Great stay at Sheraton! ”
I had a very pleasant stay at Sheraton Gandaria City, this was my third time here. I was greeted with a warm welcome by the front officer and manager. Got a surprised writing at the mirror, card and TV! Also had an amazing experience at the club with my son, Mr Mufhi served us delightfully, he made a very delicious ice choco and when my son’s glass was empty he offered to have more. The food at the club also very delicious. Ms Meilani, one of the club staff also make sure that my son enjoy the visit, she offered us to bring some cakes and cookies to the room. Surely would come back again with a complete experience at the club. kudos to all staff at Sheraton Gancit!

Nice Hotel, nice staff and service”
Staying at Sheraton Gandaria City was really a pleasant for us. From the moment we came,staffs greeted us politely, and let us checked in right away because the room was ready even it's still 12 noon. They took our bag and delivered it to our room right away. They also let us check out late the next day until 2 pm,while other 5 stars hotel sometimes don't give late check out like this Sheraton. Breakfast was also delicious with many things to choose from International menu,Indonesian,and other Asian cuisines. The location of the hotel is also a few steps away from the big Gandaria City mall. You can find almost everything in this giant mall. In short,I really enjoy my stay here and will be back the next time we're in Jakarta again.

Great Hotel Great Services”
Hotel location next to big mall, great breakfast, superb services everything are perfect. The only drawback us that based on govt regulation child under 12 restricted to enter mall and so my tiddler can not sightseeing to the mall and also didnt allowed to the Hotel swimming Pool area. However, the Hotel compensate with delicous pizza for free delivered to my room was enough to heal the regret for not being able swimming with my toddler. Also, the guest service namely Elin Soliani treat us with good care and managed to rebooked our stay twice during PPKM so that we can stay during lower PPKM time to maximize our experience staying in the hotel, especially tasting the faboulus Anigre Restaurant which was premierly open during our stay after closed during tight PPKM for weeks.

Receptionist, especially Denisse(not sure if i wrote her name correctly) she was exceptional- very friendly and kind with lovely smile :) room was very clean & bigger than any of the rooms you can find in Jakarta, room service was really fast. One of best hotel, at this time.”
At check in, receptionist scanned my id without touching it. Also they sterilized the counter before next customer used it for check-in/out. They explained the accommodations very well and detail. For breakfast, they split 4 different time (forgot the detail). We ordered what we want to eat, the menu can be seen by scanning barcode. There's mini buffet contained bread, juice, coffee, granola and fruits. Overall, this hotel is very good.

We had welcomed very well since we arrived and checked in by all staffs in lobby and receptionist. When we entered our room that everything already well prepared, nice cool temperature and clean room. Later all amenities, sleeping pijama, and wine glass good delivered to our room as our request. Also we had dinner in Anigre Restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary, quality of service was very good, almost of food and drink that we had were good taste. Restaurant Manager had serviced us very nice. At breakfast time, again we got nice service from Restaurant Manager and staffs. Almost all food and drink that served to us, were good taste and clean. Protocol Covid-19 had been applied in our room and restaurant and also in lobby, since we stayed still in pandemic Covid-19 time. We hope we could stay again in this nice 5 star hotel, Sheraton Gandaria City Jakarta, Indonesia. God bless all of us.
