Great place in the heart of Hanoi ”
Location couldn’t be more perfect to visit the most attractive places in Hanoi. Shops, bars, restaurants right there. Excellent breakfast and nice refreshing small pool at the top floor. But the best is the service, smile, respectful, helpful is not enough if I tell you my story ! I left all the passports of my family and my credit cards and money at my previous homestay in Ninh Binh 2:30 away ! I realized it at 6pm when I checked in at Silk Queen Hotel! I know, I didn’t do well on this one but the receptionist called my Homestay and at 8:38 pm, my passports, credit card and money were at my door. They took care of all the transitions and when I asked how much I had to pay, they said “nothing”. Really ?? They were just amazing from the beginning till the end and beyond and my travel plan could have been extremely difficult without their incredible initiatives and professionalism. I’ll be thankful forever and if one day I’ll come back, I know where to stay. Cam On !

A secret place ”
I don’t want to let you know how magical it is because I want to keep it a secret ! Location = Amazing Bungalow = Better than a 4* hotel Family = Loving people who took care of us so well. Always trying to help us for dinner, a baby seat on the bike or even the passports I left in the room delivered to Hanoi where I left with my family ! What can I say, it’s idyllic and the birds singing in this croissant valley was magical !

Even though the room was somewhat smallish (which appears to be expected in the Old Quarter), the location is hard to beat and the staff was very friendly and welcoming, everyone spoke English too. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Silk Queen Grand Hotel. The location was perfect, the room was comfortable and clean and the staff were amazing!! The room service and breakfast food was great and the pool and deck were the best place to escape the hot afternoon sun. We highly recommend it for anyone travelling to Hanoi.

From the beginning of the check-in was a very good vibes they give usan early check-in without any cost. The rooms was stunning high quality standards and cleanliness. The services such as the breakfast was superb with many food variety and the pool small but good for the hotel. The only con was the gym very poor with only a few running machines, and the spa services a bit older style. Location is perfect to do all you want in hanoi, overall I would repeat again in Hanoi no doubt.

Centrally located in old quarters ”
Great location in old quarters..walking distance to all markets. Would recommend an upgrdae of room as we found our first room very small. disadvantage of the big rooms is that they are at front of the hotel, this can be very noisey from the street traffic earlybin the mornings.. Breakfast finishes at 0930. Woul be better if they finish at 10

Perfect location and personnel ”
The rooms were clean, but small. I've booked 3 rooms for my group of 6 adults and a kid of 3 years old. As the location is right in the center of Hanoi (2 minutes from the Ho Guom) you won't expect that it's quiet here, but it's not too bad, you still can sleep OK.

Good location very close to Hoan Kiem Lake”
We stayed here for one night at the end of our time in Hanoi. Less than ten minutes walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and the central area of Hanoi. Walking distance to a lot as Hanoi is easily walkable to all the sights. The staff wasn't the most friendly and we even saw staff rolling their eyes and audibly scoffing at times. Rooftop pool which is a must in the heat.

The Swimmingpool is very small and not really clean. The pool area not really inviting. The fitness center is tiny and the 4(!) are old and mostly don’t work. The first room was so smelly, we had to change it. Most of the rooms have no windows, very claustrophobic. In the contrary the staff was really helpful, inviting and sweet. Amazing Breakfast!
