I’ve stayed at the resort for 4 nights and it’s totally amazing. The staffs are friendly and hospitality. The infinity pool is one of the highlights of the resort. The food and views are great. This is the best vacation I ever had since the pandemic. However, since there aren’t many guests stayed at the resort due to the pandemic, they didn’t turn on all the light so I didn’t have a chance to see the view at the night. The lobby to the reception also a little dark so it looks kinda scary. But if I have had a chance to visit Danang, I would have booked the Sheraton Resort again. Totally worthy!!!

The property is gorgeous, and the pool is as impressive as it looks in pictures. It gets a bit warm in the late afternoon, so go earlier in the day. What really impressed us was the food-- every single thing we ate was phenomenal, whether buffet or a la carte. The food is expensive, but all resort food is, and it's usually not this good. Incredibly hard-working and dedicated staff, and very comfortable rooms. Not super close to either Danang or Hoi An, so better as a spot to relax and do nothing rather and a base to explore the sights.

Very comfortable and great hospitality resort”
This is the first time we stayed at Sheraton Grand Danang Resort. Though the location is a bit far from center of Danang city, this resort is highly recommended, due to their great hospitality of staff, great food, quite a big pool, and nice and clear room. Next time we return to Danang, we will definitely choose Sheraton Grand Danang Resort to stay!

Despite the impact of COVID19 and the resort being very quiet the staff were extremely attentive and friendly, food was awesome especially Brekky and siting by the pool at the beach bar and restaurant was just so relaxing and the food there is very special We organized a trip to BaNa Hills through the hotel through Vietnam Tourism and Ms Tu was I think the best guide we had ever had. She was friendly very knowledgeable and always went out of her way to make our day memorable. We couldn’t recommend her and the private tour more.

we enjoyed the stay at Sheraton Grand very much! it was a very new hotel. it was a bit far from city center. Hotel staff were very friendly and nice . the staff at kids club were extremely helpful and pleasant. breakfast was good but not as good as other 5-star properties in the area. the feature restaurants served one of best steak dinner we ever had. we would return without any questions!

Beautiful Resorts. Clean , spacious room. Location is a little far from town . You need room key to punch in elevator floor (during day time) which is very inconvenience for group. We have rooms in different floors and we can't go to other floor to meet up. Both have to go to 1st floor then go up together.

This resort is Grand and Beautiful. Staff are amazing however it is severely let down by its food options. The food for a five star resort is quite awful. Breakfast was the only decent place to eat. So fill up there. We had to make a few complaints when it came to food.
