Wonderful stay at Nha Trang”
Sheraton hotel is located right by the sea and offers amazing view. We were on the 19th floor with sea facing view. The infinity pool & bar on the 6th floor is lovely, though closes early evening. One of the highlights of this hotel is the Altitude bar on 28th floor (roof top). We really had a good time and enjoyed the cocktails on both the evenings. They have happy hour deals which is worth availing. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Sheraton.

A beautiful hotel at an excellent price”
I stayed for five nights at my favourite holiday town, and my first time at the Sheraton. The hotel could not be faulted, and the views are magnificent from the room, the infinity pool and buffet breakfast. Wonderful artwork adorns the walls everywhere, and the staff offer a very attentive five-star service. Definitely try this place yourself.

Best service we ever had. From all the 5 star hotels we have been this surely felt like a 6. Amazing breakfast with infinite variety. Rooftop bar with a happy hour that is a must. Our room was glamorous. From all the facilities, the staff does not step behind. Always very helpful to any request or a simple gesture. Definitely a come back!

Well located in the center of Nha trang, good service however Sheraton should maintain the facilities, it looks old now such as tower, sofa, lights .. Every year my family have stayed at Sheraton and nothing to complain except those comments above. Maybe, due to covid 19, financial situation was affected and hope all the hotels will overcome this situation soon

My 1st day Breakfast was disappointing. I have invited my friends to join in the Breakfast. Apparently the food are not kept warmth and there are some argument between the staffs making the dining experience not so pleasant. I am extremely glad that the next day the team have made some changes after the feedback. The food are warmth, services had improved. The team are taking customers feedback seriously and make relevant changes which warmed my heart too. The room is always well maintained and clean despite my several visits. THANK YOU
