We stayed here 5 nights and it was an oasis in terrible rainy weather. You are centrally located to shops, grocery stores, markets, walking street and the citadel. This hotel is luxurious with amazing huge rooms, super clean and an outstanding buffet breakfast. It also has an amazing spa with free sauna jacuzzi and steam room booked out on request so nice and private. It was an absolute treat to stay here and the staff are absolutely amazing and super helpful.

The hotel is quite stylish, very clean and all the staff are very nice and helpful. I regret not to remember a lady name who speaks very good English which is not common in Vietnam. She helps arrange car for sightseeing and makes good suggestions. There are many choices for the breakfast and the restaurant is comfortable. The hotel nears many good restaurants and is in a location that you feel safe and relatively clean. We stayed near the street side so sometimes can hear the street noise but acceptable. We were offered to upgrade to a quiet room with little money but just didn’t bother.

Great location close to good restaurants and 15-20 min walk to the Citadel across the bridge. Very clean, rooms are well equipped. Staff are excellent. One of our friends was unwell and received a lot of care and support. Spa is also great. Thank you!

We extended our stay in hue because of this outstanding hotel. Amazing huge rooms with balconies and crazy big modern bathrooms, excellent outdoor pool, outstanding buffet breakfast and in house spa with free booking if steam rooms and jacuzzi. This really is a no brainer stay. Amazing location in the heart of the city close to eat streets pubs and cafes.

I stayed at this Hotel for 2 weeks after Morin, Muong Thanh Hotels. Senna Hotel is relatively new, staff are well-trained, room is clean. Buffet got many good choices. I was in Hue to visit some friends and booked the hotel based on its recommendations. Rooms are extremely clean, spacious with a wonderful balcony. Beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is open at 6 (great for an early start) and has a wide variety of delicious Vietnamese and international cuisine. Needless to say the staff is very very friendly and helpful. So during my next stay in Hue I will come again!!!

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the city”
Senna is in a fantastic location, it’s right in the city! Within walking distance to the Citadel and perfume river, a short walk to great restaurants! We stayed for four nights and loved our room, it was spacious and cool with a great balcony! The pool is an amazing feature, lovely to sit and relax in! The staff were also fantastic, very attentive, and every interaction felt personable. The breakfast was the only part of the stay that we didn’t love - but there were lots of options for everyone. Still would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Hue

Chọn lưu lại khách sạn Senna là qđinh sáng suốt: - Phòng deluxe rộng rãi 40m2, hiện đại, phòng tắm rộng, có ban công - Ăn sáng ngon, thích bánh mì ở đây lắm - Nhân viên chuyên nghiệp, lần nào nhà mình đi đâu về hoặc xuống sảnh là nhân viên đang ngồi đứng luôn dậy dể chào - Bể bơi siêu đẹp luôn, bể bơi nước mặn, nước ấm. Có 2 bể ng lớn và trẻ con. View bể bơi nhìn ra vườn và hồ cá koi thì chill thôi rồi 🥰 ... This season, Hue city is quite peaceful and secluded. It is hot during the day, but in the afternoon and evening it is very fresh. We have a baby, so we determined go to rest. Choosing stay at Senna hotel were a right decision: - Deluxe room widely 40m2, modern furniture, large bathroom, room with balcony - Good breakfast, especially bread - Professional staff, whenever we came back or went down to the hall, the staff were always sitting up to duck curtsy - Saltwater swimming pool is super nice with warm water. There are 2 large swimming pools for adults and children. The view overlooking the garden and koi aquarium is so amazing

Amazing stay and staff!”
Once we arrived at the hotel we checked in in few minutes and moved to our booked room. Unfortunately it didn’t have the bathtub as shown in our reservation, so we explained that to the staff and they were extremely gentle and upgraded us to the Premier Room for no additional charge. The Manager solved the problem immediately and was very professional in dealing with the issue. The room was fantastic, with stylish brand new furniture and lots of space available. In the afternoon they also sent us fruits and cookies. The shower is huge and water pressure was very strong as we liked. We had 2 TV in the room ( YouTube was not available) but there is plenty of movies in the database. We enjoyed breakfast buffet (served from 6 to 10 AM): the quality is good and there is also good variety of dishes available both for Vietnamese and foreigners (even if foods selection wasn’t very creative and didn’t change much during our stay: but almost any Hotel is the same). The Japanese style garden was wonderful and very well maintained and we enjoyed the swimming pool outside: the design is very modern and well maintained, also thanks to the supervision of the staff. On the last day it was also my birthday and the staff was extremely nice in providing me a gift cake. In general, we will be coming back to this wonderful brand new hotel in Hue! We booked the premier suite and it was huge! Large separate living room with large bedroom and bathroom. The balcony ran the full length of the suite with a table and two chairs as well as a sofa. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Family with young kids and we enjoy the hotel very much. Good location which is near famous restaurants: Chan (300m, traditional Hue rice and meal), Hanh restaurant (200m, Hue cake), Truong Tien bread (160m)…hotel has a clean pool and very nice garden, lovely fish pont. Breakfast is good (compared to the hotel price), Hue beef noodle is delicious
