Good location but noisy at night”
beaxch is just across the road. room is ok we booked partial sea view room but got one room upgraded to triple with sea view. However, we could not sleep well at night as the room is not soundproof. We heard a kind of music at early morning like 4-5 am outside the room. Not sure is it is from room corridor. Breakfast is good, variety of food, both local and international choices

Excellent but a bit dated”
Good location and rooms are decent. Spa is advertised but non-functional. A bit exorbitant on exchange rates as compared to hotels in Ha Noi and Sai Gon. Great breakfast buffet. They leave water bottles in room that is to pay for and also supply free ones. It is confusing and accidentally pick up the one that is to pay for and get billed for this. Dated - water flows out of bath tub due to bad design. A bit noisy and particularly bothersome with loud neighbors. Swimming pool OK - no good meal choices.

They had just 13 crazy dance music songs on repeat (if you've stayed in Vietnam you know the music they listen to) which after an hour drive you mad, I also cut my toe on the swimming pool as for some crazy reason they hadn't grouted the tiles??? Walking in flip flops in this heat with a cut is no fun

I spent 3 nights at Serene Beach Hotel. Pros: + location : just few step to the beach. + room : large and you can see the sea from your bed + welcome fruit Cons: + checking in&out is slow + very small swimming pool. Dont trust in all photo you see. The swimming pool is better for kids. + the design of room is old style. Actually i dont like the room design. It makes the room darker.

The rooms are comfortable but the hotel is totally lacking in atmosphere. The service is friendly but communication in English was challenging. The seaview from the beach-facing rooms was great.
