Wow, I was surprised. The room was awesome. I thought the host (super friendly and helpful) had given me the wrong room. It very clean, has hot water, comfortable bed, my room had a balcony over the street, the bed was clean and the shower was great. Has TV and Wi-Fi.. complimentary water every day ( have not seen that anywhere else), daily room cleaning, plus the location is great. Once you get your key, no hassle from anyone as you come and go. The TreeTown is right down the street and plenty of other streets filled with nightlife and lots of good food. You could literally stay on the street and have a good time. The picture made me think the room was older but it’s been updated and nice. I would definitely recommend this place. Clean, close, and no headaches.

Good Hotel, Nice location. Hotel Owner is Nice person. poor lady staff helps check in and chechk out time. No outside nuisance. Very safety hotel. I recommended 100% Solo travelers. Will get all amenities. Only things at the time of check -in time no one in hotel lobby. Sometimes waiting is only problem. That is not a big problem. After all are ok. I will come again and again the same hotel.

It is worth the money or more than worth your money. I was hesitant before going inside because the entrance is in the backside of the building, so I was thinking to change my hotel, but after seeing the room, it is big, it is clean, the toilet and bathroom are clean. I will go back in here if I have a chance to go back to Pattaya.

Great cheap, clean, ideally located Guesthouse. Wow a bargain. Enjoyed my short stay, will visit again. Its not the Ritz, however spacious room, local to shops, money exchange, most importantly that great Pattaya entertainment.

This is a good budget hotel. I got a great deal on the basic double room, which does not have a balcony, just a window facing the wall of a building. It was the start of low season and covid times so this room was a great bargain. The place is actually part of a bar, which was closed due to lack of customers during Covid, and there is a side entrance to the rooms. No staff or reception present now, just a lady that will come to give you the key and clean the rooms daily. PROS: Very low cost. Close to the main roads, nightlife, etc. Daily housekeeping. One free bottle of water each day. Quiet. CONS: You can feel the metal springs in the bed mattress which is a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom smells a bit like mold and mildew. Overall a good stay.

Price is right!”
Great price. Good for solo travelers or couples. There’s no sign but Google maps will lead you to it. Located on top of an Italian restaurant. I stayed here during the pandemic so that could be why it was cheap price. Walking distance to just about everything like food, mall, 7-11, taxis, and nightlife. Will stay here again. Oh one thing....the entrance is in the side and it’s really dark at night. Had to use the flashlight on my phone. They should put a good light there.
