The Palm Cabin is perfect for Couple”
Out of 3 5-star hotels that we stayed in Phuket, this hotel is most impressive. Even though the palm cabin is small but somehow feels soo homey and comfortable that most of the time we just spent our time watcxhing netflix and relaxing there. Definitely one of the best options for couple. There's a very nice restaurant called Nang Naan nearby that serves really nice Thai Food and Beverages (didn't try the alcoholic ones though) and minimarket in case you want to buy chips for netflix & chill. There's a beach on the other side of the hotel that is secluded, but you need to wait until evening since on morning the beach is so far away due to low-tide, maybe ard 200m compared to 10m on evening. Most people just prefer to sunbathe on the chair though. Will defo stay here again if we went to Phuket.

Quiet & peaceful ”
This property is tucked away in a beautiful setting. The hotel staff are attentive, the property is clean and well serviced. The pool is spacious and clean with nice poolside and beachside seating. The fitness facility/ gym equipment is very good. A few small restaurants, a very nice coffee shop and small massage places within a few minutes walk from the hotel. Free evening shuttle offered to larger shopping area and day shuttle to other nearby beaches. The room was comfortable, mini-fridge well-stocked and inexpensive. The hotel restaurant food is good and not overpriced, the morning breakfast buffet was part of our room stay and had an excellent variety for all dietary requirements.

Phuket sandbox”
We first chose the hotel since it was the only one that was available under the Phuket sandbox in the location we were interested in. But we were very pleasantly surprised. From the quick response to our email questions and to the help provided with the Covid-19 nose swab testing to the extremely friendly staff welcoming us. We were also very impressed with the room size, the facilities, the pool. All and all a wonderful and quite unexpected experience. We would be happy to come back again!!

Exceptional”
First time at this resort. 12th time in Phuket. Penthouse was more like a home - incredibly large (including the 2 bedrooms). Excellent views that photos do not do justice. Easy access to 7-eleve, Good pool. If thinking can swim at private beach think again though. Very shallow and smelly. Restuarants were very good and priced below expectations. Breakfast was good. Overall stay and value for money I Phuket was above expectations. Thank you Serenity Resort.

Lovely hotel ,we had a week of relaxing .Dont listen to any poor reviews ,they aren't a a true reflection of this lovely place.If you want a beach to swim from then dont book here ,but they do mention this in the brochure. The rooms are comfortable and clean ,They have entertainment 3 nights but If you want busy nightlife then is a short drive away.The food in the hotel is a bit more expensive than local outlets but is good .there is a good italian restaurant 5 mins walk if you want cheaper food.Breakfast is very good and plentiful.we stayed in the basic Room which was cheaper ,but the room was comfortable and clean .Lovely place ,welldone Serenity totally had a fab time

Amazing Resort(H20 suite)”
Our stay at Serenity was amazing . I booked H20 suite for my family(me , my wife and kid) . View was really beautiful and you cannot take ur eyes off it. We have a private pool with a view of sea and mountains. Hotel staff was also nice and always smiling . The only problem we faced was our flight was not until 9PM and our checkout was at 12noon so requested the staff to extend my stay in that room but they said that all the H20 suite are booked even though I was ready to pay for it . then after my repeated reauest they moved us to a standard room which wasn't good as compared to H20 suite . When I checked on their website I can clearly see 1 H20 suite avaliable . I wasnt sure why the hotel staff didnt gave me that . Apart from that Everything else was out of this world . I had an amazing stay at Serenity . Also keep in mind it will take atleast 1hr:30min to reach there from airport .

Awesome Resort”
Well worth every penny of what we paid. Even though the beach is not for swimming the views especially at sunrise are to die for. The city and even the food night market is nearby. Halal restaurant is just across the street. It is also recommended to rent a car at the shop across the street next to the halal restaurant.

We really loved our stay here and the sea views are stunning. Pool Bar is amazing with friendly staff along with the services breakfast in the morning is fantastic. Would highly recommend and I stay every year I come back to Phuket!

We are the first group after the renovation. The palm room is a little bit tiny, but the scenario of the room is perfect. Because we are the first guest, there is some inconvenience thing. But there are trying to solve the problem with a kindly service mind. We are going to stay here again if we go to Phuket.

Very nice hotel”
I highly recommend this place especially if you like to enjoy seeing the view and resting quietly. You can easily see sunrise from the hotel. Breakfast is great. Stuff is also nice and friendly. Bungalow is convenient when you're back from swimming. No need to worry about wet floor during walking to your room.

The room was spacious and the service was superb! On the last day, we needed to check out at 6am for a day trip and would be missing the breakfast. To our surprise, the hotel prepared a bag of breakfast (bread, fruits and drinks) for each of us! Highly recommended for all!

Just one night at Sha+”
Considering it was a 'necessary' one night stay, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I didn't get chance to explore the facilities, but judging by my accommodation and surroundings it would be a beautiful albeit 'quieter' experience. As with the hotel, Agoda who took the booking were also extremely helpful. Thank You.

Exactly what I came for ”
Serenity is right. With steps leading right down to the ocean from the pool, this beautiful resort was exactly what I was looking for coming to vacation in Phuket. Located just north of Rawai beach on the eastern side of the island and a short ways south of Phuket town, Serenity provides a nice break from the popping beach towns and more popular tourist spots. Just know that the tide will go in and out considerably here so sometimes there will be a beach and sometimes the waves will be lapping against the sea wall under the front pool deck. Staff were so nice and helpful. Room has a great modern feel. Their restaurant isn't up and running due to covid. I'll be interested to see this place once tourists return, when it will be a little more lively.

Great hotel close to kitesurfing”
Very good breakfast with nice view over the sea, wide variety of options. Helpful staff, nice pool. Kitesurfing base was 2 min walk on the beach which was perfect for us.
