Very happy with this hotel. Loved the location and view from the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bed were comfortable and very clean. We would definitely stay again The only disappointment for us was the number of Europeans in the area

Probably one of the best hotels in NT”
I spent 6 weeks in Senia during the COVID lock down. The staff is great, it's clean, quiet and the price is right. The bed is soft, air conditioner is cool, there is a selection of English/Russian/Chinese/Viet language channels on the tv. The house keeping ladies are really nice and effective. There is a gym with weights and a modern treadmill, next to the infinity pool. The Vietnamese guests can be quite noisy, but the staff were helpful to keep them away from my floor, so I could stay in peace. Especially a big thanks to Front Desk Manager Miss Anh, who really made my stay comfortable, and would assist all of my whims at any time of the day. Great view from 18th floor. Location could be slightly better, as all convenience stores nearby close at 10pm, but that comes at the expense of the quiet area the hotel is placed at. Taxi to the center is 3-4 USD. Moto is 1.5 USD. There is a great vegetarian restaurant 200 feet from the hotel, and a few mediocre coffee shops. Best coffee in NT? Internet Cafe in Mai Xuân Thưởng Street, a few hundred meters away, opposite the gold store. 100 percent recommended, I will be back.

The room with balcony can see the beach and save for children. Breakfast good with rich meals they were changed the menu on two days we stayed. Just take a few minutes to walk to the beach and have a lot of restaurant around... finally the staffs extremely friendly. We will come back on next time

twice there was no hot water in the room, the breakfast was supposed to be better, the staff was rude, especially the lady at the reception called Anna. she was so cheeky that we decided to talk to the manager, but he didn't show decency or professionalism. Were it not for the rude staff, this hotel would be a better memory for us

Good point: 1 - Room is spacious 2 - Have a pool and very close to beach 3 - Staff seem friendly Minus point: 1 - They put us on a floor with a big group of family, so every morning kids screaming from 6AM, and even the parents were so loud running from rooms to rooms with door open. 2 - Very poor breakfast, and just doesn't taste good. 3 - On our third day, drainage in the bathroom stink really bad. Even the hotel tried to sort it out by spraying fragrance but it only helped a little bit. 4 - Not sure if the room is cleaned well. It's ok for a short stay, just not great.

It’s a worst experience I had ”
The hotel give us a dirty towel. We leave it on the floor because we can’t use it. But they charged us money because they tell that’s our fault. But the dirty it’s already stick on the towel for a long time and even they can’t clean it. After all they tell that’s is coffee but my kids just 15 years old and all of us allergies with coffee. That’s a worst experience I had with me travel
