Superb stay with Shining 10/10”
It’s a very pleasant stay and the staff have been super helpful and friendly even before i checked in. Airport pick up has been seamless, during checkin they offered me a hot cup of Vietnamese tea and some snacks to freshen me up, offered a lot of nice neighbourhood tips, eateries etc. In particular I am super impressed by their staff’s hospitality - especially the 2 ladies who greeted me by my name! This is not sth that can even done by 5* hotel elsewhere. Very clean room, got a bathtub, super duper convenient location to all the main attraction( beer street, old quarter, train street, etc) all within short walking distance. The staff are definitely the gem of this hotel. Dont forget to try their spa& massage - stayin guests will get 20% discount, very good masseur. I am Already planning for my next trip to Hanoi and will stay in Shining without a second thought. Once again this is a definitely a memorable trip with good sleep in this hotel, 100% recommended

Fantastic hotel, great location, amazing staff”
Had the pleasure of staying here for 3 nights with 2 nights in between for Sapa. Had the best experience with the staff who were very attentive and genuinely nice. Emily, the front office manager was exceptionally helpful for all our needs. The room was fantastic, very nicely decorated and clean. We landed around Chinese new year and the hotel was decorated beautifully for the occasion. Location is extremely convenient, couple minutes walk from Hoan Kiem lake and many eateries and places to drink. Definitely would stay here again and recommend others, best hotel I've stayed in in Hanoi.

Warm clean hotel with wonderful staff”
Wonderful stay at this warm, clean and stylish hotel. Our stay in Hanoi was made extra special by this truly excellent hotel. We were warmly welcomed by Ny at the reception who was incredibly kind and attentive, and even memorized both of our names to greet us every time we walked in and out. Rooms were on the smaller side but quiet, (no street noise at all!) and very well equipped with everything one might need. Very beautiful decor as well. Good spread of food at the bright breakfast room, with vegetarian options as well. Ming at breakfast was very sweet to us as well. Really appreciate the staff and everything else about this place. Location is fantastic too, very close to Hoan Kiem lake and other attractions. Highly recommended!!

Nice and friendly hotel 🤩”
We have a connecting rooms , which is convenient with a main door with corridor to the two rooms. Can let the two bedrooms door open and just lock the main corridor door . Very convenient! The rooms are new and clean . The staffs are friendly and response very fast, especially the staff , Hong , who liaised with us when we just booked the hotel . Hong helped us to get good travel cruise and price to Halong Bay . Breakfast is nice with variety of authentic salad . Location is superb , just in between Old quarter and French quarter . will stay again when go to Hanoi!

I'd brought my group to Hanoi and before they arrived I tried 5 different hotels out on Lo Su street and Shining Central easily won the prize. The hotel is just perfect, everything clean, friendly staff (very friendly/helpful with so many things), big comfy rooms and dreamy pillows! Best stay for my trip in Vietnam ”
1. Rooms are clean and well maintained 2. Comfy bed , toilet are separated from bathroom which is very convenient and clean 3. Tentative and helpful hotel staffs. Front office staffs are very nice especially Anna 😍 4. Yummy breakfast just enough for get going and clean utensils. 5. Location is 10/10. Walking distance to everything restaurants, bars, drinks. 6. Very well managed and trained staffs. Overall for the price we paid, and the overall service we got this hotel is beyond ‘good value for money’ not overcharged. There is a spa on the basement as well. Rooftop bar and restaurant is nice atmosphere. Superb!!!

Stayed 2 nights here. I must say the rooms really impress me and also the staffs are all helpful and if you can't speak vietnamese, they all can speak English well. The rooms are clean and new. Facilities are great. They even have a gym that is decent. Location is perfect. Price is very value for the rooms you get. They have a great spa and massage in the same building too. Definitely be staying here more often for my business trips.

first time in Hanoi and i selected this hotel with great reviews. they truly lived up to my expectations! excellent service from pre-stay to during stay and after stay. they arranged all my transport to / from airport and sapa. very quick replies on email. staff are attentive and welcoming, helpful and fluent in english. i recommend their spa! breakfast was delicious. they are located on the quieter street with food, less noise to sleep well. just ~2min walk are shopping streets and can walk to Hoan Kiem lake, Triang Tien, Train street, Night Market. i explored everywhere by foot so i can say this hotel is a great location. room is clean and spacious🥰 please choose this hotel!

Hi everyone, I went to Hanoi and stayed in this Hotel for 4days and 3nights! All I can say is, they are so accommodating! The place is clean and very accessible! Near the local restos and stores. Miss Ny (the frontdesk manager) is really helpful and always check on us. She even gave us a free breakfast on our first day coz we arrived early around 8am even though the check-in time is at 2pm. She gave us tips on every places that we want to visit and she prepared a breakfast for us on our last day coz we have to leave early for our flight back to our country! So thankful for her and other staff who are helping us with our stuff. I can't wait to go back again soon :)

We stayed there for 2 nights and had a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The staff was so helpful and friendly and followed up with us through our entire trip helping us with every information we needed , arranging our transfers and also booking us on an amazing Halong Bay trip. The stay was nice, cozy and really comfortable. I would definitely recommend everyone to just go for it. The location is perfect , just walking distance from all the main spots , night market. We were also offered a free upgrade to make our experience more rememberable. The breakfast buffet was just amazing offering a variety of delicacies suitable for all kinds of travelers. Just book this stay without a doubt. Looking forward to visiting this hotel again on my next visit.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Location was near to many food eateries, sights and sounds! Loved their service tremendously. I was impressed that I could do my laundry on the day of checkout and have it delivered to my next hotel! I like the breakfast spread. It’s simple but healthy. View from rooftop was quite pretty. According to my guide, we should only do spa within our hotel and I loved the aroma massage!

Our first time in Vietnam and we hit the jackpot. The hotel is located in the central area of Hanoi, everything is close by - walking distance. The food joints, shipping, water puppet, lake, beer street, train street , everything!! The best part about the hotel was the staff- Emily was wonderful, so loving and helped us through everything. She even booked us a trip to ha long bay - it felt like home! They had breakfast as well- it's mostly Vietnamese style food. Their kitchen wasn't open as yet but there are loads of food stalls around. Overall, we had an awesome experience and will definitely go back here!!

Shining star Shining Central Hotel!”
Nothing but terrific impression of this little boutique hotel in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter. I travel a lot and relayed this to reception when I checked in. On checkout, Ms Hong from the front desk approached me and asked me in perfect English if I would assist her in giving her my honest opinion of my stay since she knew I traveled a lot. I told her that I always try to notice the small things that make a difference, and I had to report that there was absolutely nothing I noticed that stood out as negative. Everything was perfect, from the cool antiques on the walls in the rooms and reception area, the superb buffet breakfast on the roof and the smiling, attentive staff. My bed was not this velvety round one in the profile pic, but it sure was nice!, 4 fluffy pillows?, I was dreaming lovely dreams! Excellent staff service”
The hotel staffs are the nicest and kindest I have ever met. Actually, I had a very bad experience in Hanoi in the first day as my wallet and credit cards had been pickpocketed when I was shopping at the old quarter. The staffs helped me made the police reports and Ms Tran in the hotel even lent me her mobile phone for making an overseas call for me to block my lost credit cards, and she didn’t want to accept my money for using her mobile phone as she was very sympathetic with my encounter. The staffs are very caring for my lost and they are all so empathy. Ms Hong in the hotel is also very good on tour arrangement and logistic. Breakfast are also very nice. I highly recommend this hotel as it makes me feel treated as a guest with full respect and kindness.

Nice location, Helpfull and very frindly staff , clean room , nice breakfast. i forgot my sunglasses at lobby and reception keep it for me , she talk to taxi driver to make sure that we go to the right terminal in Airport . strongly recommend to book this Hotel.
