Quarantine in this hotel ”
So my hotel quarantine experience... lot of people will be aware that the hotel manager is my very good friend of mine !! Trust me why would I do my quarantine here if it was rubbish !! We actually became friends when I stayed at her hotels ! Before I had my own property! The service in all her 3 hotels have always excellent . I have stayed at her hotels for 5 years in pattaya . I came back to do my quarantine here because I new i would get the fantastic service I always been used to . No microwave.. in room !! never ever had a cold meal . I am on the 5th floor ! Too much food . I had to cut the food down after second day!! I could not eat it . Quality food was second to none . Even the bread is baked on the premises ! I don’t need to order my food from outside delivery !! It was my birthday! Cake was sent up to me !! You can see by the picture ! How great the food is !! Staff so helpful . Nothing was a problem . The young man would delivery food knock on door . Move away wait for me and say hi .. with a massive smile .. lovely balcony and a lovely sunbed to relax on ! So peaceful !! Netfix. Great I internet connection !! Immaculate spotless room . Unlimited soft drinks mini bar ! 30 item laundry included in the price ! Seriously one criticism .. too many snacks!! Loads !!! I bagged it all up and send them back.. need to loose Uk 🇬🇧 lockdown weight!! 😳 Thank you for making this quarantine experience.. so easy and enjoyable. I don’t want to leave !! As usual best service ever ! No surprise there ! Used to it ! 10/10 ...

Sorry to leave”
I had 8 days at the Bayshore and was still sorry it had ended. The staff were so gracious and friendly that is just felt good to be there. The lobby/front desk is just a few steps off the walking street, but at the far end of it, so there is great accessibility without the noise. I was in a deluxe pool view room and loved everything about it. The breakfast buffet was well worth the outlay, but there are good places for meals a short walk away. If forced to offer warnings/complaints to fellow travelers, I’d say that the hot water fluctuates a bit, the beds are a bit firmer than average (though I had no trouble sleeping on them) and there is a stream one crosses via bridge between the main building and the poolside building which can be a bit stinky at times. It’s very out of step with every other aspect of the place. Overall a great experience and if I return to Pattaya, I will not hesitate to stay again. Loved the place and the people…

On the walking street”
This resort is on the end of walking street. Literally, you can walk from the resort in few minutes, you will find many Go Go bars and Ping Pong shows. The resort was very calm and we enjoyed our stay. There were class people staying in the resort. We didn't enjoyed breakfast buffet as there are not many options. Staff were very helpful with cleaning the room, check-in and check-out. It's a big resort and you got to walk a lot :)

I do enjoy the hotels of the sukusol group in Bangkok and Pattaya. After my friend recommended this hotel I always like to come back. A real classy Thai hotel. Good value for money, good location (at the end of walking street), very friendly and kind staff. Good facilities.

Not new, but do we really need to take down any fine hotel over 5 years of age just because we like new? This place is huge, it has everything, a *great* pool, and then another one by the sea. A gym, tennis courts, a breakfast buffet with sea view, huge rooms with cosy veranda space with no room overviewing yours, and a shower space separated from the bathtub. Would absolutely recommend!

You will enjoy beautifull tropical garden , charming variety of trees and birds seen from your balcony , ideal place to relax . Bring some books if you like reading . As for the staff and nurses they are very professional in term of communication and assistance, great food cleanliness and sanitation on top . Well recommended. BEST

located next to walking street, you can easily take Songthaew to go around Pattaya at low cost. You can book activities via travel agent in hotel. the swimming pool is nice. staff are helpful. However air conditioner is just enough, and the river between main building and swimming pool has some smell.

The hotel is good and the location is perfect. A short walk distance from restaurants, bars and beach. Pool area is excellent and breakfast is good. The environment is really authentic, with a bit of green and a nice lobby with a nice lotus flower scent.

This hotel is very convenient to pier and Pattaya attractions. The hotel has character and beautiful decor. I never tried the food there but it looked good. Staff were professional and attentive. Overall, it was a pleasant relaxing stay and would definitely recommend.

Had a large credit, from not needing test and go, applied that to a room upgrade, and credit towards meals/minibar. Staff could not be more cordial and professional. Buffet breakfast was excellent, changed slightly each day.
