FABULOUS HOTEL”
The hotel is very close to the Prophet's Mosque, very clean and well equipped rooms, superb buffet breakfast. Staff are very helpful. Throughout my frequent travel, I do not remember seeing a general manager in any hotel before. However, the GM of this hotel (Mr. Amjad) is around everywhere; helping guests and responding to their needs. Even in the restaurant during breakfast, he is there helping his staff. I really raise my hat for him.

The room is as shown in the catalogue! Love the spacious bathroom and interior especially the quranic lampshade. Just one thing, during my stay the walkway to my room (324) was full with luggages and also leftovers from neighbouring room. The way the housekeeping knocked my door was also annoyying. Should have doorbell. Afterall, my favourite!

Shaza Almadina provides a very comfortable stay. You can feel the calmness ambience of this hotel. Room rates are reasonable and worth the value. Very near to haram nabawi. I love the smells of Shaza’s fragrance. Reception staff Hala assisted me & family with integrity and the check in was very smooth. Fatma as duty manager helped us to extend our room smoothly Shaza Almadina housekeeping staff for our room 222, Ahad, Nasir & Afsar, they always ensure our room clean and neat. Overall it’s a memorable stay and I’ve been staying in shaza since 2012 yearly 😊

The hotel bfast is great but I think they need to rotate different food so that guest will not feed bored of the same food everyday. I stay 1 week for my umrah recently.. I just love the hotel deco room staff are all friendly.. near to mosque and the hotel feel like home.. will come again!

Can't just describe the kindness and hospitality of the staff. Mr. Aiman (Team manager) was extremely benevolent and courteous. Shaza is a must stay in Medina. Food, staff co-operation and the rooms were just 10/10. Don't waste money on other chains! shaza is worth the money!

The hotel made us feel very welcome - the staff at check-in and the restaurant are very friendly and accomodating. We were upgraded to a haram view room free of charge. The breakfast is top notch with great selection and tasty food. The hotel itself is sparkling clean and the location is just perfect - very close to the women's entrance. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay and so close to Al Masjid an Nabawi. Staff were very helpful especially the Manager of the hotel (Mr Bandar Al Bedhani). For those with children - it's great for seeing all the places which are close by but the kids club at the hotel is not open until the end of the year.

Wonderful stay at Shaza”
I had a wonderful stay at Shaza Al Madinah this weekend. I was upgraded to Junior Suite, and reception staff was very attentive to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The hotel staff kept contact for feedback and review about my stay & comfort. The location and breakfast (huge variety), has always been primary factor in choosing this hotel for me. It’s 1 min walk to the mosque and probably offers the beat breakfast menu in Madinah.
