wonderful short staycation during these trying times when the world suffer this pandemic crisis. Thankful for been able to enjoy even a short while at Shangrila Mactan. big pool my grandson enjoy all the amenities available during our stay. they even give free breakfast to my grandson who's age is almost 7yrs old come aug. 13. Shangrila Mactan one of the best or maybe the best hotel resort in the place. strictly follow health protocol, well guarded and big or huge ground for strolling. we enjoyed our fish feeding. We are very thankful also to agoda.com for the adds during the promo at the hotel we received senior discounts. Thank you Agoda. Thank you Shangrila. Thank you God for the good weather. God bless.

I and my husband were celebrating our wedding anniversary when we checked in. This is the best 5 star hotel to stay. The staff are so caring and make you feel loved, valued and very important wherever corner you are. They treated us fairly. The amenities are excellent. Foods are SUPERB! Actually i didn't know how to swim, I learned at Shangrila cause the water is crystal clear and very inviting. stayed there for 3 days wanted to stay more. I couldn't get enough of the beach! will definitely come back again soon! Best service and staff too! thank you Shangrila for making our stay memorable! ☺️

It's a bit pricey but the experience is super worth it. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The place is super cozy and spacious. The facilities is an experience that needs to be tried. We will definitely come back soon.

They have the best beach/shoreline in Mactan Island. Best gardens in Mactan. Breakfast buffet was good too. My problem is their incidental deposit coz it takes up to two weeks to be released back on my credit card, according to the reception clerk whom I called after a day from checkout. They could have told me first about that so I would have considered cash as deposit instead.
