We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and can't find anything bad to say. The staff are professional, helpful, welcoming and the security that make you feel secured. And loved our welcoming drinks We stayed in twin bed room and it was spacious, clean and had stunning views of the city and bay. The facilities were great, the pool and the sauna is an A+ and bar area was a great place to relax and grab a drink. This truly is a 5 star experience

The service what makes Pan Pacific stand out”
I always stay in Pan Pacific on every biz trip I have for the Philippines. I stayed in other 5 star hotels before, but I prefer Pan Pacific as they offer conducive accomodation for business travellers like me. I only had a very tiny comment about my last stay though, the broadband chord and broadband holder was not to be found in my room. (the holder was at the back of the table stuck on the wall.) Maintenance came and brought me the chord but it was my last day though so I was not really able to utilize it. The hair dyer was also not functioning, called the maintenance and the hair dryer was not plugged. Probably thorough checking will help to prevent instances such this will happen. But OVERALL, I am always happy with pan pacific, and i will surely stay here again for my next biz trip.

Very polite and respectful staff. Our room is clean and very comfortable to stay. Assistance is available 24/7, just call and they will be there to attend to your needs of course with mask and distancing. Wonderful Weekend Overnighter”
The staff were very helpful and booking was a breeze. The executive room I stayed in was huge though the view of the bay had a huge building in front of it. The breakfast buffet didn't have a lot of options but the food was well prepared. Some of their floors were still being used for quarantine guests. The pool was small and the whirlpool's heater was broken but my nephew had a lot of fun because it wasn't too deep. The fitness center had all the usual equipment. For me the best thing about this hotel is its rooms.

Our experience with this hotel was wonderful since we checked-in during my birthday and the staff at the reception area even sang a birthday song for me with matching small cake with candle that I blew while they were singing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The place was near Robinsons Manila and to the different restaurants and food chains. The room was cozy and spacious. Plus Slimmers World International was just along Adriatico which I even attended two (2) dance/Zumba sessions. The experience was very memorable. We enjoyed our stay there. Thank you.

The staff was very accommodating! The place is clean and very nice. My luggage was delayed and they made extra effort to call the airline to facilitate my luggage to get there on time. I recommend Pan Pacific anytime.

One of the best 5-star hotels in Manila”
This hotel (Sheraton Manila Bay) is one of the best. And the location makes it awesome. There are TWO Sheratons in Manila, and I booked this one by mistake. I had originally wanted to book the one near the airport. But I am very pleased that everything worked out for the best. The room, staff, service and facilities are all excellent. But what makes it awesome is the location in the heart of Korea town....yes, there is an actual Korea town in Manila. The high end Robinsons mall is just 1 minute walk away and the neighborhood is full of Korean and Japanese restaurants and KTV bars. All in all, I highly recommend it for personal and business travel.

Great hotel but sad about new brand. ”
I’ve stayed at the Pan Pacific Manila many times over a good number of years and always loved the place. I was dismayed, however, to find out that it has recently become a Sheraton and has been rebranded as such. Aside from the branding, however, little has changed yet, although the prices seem to have gone up. Thankfully most of the great staff have been kept on - Sheraton would have been mad to get rid of them. The building remains the same, of course - for the time being, at least, although there are rumours of big changes to come. For now, though, I can still enjoy it almost as it used to be. I love a cold beer on the sunset terrace, watching the colours fade over Manila Bay.

Had another issue - this time with my luggage - a roller wheel was locked up. Hotel engineering was called and fixed it up and had us on the road to the airport - Thanks so much for the above and beyond level of service that is provided by staff

Excellent in almost all ways”
The Pan Pacific is located in central Manila, no longer the main business district, but very much alive with things to see, shop, eat and do. Being central, availability of taxis and "Grab" (the PH version of Uber) is excellent. The hotel has everything you need for a relaxing stay in the middle of the city. Good food, nice views, good pool with bar service, lounges and well appointed rooms. The staff is very friendly and accommodating - you won't want for anything here.

Great mid-upscale hotel”
If you want to spend a bit more, the Sheraton is worth it. Good room service food, very comfortable room, a shower with instant hot water. They were renovating the lobby when we visited, which created some minor inconveniences but it will probably make the place even nicer. Excellent staff.

Sheraton Manila Bay is one of the best hotel in Manila. Location is great where you can see and experience the real everyday life of the city. Security is great . You feel secured once you step in to the hotel. Professional security staff always present keeping an eye to all. Check in is fast and easy. Pool staff are superb. Pacific Lounge is a place where you can enjoy most. Captains and the rest of the staff are kind, accommodating with a genuine smile making sure of the comfort of all guests. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Travelers should request rooms facing the Manila bay. You will be treated with the famous Manila bay sunset.
