Shangrila Hotel surely is a 5 star hotel. Though the hotel it self have been around for quite sometimes, it is aging very well, and im sure it went through a couple of renovations. it is indeed classic and luxurious in the same time. Swimming pool is massive with a kids section with slides and else. In addition the service is WOW, staff is very friendly and helpful, I’ve stay with the horizon lounge included in my package. You can access the lounge anytime to enjoy your time during your stay with very nice and alot of variety of beverages. And your kid can enjoy a popcorn in the swimming pool area. We surely have a great time during our stay.

We are very pleased with the friendly workers there, especially with the workers @Satoo. They are very friendly and helpful. The pool also great. My kids had a wonderful time at the pool. Chef Risky is a great chef. He gave my son a very good motivation to pursue dream and Mbak Emma is a great server. We booked 2 rooms from 30th dec - 02nd Jan to celebrate new year 2021 at Shangrila Although the hotel is quite old , but what I like most about this hotel is the service!! I give 2 thumbs up for the service. Everyone is so helpful and the hotel is very generous in providing you such extra towels, extra mineral water. Breakfast menu is not so great but I do not mind at all since the service is great.

Pricey but worthy”
We booked an executive suite last Friday for one night in this hotel. We were 4, 3 adults and 1 kid. Room was big and comfy and the staff was very hospitable and you can easily approach them if you need anything. Since we were in exec suite, we were entitled in the horizon club. Free snacks and drinks is available in the 23rd floor. Breakfast choices in satoo restaurant is good enough since this pandemic is causing a lot of distancing. Overall, this hotel and our stay was a blast. Facilities are available for kids and the family. Pool is clean, activities for kids are also prepared until 17:00. Extra bed was also provided since we requested it and it's free. Highly recommended hotel in the area.

The pool is magnificent. There’s water playground, free floaters, and free popcorn! That’s the best part that my son likes xD Food is always delightful! This hotel is never failed us. Been here couple of times. Highly recommended!

Been stay few times in Shangri-La Jakarta. It always felt pleasure and great with the experience. Room bit old but still clean and spacious. Great buffet in Satoo and great pool. Sometimes the pool bit crowded especially on weekend.
