We were looking basically for indoor pool for women. Although it's 6am-10:30am, the pool is heated which is great. They have given us a nice room for my birthday. They always checked if we need anything. The staff was great. Receptionist, cleaners, bellboy everyone. The downside is the restaurant, for dinner even you are a guest you will not be discounted. The usual experience I had was always you have a discount with the hotel's restaurant.

Thank you Mr Turki the awesome Saudi young gentleman who was so generous, helpful and amazing during my check-in process, in fact he checked me in early with a handsome smile. Gym is amazing sports facility , restaurant buffet , garden area, all to its well mark. Loved my stay, quite room, nice fragrance, toiletries superb, spacious room, lovely comfy bed and everything is fabulous. I would be certainly looking forward for my future stay in Shaza Riyadh😊 Not to forget concierge, valet parking & checkout time Saudi female receptionist was with a nice gesture and did her part superb. My stay in this hotel was amazing, the room was clean, tidy and had all the amenities needed. The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful, especially the restaurant manager Hassan who went above and beyond to accommodate me for the iftar without a prior reservation. My experience in this hotel was flawless, I would highly recommend anyone to stay in this beautiful Andalusian themed hotel.

We stay at many hotels around the world, Shaza Riyadh is the best. Sami at front desk was very helpful, all team members was happy to help with a smile, Mustafa at restaurant was a perfect host. Food fantastic ,rooms very clean and comfortable. The Mosque next door was also great to visit . 10 out of 10.

I stayed for 3 nights; didn’t have issues.. I requested couple of things to be replaced and they were very helpful. The hotel looks fancy and it’s kinda new too. The only thing is I would expect a bathtub at this level. Thanks!

I stayed with my family at Shaza Riyadh but it wasn’t the best experience since there is totally nothing to do especially for WOMEN all the facilities ( swimming pool, spa, jacuzzi ) were limited to men only, women weren’t even allowed to enter these places. Although it was clean, service was not bad. Overall, I wouldn’t come back again.

Worse than we expected ”
Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, we were waiting for 3 hours until our room ready. They upgraded us into 3 bedroom apartment but facilities very bad. There were 5 TVs in but no remote at all. AC were noisy, they don’t have bath mat, no shower curtain, shower was very high- hard to reach up. We stayed 4D3N, cleaning service only came 1 time. We’ve put the sign of “make up our room” each day, phone them up before we left and still they didn’t come. My husband went down to receptionist and told them to clean up the room, they came at 23.30. No one answered the call except restaurant. We enjoyed sightseeing in Riyadh but the Hotel ruined it.

Lovely hotel everything was perfect. Nice modern spacious rooms with additional facilities like a microwave, washing machine. Coffee machine good. Breakfast also great with a lot of choice. We were so excited with the hotel. The hotel is superb, the food is superb, the location is superb and the staff was very nice n helpfull. The location next to the Ar Rajhi Sulaiman Masjid is unbeatable. Hope can come for Ramadhan for Itikaf n stay in the hotel.
