Perfect choice to experience your own private onsen”

We are very happy we booked here. The tatami style room was perfect. It has it's own private onsen in the comfort of your own room. There are also kimonos included in the room to complete the japanese themed room and onsen experience complete. I recommend that you book the room with dinner and breakfast as the shabu shabu and kaiseki dinner will give you that complete authentic ryokan experience. Staff are very helpful and are good with english. There are also public onsens available. Location is excellent since it walking distance to the venetian glass museum and to bus stops which you can use to go around hakone.

Kindest staff on earth”

The hotel has specified they couldn’t do vegetarian meal so I emailed them about the concerns. They are kind enough to arrange special meals for me and all of them taste GREAT! The room is extremely clean, staff are welcoming, just a little far away from the station since the cable car was out of service when we visit there. Would definitely come back!

Friendly staff, good onsen”

There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel, it is quite convenient but we were late for our dinner as we did not estimate the time that we need to travel back to the hotel from sighseeing. Luckily they still served us dinner. We enjoyed the dinner and private onsen very much!

Great hotel, loved it”

Great hotel, already recommended to others! The room had a private outdoor hot spring which was amazing, especially when it was snowing one night. The living room was also very spacious and the room design was thoughtful. Opening the small sliding board under the TV allowed us to see the courtyard, and opening the floor-to-ceiling windows allowed us to see the hot spring steaming. The food was also very good, with different dishes for every meal and generous portions. The location was very convenient, much better than the hotel we chose last time. I even made a vlog of the hotel on the first day, but unfortunately there's no place to upload it for everyone's reference. Highly recommended!

Sooooo nice”

The room and meal is top class. Enjoy the private bath a lot. It would be great to have some snack at night but there is no shop near by. Recommend to prepare what you need before visiting the hotel area.
