Five Star Hotel at a Two Star Price”
My girlfriend and I stayed at the Silverton Yen Hotel in August for four days and three nights. Upon arriving, we were immediately greeted by Vy, who sped us through check-in and provided welcoming tea and cold washcloths. Since we arrived at 11:30 am, we were informed that our room would be ready at Noon. No issues since a popular open market was within a 5-minute walk from the hotel and we had a chance to grab a quick bite. We returned to the hotel shortly after 12 Noon and we received our room keys and went to our Premium Deluxe King room with a city view. Five minutes later, Tony brought up our bags and asked if there was anything we required. The room was above average size for HCMC hotels. But what made our stay so pleasant was the size, comfort and superb linen of the king bed. I could tell immediately that the hotel had spent a King’s ransom on the bed, linens and quality pillows. The 3-nights we spent at the hotel were nothing less than amazing. Although small, the rooftop pool and adjacent bar were cozy and convenient. Guests from the hotel all seemed to enjoy the ambience and reasonably priced drinks. And, the tea service and appetizers from 3-5 pm, with live entertainment, was better than expected. Silverland hotel also has a small gym with dumbbells and a treadmill. These are fine for a very limited workout. However, the Mach gym is located a short 4-minute walk away with iron weights, cardio machines and fitness instructors. It also has a great soccer field just outside the front entrance to run laps and sprints. And for $3 for a day pass, the price was perfect! Finally, Ms. Hoang Nhung, Asst. Front Office Manager helped to avert a major crisis while we were there. My girlfriend misplaced her cell phone at the hotel and Ms. Nhung was instrumental in locating it. She checked the surveillance camera and provided us with specific details that enabled us to locate the phone. If not for Ms. Nhung’s efforts in documenting the incident, the phone may nev

Sensational, amazing, location, food and staff s”
From the moment we arrived till the day we left we were well and truly looked after by the staff. This us what I like about boutique hotels, y p u are a person not a number. My wife is vegan and they catered to her dietary requirements, which was a plus Our room was very spacious and clean. The hotels location is only a short walk to the old town The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to the beach where you can get free deck chairs at there affiliated beach house restaurant and bar. Excellent choice, zero regrets, zero issues, super helpful staff”
We stayed here five nights and had a blast. Room was well appointed and quiet with great AC. Food was top notch in the mornings. The bar on the roof was a fun place to wind down and relax after dodging traffic all day. Free water bottles daily, excellent coffee, what more can you ask for. Pay for the larger rooms if you need space, we looked around and there is a difference, seemed worth it. Convenience stores two minutes walk if you needed something. Location was absolutely in the thick of the best part of town, you can literally walk everywhere you need. Markets, gold stores, food stalls all very close, airport is 20 minutes away too , in light traffic. I can’t think of one thing we would improve on here, we were very happy.

Perfect location, comfort and amazing pool bar mojitos ”
Location great. Could see trees and green outside our room windows on 4 th floor. Lots of breakfast choices with eggs cooked to order. Small roof pool worked great to have a beer or mixed drink and chill after busy Saigon. Afternoon tea/coffee was great, from 3-5 pm and had sweets and a few appetizers along with fruit. Would stay here again without question. Room was very clean and nice linens.

Very comfortable stay, good for overall”
So good hotel for me overall. Staffs are so friendly and sincerity. I could enjoy some different types of Vietnamese noodles as breakfast, and they all were so tasty. It's good location to access center of Ho Chi Minh city. Sauna/Steam-bath/Pool (not large, like a jug-zee) on the rooftop are so good (I enjoyed them in my past stay). This time, I had no time to enjoy them, so I would like to visit again soon. Thanks.

An amazing experience ”
From the minute we walked in we knew that this hotel was good. The staff were always helpful and extremely friendly. Everywhere you went in the hotel not a thing was out of place which was so nice to have. The rooms were comfortable and the pool just topped our experience off. If we ever return to Ho Chi Minh this will be our first choice of hotel.

Pleasant hotel in great location ”
This is a stylish hotel only 2 blocks from the main market. It's very easy to walk to sights and shopping. It is very clean with spacious rooms. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is very nice and there is a rooftop bar and pool. Even though the pool is small, it's a pleasant place to hang out. Staff is very helpful!

Best hotel so far in Saigon”
Best hotel i have stayed in Saigon by far. It reminds me more of Hanoi hotels, the staff are excellent and welcoming. The hotel unlike most in District 1 is very modern and has a Japanese inspiration. The rooftop pool and steam room and sauna are a great touch with a beautiful view. The location despite being in district 1 is very quiet and close to the Reunification Palace, the breakfast was good but doesn't have many vegeration or chicken optiond mostly pork. The afternoon tea is a nice touch and better than the breakfast with lots to choose from. Would easily stay here again next time.

The Silverland Hotel was a real surprise on our weekend trip to Ho Chi Minh. The hotel is simply top. We got a lot for our money. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was delicious, the staff was super friendly and the location is just unbeatable. We would like to come back and we recommend it to others without hesitation.

This hotel is in a fabulous location right near the food market and lots of other tourist attractions. The hotel room was comfortable and clean. We loved the pool on the rooftop, the long happy hour from 2-6pm and the beautiful afternoon tea provided free of charge.

Great location & breakfast”
The breakfast buffet is very good, would recommend to get. The hotel is in a very central area that is within walking distance to most attractions and restaurants in District 1. On top of the great location, the facilities are also well maintained and great to use. The staff are very polite and quick to help. I stayed here on both trips to Ho Chi Minh City and would likely do so again in the future.

Pros: - The staffs are nice and helpful. - Amazing Jacuzzi pool. - Room is clean and spacious, the nature theme brings a relaxing atmosphere. Cons: - Unavailable Sauna & Steambath. - Gym is small with only a handful of drumbells and a treadmill.

Comfortable stay with good breakfast and hospitality”
I stayed four nights in Premium Double room. The room is large enough for solo business traveler. I really enjoyed breakfast - various type of Vietnamese noodles, and "Bo Kho" (Vietnamese beef stew). The staffs are all professional and friendly. A convenience store "Ministop" is within 100m, and there are many restaurants around the hotel.

Silent Hotel”
I could relax in the room for my finish fatigue as usual stay at this Hotel. Just one point I need to ask the Hotel manager is to repair the facility of bath room bubble bath in my room 101. It was not well operated. Last time stay at 102, bubble bath could not be switched on. So, please check and repair it until my next visit. Thank you for your kind attention.

Excellent guest services from all staff, from front office to breakfast team, nice and clean room!! It'd be perfect place if there is none smoking smell from other guests who just ignore the No Smoking policy. The smoking were spreading widely to the whole floor and inside the room. Staff have tried their best to accommodate my stay though, so overall it's still a nice place to stay and recommended 👍

We came and stayed in room 603 for 3 days to attend my friend’s wedding in Sai Gon, and the place really treated us well. Room is cozy, the design immediately makes you feel like home, and the staff is very friendly & helpful. Would definitely come visit this place again. A++
