The hotel is easy accessible to London Heathrow. The car park is spacious. There is HOPPA bus going to different terminals. The staff is attentive. Room is comfortable. Bathroom is clean and large. I enjoy the stay at the Sheraton Heathrow Hotel

Look no further”
If you need a hotel close to Heathrow airport, look no further. This hotel is wonderful, especially if you find a special offer through Agoda. It's true that the decor needs a facelift and the rear side of the building is quite ugly, but this is still an excellent place to stay. There are little improvements here and there, for example in the showers and the cable TV. So it seems that the management are doing their best to keep this hotel fresh and comfortable. What makes this hotel so special is the staff. Their professionalism is amazing. For example, we needed a cot for our baby. When I asked at the front desk, I didn't have to finish my question. The guy on the desk guessed what I wanted and replied that "we will have a cot brought to your room immediately, sir". Within a few minutes another staff member knocked on our door with a luxury baby cot. Very impressive. In addition to this, the breakfast is delicious and reasonably priced. You feel like a special guest, even if you are staying for just one night. We stayed here twice in the space of two weeks and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Convenient location to LHR”
The buffet breakfast is really good with different varieties. The coffee shop, bar area and lounge have a nice environment with very good service. The car park is spacious with car rental company in the hotel area. I would recommend Sheraton Heathrow to travellers.

This hotel is close to Heathrow and has a Thrifty Car rental next door. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Restaurant food is good. This hotel is great for travelers

Great base for a few days”
After a long international flight the Sheraton Heathrow was a perfect place to have a couple of days to recover before going further afield. There was no problem with a very early check-in and it's proximity to all Heathrow terminals and the London Underground made it a great base for a couple of days. There's not much around the hotel of interest, but free public buses to and from the terminals make it easy to get to the Underground and central London for a bit of sightseeing.

Better than average for the price paid”
Staff were brilliant but no matter how often and how many different numbers I called, no one answered the phone calls to front reception or consierge for a wake up call. The rooms are decent, the hallways show their age and reminded me slightly of 'The Shining' and the ancient smell of years old nicotine still permeate even though this is a non smoking hotel. The restaurant was very pleasant but the prices an absolute rip off, costing more then the room - just for one person. For the price and convenience to Heathrow, well worth the £60, but I would baulk at any higher a price and would probably stay elsewhere next time.

Living up to the Sheraton standard. ”
We had a stop over in London and need a place to rest for the night. The hotel was clean,comfortable and convinience to the Airport. The only down side to this hotel is everything is $$. £15-wifi, £3- games or movies on the tv. But there is free gym. Overall its a good stay n value for money. ( there is wifi @ d lounge area but its snail pace.) i wonder the £15 is any faster . Lol

Oaky At the Right Price”
The hotel is a very good deal for London (about $100.00 Canadian dollars) on the weekends but I would not pay the weekly rates if I was to stay there again. I chose to stay there to get away from the high prices and lower quality in downtown London. The downside of that is the travel time to the city centre which was about 75 minutes with bus and subway. There are a few things to be careful about. The bathtubs have very high sides so I don't know how a short person or someone with less flexiably, possibly an elderly person, could get in without putting themselves in a dangerous position. The Internet was outrageously expensive so we started going to a small restuarant nearby. While the staff was friendly and courteous, I was not offered any of the considerations of a Starwood Preferred Guest. Even when I asked, there was never anything forthcoming. It was very different than the many Sheratons I stayed in within Asia where things were offered, based on availability.

Bad bed, bad bad pillows”
My wife and I recently took a vacation to London. We chose to stay at the Sheraton Heathrow because of the attractive rates and location (near to T4 and T5), and some positive reviews I had read online. We both liked the restaurant at your hotel, and the location was perfect for commuting to/from T4 and T5 respective via Hoppa bus services which ran for every 10-15 minutes and it stops right in front of the hotel doorstep. However, we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. We found hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived. In addition, the floor carpet had crumbs and stains. On our second day, when we returned, we noticed that the beds had been made but leftover food we had the night before, had not been disposed. The mattress seems to lost it's springy feel and the 2 pillows ( yes! only 2 pillows instead of standard 4) was tooooo softy to support a good night sleep. The hotel lobby had been updated and now, please do something with the room.

Really handy to Heathrow, with shuttle bus, or free pickup if you rent a car from Dollar Thrifty (who are on hotel premises). Good Bar, and Restaurant. Rooms quiet. Clean. Staff can be a little unresponsive.

really close to terminal 5”
My flight was at 7am so it was critical to get up on time and off to the airport. They have an automatic wakeup call which is followed by a personal call a few minutes later. There is a bus stop (for the red bus line 350) right across the street and it is only 4 minutes to terminal 5 and the trip is free. First bus at about 4am. Unless you have loads of luggage, no need to take a taxi or shuttle bus. Other than that, the hotel was up to the standard of this chain, I had a room with a view of a rapeseed field in bloom and heard no airplane noise whatsoever.

Comfortable and close to airport”
This is a great hotel airport for its price range, one night is the most you would want to spend here. Though the common areas have been updated really well the corridors and bathrooms are very dated now. They is a damp smell along all the corridors. The staff are superb. The food good but ridiculously overpriced. There is car rental on site which is a great bonus about this airport hotel.

THe hotel does what it says on the tin it was a convenient stoppover linking in flights between Uk and international . We would not recommend it for use as a visitors hotel to London, it is just very good for airport usage.

Don't be fooled by the pictures..”
Don't be fooled by the pictures.. I expected more from Sheraton but then again this is only an airport. The price is a bit high since the hotel is pretty old looking. The hotel room itself is pretty roomy and the bathroom is clean. Just don't go with high expectations. There is no free shuttle to the hotel which was a huge disappointment since that's what ppl use this hotel for.

It was suitable for an overnight stay.”
Our expectation wa that of a typical hotel located near the airport with minimum fuss. The breakfast included in the rate was liimited to a cold buffet. The room overlooked the garbage disposal area and car park and it was a typical hotel room with minimum amenities. Check in and out was fast. We chose this hotel simply because owe wanted to rent a car for our holiday and f the car rental office located in the premises and our evening arrival into Heathrow.

clean but not up to date ”
Considering it is the Sheraton the rooms have very old TV's, parking was completely full once I arrived but the staff allowed me to park somewhere else. They charge 13.50 for parking. On arrival they take 50 pound from your account to put on hold until you check out. So make sure you have a card on you that doesn't get declined.
