50th Birthday Celebrations ”

Was very impressed with the apartment and staff very helpful. Only one complaint really is that we weren't told about 500pds that we had to pay to cover costs for breakages. Understand that this needs to be done but should have been told before we went and could be a lot cheaper.

Liverpool stay.”

We had to be moved to another room as the room we were in was not what we had booked. Neither was the location, they had moved us but never emailed us to let us know so we waited for some time before we rang to find out why it was closed. The facilities were strange, they had tried to be different and they certainly were. We had not table or shelf so to use kettle it had to rest on the arm of the couch and the computer could only be plugged into a power point on the floor level. So to use the computer we had to sit on the floor. There is no carpet so floor was cold and air conditioner did not work. Meals were very good.

Excellent central position. Staff were helpful and a couple of things that needed putting right were fixed very quickly. Every mod con we needed, and perfectly clean. Steep staircase off street so not for disabled, but terrific value and great service.

Almost every utilities in your house you can find inside the room so you can be a chef. Outstanding estate security. Located in city centre. Only 6 mins walk from Lime Street Station and Liverpool One. And 10 mins walk to Albert Dock. At first, there's a problem with toilet door handle then they fix it within an hour. If there's one thing need to improve, it should be the wifi speed. Signal was strong but connecting speed is quite slow.

Fantastic helpful staff! Brilliant location so handy for all Liverpool has to offer! Apartment had everything we needed and beds were very comfortable! Offered us the freedom a hotel couldn't. Would definatel recommend!!

to get in apartmant was big trouble , reservation not gave as cod , not replay on email , we stay on rain out , reception not answer a phone, some person who stay in app help as to get in , about apartmant is really luxuri

These apartments could be so nice but need work, tiles off the wall, broken tiles on the floor etc, very noisy as really central, street cleaners at 5am, bin wagon at 5.30am, brilliant location for shops, restaurants and pubs

OUTSTANDING ACCOMODATION ,FANTASTIC STAFF & CITY ”

THIS IS A FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY THE SIGNATURE LIVING STAFF ARE OUTSTANDING, AND THE DUPLEX APARTMENT WE HAVE NOW USED TWICE IN THE LAST YEAR IS OUTSTANDING, THIS IS SPLIT OVER 2 LEVELS WITH 2 BEDROOMS AND A BATHROOM ON THE UPPER FLOOR A SHOWER ROOM AND TOILET ON THE LOWER LEVEL, FULLY FITTED KITCHEN WITH DISH WASHER COOKER FRIDGE FREEZER WASHING MACHINE,THE APARTMENT IS 5 MINUTES WALK FROM THE CAVERN CLUB,AND A SELECTION OF BARS , GREAT FOR EATING OUT, SAN CARLO, SHANKLEY HOTEL, HARD DAYS NIGHT HOTEL, AND EAST AVENUE ON BOLD STREET FOR BREAKFAST

No sleep because This is a party party residens so they should make sure This is very clean during booking This will be clear . As a couple 65 years This stay was a neightmare. The walls between the rooms was paper thin. Except for that the place is Stunning . People in the reseption just super frindly . Location too shopping, pubs and buses outside the door! Very comfortable impressed by the cleanliness as this is a big thumbs up for me, and staff where so nice, only thing tha bothered me was the mould n damp growing in the living room corner, not nice to look at and who wants to be breathing the particles in tha comes of tha! Not me, other than tha 1 complaint I had a great stay
