Sweet boutique hotel with very thin walls”
The location, design and vibes are super sweet. The staff is the kindest. Breakfast was simple: toasts, some fruits, eggs, coffee and juice. Nothing to complain about here. Decorations of the room are really cute and beautiful. Overall it's clean and nice, but I would recommend to pay more details to the bathroom as, for example, our room in particular needed a new shower curtain. But the downside is that the walls are thin and you can basically hear the convos from people next room. As we were constantly bothered by the loud voices of two Chinese ladies staying next to us and from people talking loudly downstairs, it was a bit frustrating. But overall, it's a very peaceful hideaway just two minutes walk to the center of the Old City.

Fantastic place, best value for money”
We are long term travelers and this has been one of the best places we’ve stayed in. It is clean, super comfy, nice beds and bedding - great quality overall. Breakfast was good, included eggs, sausages, tomatoes, cereal, bread, fruit etc. great service as well. The internet was a bit slow here and there - we stream Netflix on multiple devices - but not a major issue .

I was treated with great kindness and good humour. ”
My room was large, freshly renovated with cool blue & white tiled floor and lovely flocked wallpaper on a feature wall. A very comfortable bed with good pillows. Ensure with a great shower. A small fridge. Free bottled water. noted that some rooms were smaller, but mine was very spacious. The air conditioner made the high temperatures bearable and sleep possible. The duty manager was especially lovely; friendly and helpful. They even gave me their own charger adapter! On one occasion I didn't get back from an excursion at the planned time, instead spent hours at a night market. When I returned they were relieved and admitted to being a little concerned about me! Very sweet. The breakfast of cereals, fresh fruit, toast and boiled eggs, and sausages were available for 2 hours each morning and there was access to hot and cold drinks throughout the day. I felt safe and secure as a solo female traveller. I have already recommended this wee place to friends.

The hotel is located close to Si Phum corner. It's about 15 minutes walking to Thapae gate. They provide plates, a microwave and an oven in the common area. This is really great especially if you get a food delivery. The room is not really big, the bed is soft for a thai standard, the AC works too. The staff always give us 2 free bottle of water and a toilet roll everyday. The bathroom is good with hot shower. The drain in the bathroom is a bit clogged, but it's fine. It's probably better for the front desk staff to learn a bit more English.

Exceptional”
This was probably my favorite stay on my trip to Thailand. Large, clean room in a quiet location very close to the old city. Exceptionally friendly staff, that was always happy to help or even just talk. Sure, the breakfast is not very extensive, but I did not expect anything else in a place like this. I was really happy overall.

Good attention to detail”
Our stay at Si Phum was great. We've been traveling around Asia for more than 6 weeks and this place has been the best so far. The bedroom was spacious and the bed comfortable. The staff were attentive and always with a smile on their faces. They also offered to clean our room every day, which wasn't necessary but nice of them. The breakfast is not fancy but just right and suits Asian and western tastes. The location is also good. Also, I liked their attention to detail such as putting toilet rolls and glass bottles of water next to the door. And the water cooler in the lobby is a great way to avoid plastic, which I loved it. They also had blackout curtains in the bedroom too, which is great if you like sleeping in the morning ;). In all, don't doubt it, just book it.

Si Phum was very good to us, we extended multiple times. The front desk staff is helpful & friendly! Breakfast is pretty good, with a lot of options. Our room was clean & quiet. We enjoyed the restaurants & shops in the hotel area of the Old City.

Best Homestay in Chiang Mai”
This was our favorite place to stay in Thailand so far! We absolutely loved this homestay! It is super quaint with an eclectic style that is somehow also contemporary. The rooms and common spaces are beautiful! The staff is over the top fantastic! It is also super walkable to everything in the city center.

The rooms are clean and have good staff. Several attractions are nearby. Zoe in Yello is just a 10-15 min walk away. I enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful stay!”
This boutique hotel was wonderful! Beautifully decorated, large and clean rooms, and the staff was super nice and friendly. Location is just outside of the main square in Chiang Mai, which wasn’t an issue because we like walking. Only complaint is that because the floor is all tile, it’s a bit loud (can hear the people walking in the hallway quite loudly) and there is a window on top of the doorway that lets light into the room at night from the hallway. I would suggest they add a little curtain to block this.

Do not hesitate - Home away from home”
We had a amazing time at Si Phum Heritage! Such a beautiful place, the guesthouse and rooms were very well decorated and with a lot of soul. I would only recommend they install a safe in their rooms just for confort of mind but we did not really need it at such as the reception was always attended 24/7. The B&B is really well located, just a few meters from the old city, and very easy access to any sightseeing. The highlight of our stay was the staff, all so welcoming, nice and, helpful. We followed all their recommendations and they all ended up being great ones! They were always here to assist. Probably some of the kindest people we met in Thailand! Do not hesitate one second! Just book there you’ll have an amazing stay just like we had.
