Place just for local people ”
at first the security guy stopped us at the entrance and kept us at burning sun without any explanation why and then let us go because he can not speak English. Place was packed with local tourists, seems like it is discounted tours and those people would not afford this place at the price we bought it. When we entered reception was packed and it felt like at railway station. Rooms are quite old and have even connected doors with neighbors rooms which is weird. Elevators is problem too, always packed. In general place is good and has lots of potential but the level they maintain right now does not cost the money we paid.

Need to improve service (staff, key room)”
Resort have good location, private beach, good water park BUT need to improve about training for staff. When I have support or concern about service (child care, key room), staff did not provide right information. Check in have too much time ( >30 mins), only 1 key room so not convenience for family. This is first time I stayed at resort have 1 key room. Staff still not good service. Staff drive electric car have not careful when drive in resort. Swimming pool not clean.

We got an upgrade on the room to villa in front of the beach. That was spectacular room & view. All facilities for little kids there is great too, kid club, water park, kid shows and dance every night. Buffet was tasty and plenty options, plus friendly staff. We definitely come back here next time.

Ce resort est une place idéale pour les enfants , beaucoup d’enfants courent par tout même dans les restaurants , trop de bruits , les gens parlent très fort crient partout , ce n’est pas une bonne place pour reposer . Je suis regrettée de choisir ce resort car on a besoin une place pour reposer . Les employés sont gentils mais pas bien formés , on a demandé les informations et ils nous donnent des mauvaises informations . Le plancher n’est pas bien nettoyer …. Je pense il a besoin d’améliorer .
