"A tranquil place, the hotel itself and Sicogon Island were breath-taking. But the room was not properly clean, it has small debris and sands on the floor tho the bed sheets and linens were clean and smells good. The manager was very hospitable, everyone is accomodating and friendly especially the guy bartender who let me stay inside the bar station when it rained. Tho, the staff (woman) who processed my requests was not that approachable and I think she needs to improve her communication skills and facial expression when she's talking to a guests, just smile more often. But over all, I really enjoyed my stay at Balay Kogon."
