Best Summer Break 2020”
I just wanted a relax gateway from work and Shilla Monogram gave me a best one! The moment I walked in, was greeted by friendly staffs, happy smile. From the moment till end of my whole trip..everything is so PERFECT. Wonderful surprises from F&B, activities. Even I was alone, I have a wonderful time that I doesn't want it to end! Best Place in Da Nang Hoian Area”
This place becomes my best pick in Da Nang and Hoian area. As the most newly opened resort around there It is equippted with best features that I could not find in other places. Even the usual things such kind staffs and good breakfast were at a differnt level.

It has a great atmosphere + excellent service. Food is tasty. Staff were so nice & helpful as well. There is also a kid lounge for children to play with. Highly recommend for family trip. Will definitely come back here again!

The hotel is brandnew, well designed and well staffed. Our room is on the 2nd floor which made me feel a bit exposed as people from nearby villa (the Five) or at the pool can look straight into our room. I would recommend 4th floor and a above. The corner suite offers better value for money compared to Superior or Deluxe as additional space is signification

I had a memorable time at this hotel. The private beach and heated pool was just great. The entire staff, especially the manager Nick went out of their way to ensure our experience was great. What I enjoyed most was the vast food selection. The breakfast buffet had many options, as well as the included dinner. There is a sauna that was great after a day at the pool, only downside was the lack of massage options as there weren't any offered. There was a small communication with our reservation and room upgrade. Other hotels would have brushed it off or apologized just once, however the manager Nick went above and beyond to make up for it. He even sent us a plate of fresh fruit with a handwritten apology card right to our room. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

Every detail on point”
Everything from the facilities to the pool was immaculate. The breakfast was one of the best I've had. The main pool had water in the temperature of around 24 which was warm enough in da nang winter but the other pools were not heated up. The pool is very clean and big. The staff is very nice. The only negative part about this place is is location. It's far from my khe beach. It will cost around 8 to 10 bucks to get there. It's about 20 minutes to the beach. However, it is really close to the golf courses and hoi an is about 20 minutes from the hotel. And if you are planning to just stay inside the resort, it's a great place. However, there isn't a convenience store or anything in walking distance so if you want to try eating local or hang out at the beach bars then you have to go 20 minutes into town which isn't a bad ride and plenty of grabs to go there.

Best hotel I've stayed at.”
I rarely (almost never) write hotel reviews but feel compelled to for The Shilla Monogram. The hotel is extremely clean and new, with the friendliest staff. The Little Monogram made my toddler extremely happy too. Not to mention the sick views and private beach. We booked the corner suite and it was the best decision ever. Everything about this place is so perfect, can't wait to be back (or even other Shilla properties in future).
