The staff at the hotel makes my stay perfect. From the front of the hotel, to check in, to housekeeping and restaurant was very welcoming and enjoyable. The view from the rooftop was very spectacular. However, the view from my room was a bit cloudy, due to the glass window from the outside was not very clear, but understandable that the cleaning from the outside could be a bit hard / difficulty. Anyway, i still enjoy the view from my room. It was a shame that the hotel do not have a lot of guests staying due to COVID 19. And i hope that after the end of COVID 19, the guests will come back and stay at the property, as it was very nice and only stone throwaway from the beach. I would recommend this property for couple and family traveller.

A well kept secret”
I really enjoyed the Seven Zea Chic. The staff is excellent and the rooms were quite comfortable. I had an Ocean View Room with King Bed. The King Bed was very firm. Pillows were just right. The rooms with a Southern exposure can get rather hot, so the cool down by Air Conditioner will take about 5 minutes. The hotel is reported to be "Guest Friendly", but having a root canal took priority over romance. The hotel is about 600 meters from "Soi 6",a short walk to the crazy nightlife on the 6. Wifi was solid, but a bit slow (7-11 Mbps). What can I say.. excellent hotel...comfortable, excellent (Agoda!) price and decent security. ✮✮✮✮✮

2 minutes walk to pattaya beach. Semi beach view from 4th floor”
We chose room 402 it had semi beach view so you can have an idea on what to choose. The room was great, it has bathtub and bidet. With huge windows with partial view of the beach. At the end of the street there is family mart and lots of places to eat. Its near soi6 the part street. Of course you wont hear the noise here because this is at soi5. If you want something clean abd relaxing choose this hotel. They have restaurant and pool as well.

Best place I've stayed in Pattaya”
I stayed here with a friend a few years ago and I booked a room here for my friends and I since I was impressed by this hotel when I first stayed here and it still impressed me now. The location is very convenient and the room is spacious. The buffet breakfast was good and the rooftop pool is the best place to catch the sunset and have a dip overlooking the sea. I would recommend this hotelo anyone.

good breakfast, fresh vegies, little in the way of meat but had eggs, coffee, tea, milk, juice, noodle soup fruit, good value for price. pool area good for laps, good view of the bay. no sun untill 12.00 due to angle of building easy check in & check out. nice rooms good wifi connection. close to beach & baht buses to walking street. overall good value for money, would come back again.

Everything is awesome”
This is the 6th times that I stayed in this hotel. Proven and tested! Just a minor issue is that the last time I stayed in this hotel there was a power outage and the hotel's electric generator cannot hold the electricity for the entire building so our rooms doesn't have power, we have to stay at the lobby because that was the only place with electricity. It is somewhat a hassle but it is not enough reason to change my mind about staying in this hotel. Thank you for your the service.

The best hotel for me. The fantastic view”
Hotel is small. There is also some empty lots nearby and it's not clean. However inside of the hotel, i am very satisfied with the clean chic interior and the room with a wide windows facing the sea. And it's also one of the cheapest hotels on the beach. Additional advantages:beautiful rooftop pool, nearest bus line, nearest massage shop and shopping mall. See you again.

Good location in Soi 5, 3 minutes walk to the beach. Clean rooms with big walk in shower. Thai style breakfast is good for a couple of days stay but they need to put heaters under the trays as breakfast is only slightly warm. Maybe ok if you go down to eat at 7.0 o’clock. The pool on floor eight is lovely with views over Pattaya bay. Lots of eating places nearby and 7/11 at end of street on the beach road. Will stay again if price under 1200 baht including taxes etc

Exceptional”
I initially booked this place because of its proximity to Pattaya Beach Road and because of the pictures of its infinity pool overlooking the ocean. I wasn't disappointed because its location is very good. It is a short walking distance to the beach and it is also close to the Pattaya Walking Street for nightlife activities. It was very accessible as you can always find transportation along beach road. It was also not that far from the bus terminal going to and from Bangkok. Don't miss out on taking a dip in their pool because it has a very nice uninterrupted view of the ocean and really good for just chilling and relaxing. I also like their colorful breakfast place/lounge in the ground floor. The room was compact but with enough space since you'd only be sleeping there anyway. The important thing was that the bed was comfortable enough that I had a good sleep and it doesn't creak.

Nice boutique hotel ”
I first saw this hotel when I walked past it - so decided to stay here during my stay. It’s a nice hotel for what you pay - no problems other than the breakfast could do with a revamp. The food is a little poor and the staff are asleep - but other than that I can’t complain. Rooms are large and the rooftop pool was great - certainly a value to staying here.
