back soon!

Exceptional”
I went solo on a business trip to the capital for a corporate meeting in BGC. It was already 4 in the afternoon when my bnb accommodation advised me to submit a negative RTPCR test, since I couldn't get in the place, I then immediately looked for a place to stay within the area, and luckily I found Seda BGC with an acceptable rate. I then booked an overnight stay. When I arrived in the hotel lobby the staff was very accommodating and approachable. The Check-in process was smooth and quick, I then went upstairs and freshen up a bit since the high street is on the next block and plans to look around to look for food to go or dine. The room was very clean and well sanitized, even the smell of the fabric in the linens and bathrobe/towels. during checkout time, the process was quick and the attendants were very accommodating. The food was tasty, I'd love to eat more but I have to go to work. Overall the experience was regal and happy. On my next business trip, this will be my home in the capital from now on. They deserve a 5-star rating.

Amazing Location, Very Clean, Great Staff”
I had a fantastic time staying here. The location of the place is simply the best. The hotel is easy to find in BGC. Also walking at night near the location feels safe. There are many food establishments around the area too. Our room was perfect very clean and it has everything you would need. The pool and gym looked amazing. The breakfast buffet was fantastic we got to see the BGC skyline while eating great food. They had a salad bar and pastry area. The food didn't feel limited. The minor problems we had were The smell of cigarette in the bathroom on our supposed non-smoking room. Our key card didn't work after we went for a swim. It was problematic going down to the lobby in our bathrobes. There was a locked door leading to our neighbouring room. The other guest kept on trying to open the door.

The best stay I ever had”
I don't usually leave reviews but I cant help but to leave one with my stay at SEDA BGC. Location is very close to Sm Aura and Market Market. A lot of restaurant nearby. Staff are superb. The front desk are very helpful, answer all my inquiries and very welcoming. Same with the guards, they are very polite and opens the door for us. The bellman are very attentive also. With regards to their food, I tried their breakfast buffet twice. A lot of food choices and ambiance is very relaxing. The room and bathroom is spacious, The bed is huge and very comfy. The housekeeping makes sure they refill our water and restroom amenities and they really make sure our room is clean. I am beyond happy and will definitely come back. Thank you Seda. Kudos!

Nice staycation for family with kids”
Room was spacious for a family of four. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. The pillows and bed were just the right comfort and support. The room and bathroom were clean. The children enjoyed the pool. Very good location with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops in the area. Only concern was parking. We only got complimented for only one car for overnight parking and had to pay a thousand for the other vehicle. Aside from that hang up, it’s a nice hotel to come and visit again for a staycation. This was our second time around and enjoyed pretty much.

Needed a place close to BGC High Street to show my daughter the night life. Was blown away with how nice a place Seda was. Rooms were clean, water pressure was awesome, and the staff was phenomenal. After a night on high street, we made our last stop at the Straight Up Rooftop at the top of Seda. Wow! What a view, and the food was top notch. Extra thanks to Hazel, our server, who made us feel like family. On a scale from 1-10, I give Seda BGC an 11.

Great affordable option in the heart of BGC”
SEDA is a great boutique hotel with a modern feel. It’s steps away from Serendra, High Street, and Market Market. Their buffet breakfast had many choices with Filipino, American, and other options. There’s a private rooftop pool. For travelers, there’s a Savepoint COVID testing tent conveniently located just across the street. Whenever our family will visit the Philippines in the future, we will be staying at SEDA for affordability, modern clean feel, and location, location, location!

Nice, clean hotel, very near High Street”
We love how the hotel is just a few steps away from BGC High Street. There are a lot of nice dining and shopping places nearby. The hotel is clean, well maintained and the aesthetic is sleek and modern. The staff are polite and helpful. Room is clean, size is adequate enough, has a nice view of BGC. Bathroom clean, good shower pressure, hot and cold shower is working. Will stay here again.

Great location, spacious and clean room. Complete toiletries, enough towels and they offer bathrobes and slippers. Staff are helpful and nice. Got to use the gym and it was the right size with enough equipments. Didn’t get to use the pool but saw that it was small and okay. Breakfast buffet was great and offered just the right options. Overall, we had a great stay and would love to come back again.

Great location for a staycation”
We had an overnight staycation with our family. The hotel was full and our two rooms were upgraded to one bedroom suites at the top floor. All staff, from bell service those at Misto and Straight Up were very friendly and helpful. The location can't be beat, as the property is a stone's throw away from High Street. The breakfast offerings were plenty. However, I would've liked a pancake/waffle station and an omelette station. I'm not sure if it's because of the pandemic or they really didn't have them. The safety protocols were adequate and well-implemented. The use of facilities required an appointment which made social distancing easier for all. We would gladly stay at this hotel again in the future.

Seda Hotel is my go-to hotel in BGC. Its amenities are nice and decent, the rooms and beddings are comfortable and well-appointed, the staff are courteous, and the location is just perfect. All the noteworthy BGC establishments are within walking distance of this hotel: Market Market, Serendra, High Street, Uptown, and even Burgos Circle. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Special mention to ms erika of 15f. Very accommodating,helpful,pleasing and always ready to serve. And finds solution promptly whenever asked. We have only one concern,we have availed two club room that are interconnected. One guest was a senior citizen,but two of your staff or officers attended did not gave us senior citizen discount,only that the senior id card was not presented physicall,but my mom the senior have several ids on hand,her unified multipurpose id,her philhealth id,her voters id,she also have the senior booklet,and have written down the senior id #. Ofcourse the bday to prove that she is a senior were all indicated in her available ids mentioned above. I could not get the logic. I was an ayala group of company member and I admire Ayala's. But totally the logic of these two staff I couldnt get.

Value for money and exceeded our expectations!”
Stayed here for a week for both leisure and business purposes and it totally exceeded our expectations. Limited Breakfast choice but all are good and changes everyday. Rooms + bathrooms are big and clean. Would be perfect though if it included bidets. Each of the staff are very helpful and friendly! Great location in the middle of high street. Will def come back!

Just walking distance to Bonifacio High Street, Serendra, etc. Breakfast is good with a lot of options- in the two mornings we had breakfast, there were variations in the menu. The room was clean although I think they need air purifier, it felt a bit stuffy- not like an old hotel but smelled like sawdust or something similar.

My stay with this hotel is highly recommended and the cleanliness is outrageous. Paolo, Kiel and the Restaurant Manager which I forgot her name makes my stay feels like home. They’ll call you also to make sure if you got your requests. Excellent service. Food are amazing. I would love to stay in this hotel once pandemic is over.

We took a staycation within the city because we’ve been needing a break for sometime now and we don’t regret booking with Seda. The staff were friendly and courteous! Strategically located with great facilities”
Seda BGC is located right in the heart of BGC town. Lots of eateries, amenities and attractions. The breakfast is nice and the room is comfortable. One suggestion is to improve the Internet signals for the room. I can only receive WIFI at certain corner of the room.
